➜ We spent 5 nights here. The room was family friendly but way too small for 4. It was impossible to move between the beds that were attached. Just the equivalent of a cupboard width to circulate in the room. Breakfast is ok but a bit fair for foodies like us. Undrinkable fruit juice is tang powder, taste medication. The small garden is nice but unmaintained (it doesn't really look like the pictures anymore). The bad surprise was the residence tax claimed at the time of departure when everything was settled at the booking. Otherwise hotel located near a vaporetto stop so rather convenient. I recommend this hotel to people who are not greedy and only for 2 people (no family). Value for money correct. A positive stay because Venice remains a magical place that quickly made us forget its little inconveniences.

➜ Located about 20 minutes from San Marco, the place is great with air-conditioned rooms. As for breakfast, it is served from 8:30 a. M. To 10 a. M. In my case, I shared the bathroom with another family. The staff is made up of one person and the price is right.
