I am disappointed B&B Ca ' del Tentor. As a precaution, and given the current circumstances Italy (coronavirus Veneto, closures of public places, etc) we wanted to cancel our stay in Venice. We have sent several messages / emails to the hotel and we had no return. There was, however, very good advice regarding the reception of this hotel. The least you can do would be to reply to customers, try to find a situation arrangeante for both parties… because it is obvious that we are disappointed not to be able to come but we can't take risks. All the two teachers, our ministry asked us to quarantine upon our return to Venice. In fact, it is obvious that we have to cancel this trip. This is not a business to ignore your customers…
