If you come to walk in Venice before losing strength, then the most important thing you will give this hotel — bed, shower and air conditioning. The rooms are cute, clean and can't be heard by the neighbors. We didn't need anything else. Breakfasts were not taken, because it is better to go out and find a pleasant cafe.

Hotel is great located and close to everything. When I got there there two ladies that I think were having a bad time, a bit rude but they were fine after I got back for my check in. They don’t have AC so be prepared to be on a more than 30C in your room.

I liked it. The room is small, cozy, clean, no one bothered, the windows overlooked the old square, woke up to the battle of the old same clock. The hotel is well located, not far from the station, bus station, waparetto stop, canarejo district. Romantics, you're here.

Location is about the only positive. We stayed in the second building. The price is high but one of the lowest for a hotel in the city. They advertise air conditioning but it is not functional. When asked if will be available in a month… its 30'c in our bedroom… that is not helpful. If you are going budget I guess this place would be a option but I'd recommend spending a bit more cash and going somewhere else.

This hotel is great because its location. But, it is old, cold and you can listen noise from outside. Also, they must inform that they only received money in cash.

They gave us a room at another building, annexed to the hotel. Big room but a bad designed bathroom.
Good prize and sufficient quality for our needs.
Wi-Fi Related (see photo) it works but in an open way. NO SECURE / but we have conexion (at Venize, with TIM, we can’t use data to use the internet with our telephone company)
There is not a hair drier in the room, you must go to reception, give a fiancé of €20 and they lend u one.
If u have digital tickets for your travel, they can print them for you.
They haven’t got a restaurant at the hotel, but you have discounts at the restaurants located near it (ask at reception)

Very nice Hotel, close to Santa Lucia station. It overlooks the beautiful square of St. Jeremiah. For two years I have booked this hotel and surely there will also be a third time.

Very correct. Very good reception. Very clean. Very good bedding. A bit out of the way, but we enjoyed the authentic side. Service to keep the luggage after the check out well useful. I would highly recommend.

In Venice for the carnival, I had a great time in this small hotel within walking distance of the train station and convenient to all services. The room was very small and very clean. Our double room (even romantic! ) also had a beautiful view of Campo San Jeremiah and the Church of Santa Lucia. Staff at the reception professional and sympathetic, what about? We will stay here again.

Well cheap it isn't. Not even a kettle to make a coffee.

The location is very close to the train station. Strategic also for the center. Old and very simple structure. Clean. Excellent as a resting place and sleeping.

The staff was very helpful Deficiencies: the large room but old and broken furniture. Bathroom with some problem shower and sink with leaks. Towels only for shower. Lack of face towels. Few services.

Clean and perfect rooms for the stay. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Racks and table to leave things. Towels for cleaning every day and soap that they repose.

Nice. Very kind staff. Close to trains and piazzale de Roma special if you have many bags. Clean rooms, nice area.

Old building recycled with high stairs, the room was small with a wardrobe/closet minimum for 2 people, no drawer. View to ugly inner courtyard. The collection was wanted only in cash but in the end we could pay with debit card.

Price-Performance OK. No luxury but clean and modern room. A bit noisy. 400 metres from the train station. By boat approx. 20 min. To the Rialto Bridge. Sometimes long wait for the ship. No elevator in the accommodation.

I recommend it since the price is fair for what you get. The proximity to the train and bus stations was very important because it is hard to carry luggage around in Venice. The staff is very polite and the accommodation is good enough but Wi-Fi was not so great.

We were happy to stay here. Perfect location close to railway station. You won't have to drag your baggage cross the bridge.

This is not a fancy hotel, but very functional. Please know this going into it. However, location is spectacular. You are great walking distance from everything, and in a very cool neighborhood over a neat plaza. The hotel was clean, but nothing fancy. Be aware that you have to be back by 1am! This took me by surprise, but I guess it is normal. Also, we were a couple and had three twin beds… if you can, ask in advance for a double. AND we had to pay in cash. Make sure you bring cash to pay!

Decent hotel, no more, but good value for money. It is well placed, but a little noisy at night, the place being very lively.

What a bunch of crooks. We booked this hotel on Booking because it's one of the cheapest near the station. You need a credit card to reserve the room. 10 days before they preauthorize your card and at the same time tell you they want you to pay cash via email (which we didn't get since we are on a 7 week trip. ). The room was tiny and noisy (even for Italian standards, the smallest on our floor) even though it was very clean. The bathroom was also down the hall. When we checked out they insisted we had to pay cash and the girl at the desk started shouting at us in front of everyone. She did accept credit card payment from other guests claiming it was 'another hotel'. She also said she would only charge our credit card if we didn't show up but not if we did. It's Italian reasoning at its best. Of course they do it so they don't have to pay the credit charges but why not clearly state this on Booking and only tell you by email after they've blocked the amount off your card? Not only that but while we were waiting to check in they were reading everyone's credit card numbers and expiry dates out loud in the lobby. I had my phone and could have been writing them all down as would the Italian guy next to us. Clearly the mafia is alive and well in Venice!

Great location, decent enough rooms for budget travelers. The rooms are a bit small and basic, but they get the job done.

Beautiful view on the square, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Beware of curfew at one at night: even if the city does not have a night life to justify a return beyond that time is still a curious limit.

Great location and very helpful staff. The room is amazing and the view is great. We had not been immediately clear that there was a curfew at 1 a. M. But nothing serious! Anyway recommended.
