Bad service and average food. You can't split a pizza or a plate — had to order two. Pizza was average. In the end they complained because I wanted to pay with credit card. I do not recommend.

Right on the Canal. Rooms and tiolets clean and good towels. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Entrance stairs take a little getting used to. But over all a good Venice hotel. Highly recommended, location and comfort. Picture is from our hotel window.

Sleep hour? Just back from traveling and go to hotel at 1am, suddenly another room mad at us that we're so noisy. Dude?! We're just arrive and we're also tired! We're just turn on the shower!

We were four to eat here. In general, we got into restaurant because we thought the flowers in the flower pots were beautiful. Unfortunately, in hindsight, it was plastic flowers. We wanted to order risotto, but we were told that this would take an hour and that would be too long. We then ordered pasta and gnokki. As a starter, we wanted a bruschetta. We had to get and pay for four of us. After more than an hour of waiting we really had the feeling of having been forgotten and thought the risotto would have worked out now. Then when our food came 2 out of 4 orders were fine. A pasta dish has been completely swapped and the so-called gnokki have turned out to be penne with pesto. In addition, the price was very high in the end. We have gone dissatisfied and do not recommend the restaurant any further even if this could all have been all unfortunate coincidences.

This place is really good. My room has a beautiful brand new bath room. It's super clean, no creepy crawlers. The people are friendly. I thought there wouldn't be amenities but you get soap, shampoo/bodywash, towels changed daily. Room cleaned daily. It's right in the middle of everything. Fantastic location! All the great reviews about this place are totally accurate. There is also Wi-Fi here as well. And the owners are really nice and helpful! :) I Highly recommended it. If there is an opening here grab it.

A good hotel for a night with a good quality price, recommended for a few days of overnight stay.

Hotel is in very good location, very close to railway station, it is practicaly on grand canal, nearby there are many shops (also is in the cheaper neighborhood… one afternoon we got lost somehow and walked through streets all alone even there was carnival in venice). To San Marco it took maybe 10-15min by foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Equipment was not much, but we were out all day. Room and bathroom was small, nothing extra, but clean. We had room facing busy street, so there was noise in the night (also there was noise from reception and door slams from other rooms), but we understand it and we aren't picky! I would not recommend this hotel to somehow disabled and old people, there are three flights of steep stairs and no lift. Breakfast paid extra.

The hotel was just renovated, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was overlooking the canal. We had a great time.

Friendly staff, but many stairs with no elevatator, tiny room, hard beds, and a bunch of biting bugs, mostly mosquitoes.

The room was quite basic and small, but clean. The room looked out over the street rather than the canal. The Wi-Fi was almost completely unusable from the room, despite being right next to the lobby (the hotel seems to use Wi-Fi extenders, which are horribly unreliable in my expeirence, and no different here). The room did have a totally silent fridge and the location is good. There are no lifts, although this didn't bother us, but it's worth knowing. Overall, it's a reasonable choice to stay in Venice, not outstanding, but good if you're on a budget.

No in-room safe, people using the lobby echo terribly and noise from the streets until late in the night. Many steps up to reception so not for a person in a wheelchair.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, but breakfast was a bit limited. Thank you for above stay.

It was a great experience. The hosts were very kind and caring. Mr. Leonardo even managed to check us in before schedule. Since we were quite tired from our trip it was amazing! Definitely going to stay there on my next trip to Venice.
