Very, very romantic. Very good location, very clean.

Such a nice guest house. Staff was also good. But breakfast wasn't included in the tarriff and no lift also. Had to carry all the stuff upstairs ourselves. Rest all good.

Amazing location within walking distance of the train station. Friendly staff and family owned. Really nice air conditioned rooms with canal views.

I can count on one hand how many times I have posted a review, so I am taking the time to post this review to help educate any potential visitors. My wife and I just spent two nights at La Palazzina in Venice. Upon arriving we had just traveled 23 hours and wanted to take a nap. We took off the comforter to lay down on the sheets only to realize that there were multiple human hairs. One or two is just life but there were at least five hairs that we saw. After making this discovery we walked over and notified the front desk. We asked if we could change rooms, but they were 100% booked. Luckily, they were willing to have their house cleaner go back over and exchange the sheets immediately so we could take a nap. The next day my wife and I left early to get lost in Venice and experience all it had to offer. Online the hotel says they have a safe in each room. When we checked in and received a tour of our room the safe was never shown to us. I thought it would be in the closet but it was nowhere to be found. In fact, the safe is accessed through a hidden door right when you walk in. Because we couldn't find the safe we decided to hide our $600 US dollars in a secret compartment in my backpack that we were leaving in the room. Unless you were really searching it would be hard to find this pocket where the money and our passports were hidden.

Amazing hotel! Booked a room overlooking the canal and the view was fantastic. The room was lovely, nice furniture and a beautiful bathroom. The downside is that the canal is busy and quite noisy from early in the morning so ear plugs are a requirement for a lie in but I would imagine that's the same for most hotels in Venice. Can't imagine a better place to stay!

Bed and breakfast in apartment with interiors. I was lucky enough to try a room in the main building, with private terrace over channel and calle. A great experience, to be repeated.
Great breakfast, clean and quiet, a bit noisy in the morning, given the passage of boats and goods for the stalls on the street below, but overall VERY GOOD.

me and my boyfriend yesterday we got there because we had reservations and the girl working there says ' Oh no guys we are full we cancelled the reservation-
without a call nor anything we went on a trip and is stupid (to say the least) with air from unresponsive leaves us on foot.
I hope close get dumb; avoid opening certain facilities and if you don't know them and take the piss people off.

Excellent structure decorated in Venetian style estate excellently. Very few rooms where you feel at home with friends rather than in hotels. Breakfast plentiful and varied. The property is close to the station and car parks, between the area of the old Jewish ghetto and cannaregio place pulsating with life and bars open till late in Venice. Just a few steps from the vaporetto stops. Very courteous and helpful. Great stop for a holiday but I would recommend it for a romantic weekend or to celebrate an anniversary. Amaze yourself with great assurance. Thank you.

Great location and a nice bed and breakfast in Venetian style, old building situated a few minutes from the train station to the ponte delle Guglie, rooms not large but cosy and tastefully decorated, good breakfast. Good welcome from the managers. Cinsigliabile for a fascinating vacation.

This is my third time to Venice and at a short notice. Found this gem of a place on the web. An excellent value for the price. Very clean and modern rooms. Nicely decorated and elegant. Excellent location. Staff is amazing. I was asked for the location a laundromat in the area. The wonderful lady at the front desk instead offered me to get the clothes washed in the hotel since the location was 6 minutes walk away on a hot day! Just amazing! I was blown away by her kindness. Highly recommended. Its truly Venice's best kept secret.
