Stayed there our one night in Venice and really enjoyed this Hotel. Such a friendly host. All stuff polite and try to fulfill all your needs. Venezian style was very nice, room was big enough and clean. Toilett articles in the bathroom for free. The best scrumbled eggs during 10 days in Italy for breakfast. Even after check out we could leave the car there to head back to the city until we left Venice. So thank you Villa delle Palme Team and when coming back to Venice one day we will book again.

Our room was well not too spacious but for a few days no worries. A great view from the top of the hotel. Breakfast is plentiful in sweet or salty. Only real fruit juice was missing.

In the low season it has a very high quality-price ratio.

We were on Carnival 2018 in Venice and just in the hotel room Villa delle Palme on Lido. We spent a wonderful time in this hotel. A family style and friendly home just outside the Venetian hustle and bustle, overlooking St. Marco, this hôtel, taking into account all Venice offers, is the best solution for exploring this city.
The logistically great location, the beauty of the accommodation and the personal approach, also in German, makes me write these lines. We have seen many hotels in Venice and have always been happy about our choice.

This is a very nice place to stay; it is really a rather superior B&B (the breakfasts are splendid! ). We had a couple of problems but the staff dealt with them promptly and pleasantly. Indeed, all of the staff were excellent.

Excellent accommodation for short stays for long! We have been 4 nights and we have been at home. Very well.

Our second stay was better than our first, would recommend this to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay on the Lido :)

I've never posted a bad review before but have also never been treated quite so poorly at a hotel. After several exceptional stays in other cities, this was quite a contrast. The rooms are tiny and in the basement remarkably dark, the service was unhelpful and in the end quite rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

At first I was concerned with booking because the rate was so affordable, but we took our chances and went for it. Our experience was 5 stars! Great service, very clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and an overall great experience. Highly recommended from an American traveler who just stayed at the Westin in Rome for a week.

Located in the residential part of Venice, the hotel "Villa delle Palme" at any point charmed us.
The area is quiet and favors pedestrians and cyclists. It even blends in the style of the neighborhood. There are chances that you spend, you realize this is the hotel in which you have booked!
In all cases, the rooms are exceptional. You have a kind of studio to you alone and, admittedly, that's all very nice.
At nightfall, I encourage you to access the terrace which offers a lovely view of Venice.
In Venice, you can get there in no time since you're that 6 minutes walk from the ferry (note that the latter closes late, which is not negligible for your nocturnal walks).
This hotel has won me over, I hope that it will be the same for you.

If you come to Venice, it is perfect to ask after your walks hotel, the room is very beautiful (superior double), very clean, tastefully warmly, mini bar and safe very practical, staff is exquisite, considerate and very friendly, the breakfast is plentiful, varied and served in a room remarkably decorated to the sound of classical music that wakes you gently. You can enjoy a charming well maintained garden to ask after your return, very quiet place 3 or 4 minutes walk from the door and less than 10 minutes from Venice.
The plus is the terrace on the Tower of the hotel which offers a superb panorama on the Lido and Venice.

My mum, 2 sisters, 11 year old nephew and me stayed here April 2013. We changed hotels due to the bad reviews of the other hotel. It totally lived up to all reviews on trip advisor. Easy to find, the staff and service were brilliant and so friendly. All the rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Our double room was quite small but fine for the length of time stayed, the triple room was spacious with a table and pull-out bed. The roof-top tower was a great addition with panoramic views over to Venice. It is easy to get to, the vaporettos run regularly and just a couple of minutes walk from the stop. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. You do have to pay for Wi-Fi, which we didn't bother with, but that seems fairly standard in hotels in this area.

Stayed here at the beginning of November. Absolutely loved it. Room was tiny but furnished so beautifully that I didn't care. The en-suite bathroom was fully equipped (even had a water heated towel bar) and immaculate. Breakfast in the mornings was nicely served and prepared with a lot of choices — not your usual continental breakfast. Hotel was extremely easy to locate and very close to the water bus. I would stay here again — not even counting the reasonable price.
