Lunch at a fixed menu at 11 euros excluding drinks. Really satisfied. Good price quality ratio. Kind staff. Good and well-groomed food. Pleasant, tidy and clean. When we are in the area for lunch we always come back willingly.

I go to drink coffee every Saturday every Saturday. The staff are treated with respect. I had to have lunch twice. It leaves much to be desired.

Great Hotel with a nice reception room and bar. I have been there for a conference, so I did not see the rooms directly but I know they have recently been refurbished. It also proposes as a hotel to accommodate an important ceremony as the wedding.

Excellent hotel located both near the railway station and the bus station and the old town. It has rooms for every need. Great restaurant and a buffet lunch break. Broadcast live all the football games on two mega screens. Conference and meeting room available.

Excellent service and welcome, staff always helpful and friendly. Note little positive at the dinner buffet the sweets were charged even if the flyer were indicated only the drinks excluded, not so much x the cost but I would have expected the card x clarity. Happy year.

Very dated hotel, I was on the fourth floor, furnishing the room I think years 70/80. Very small room, poor restaurant menu, food from Trattoria, the stars go only and exclusively to the very friendly staff.

I had the chance to stay here in late november, and my first impact was the kind welcome of a nice receptionist, which with exquisite means had me understand that my booking was for another day … so he guided me in paying a difference and assigned me to a room, maybe 3 stars level for its look and extras (like a room kettle) but for sure not for the smell and bathroom: the mix of refurbished and original items would move the rating of this place to maximum a 3 — stars hotel. Breakfast was indeed fine, served in a large and sunny base level room next to a beautiful and large hotel hall. At last I need to say I had an "Average" experience here, probably not worth the list price, but with some minor refurbishing this hotel could be brought up to the standard quality of a Best Western hotel. My Suggestion is to pass by this place using last minute or season offers.

Very nice hotel 10 minutes walk from the center and few blocks from the train station. Very clean rooms and kind staff. Amazing buffet breakfast with fresh juices. They also have a nice restaurant with kids menu and a nice variety of local specialties.

Adequate but not particularly good breakfast. Rooms were okay with the exception of shower. Had to let the water run for 5 minutes to get it warm enough.

Strategically perfect for exploring Bologna and Venice, plus Rovigo itself which is very pretty. Very good the Best Western, very welcoming and professional, food very good and room clean and complete with Wi-Fi, TV and fridge. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend right without losing anything.

Knowing the chain, for the first time we enjoyed the restaurant. Really very good, in the province of rovigo at least one restaurant that is really worth a try.

I have been with my husband 3 days I really enjoyed it, if I have to give a rating from 1 to 10 I give 15, cleanliness, hospitality, kindness, good food. At breakfast there was nothing more.
If you switch from Rovigo stop.

on 11/14 hours 2504. About 10, I enter the hall and I turn immediately to the reception staff, precisely to Mrs. Anna. The question whether it is possible to print a few pages from my pen-drive, obviously paying off. Mrs. Anna answered me politely that it is possible, but only after consuming at least 5 euros per bar. Don't fight, and I go to the bar, where I find a helpful, professional and courteous Lady, which I can't remember the name, that I need with a smile. I end my drink and I get back from Lady Anne, that gives me access to your PC. I try to print, but I can't, so I get back from Lady Anne, momentarily occupied talking on the phone, sitting at a table away from your workstation assigned, but visible. Rest and watch her to do not disturb. I look forward to. Mrs. Anna saw me and, after a few minutes, I will fight. The mean that the printer has problem. She comes to the PC and try to sort this out. I'm telling you, the printer reads "toner empty". Mrs. Check, then tells me "oh! but I don't have a toner for replacement. "
Bottom line: Mrs. Anna was very careful, since my request was very specific: PRINT! Immediately after having learned about prettily means of access to the service SHOULD promptly check the availability of the same. Very bad presentation as a picture of a receptive structure boasting courtesy, promptness, hospitality, professionalism.
