➜ I had 2 days stay with my companion, nothing to say about the quality of the restaurant "Le tentazioni" I would say this is good (very good). The room too expensive for the size and the bathroom described, a very serious point that I have always noted is that part of the staff does not wear masks in prescribed places
(I remember that it is still required/prescribed)

Especially at the breakfast buffet, next to the chefs at the omelette.
Another negative point is the mossy pool. Don't tell me it's a day.
On the day of departure I would have expected at least a question from the lady if we were satisfied. Certainly an experience not to repeat.
➜ For years we have been coming to this hotel with the whole family in the summer and spend our holidays there. Unfortunately, this year we were really disappointed. The service staff were totally overwhelmed and very unfriendly. There was a consistently bad mood hanging over the hotel. This year, for example, there was no pool service, the painstakingly organized breakfast was cleared up again when you left the table for 2 seconds to get coffee. Our children got "penalty rounds" at breakfast if they had done the wrong thing. (However, there were no hints or markings). The young man from the service did not answer questions, twisted his eyes or was extremely unkind. 5 min after breakfast was frantically cleared away, my father was thrown out of the room unkindly because he wanted to get an espresso. We tried to make the most of it, but will no longer visit or recommend this hotel. Of course, our criticism also landed personally on the spot with the boss.
