Made reservations online and coordinated arrival time in advance. On arrival from Marco Polo Airport there was no room available. We were turned away and had to sleep in the car. They then billed my credit card and told booking. Com we were a no show. Big liers and thiefs. Do not stay there 0 stars. Hope the pandemic puts then out of business.

Staff! Especially Hasan. Spacious, new and clean rooms. Great price. Highly recommended!

We arrived to find a very run down hotel, with rooms that although looked basic on pictures were much worse in reality. The room was tiny and there was an awful smell in the bathroom.
Next door was a man singing at the top of his voice and even though we complained to reception and they rang him and asked him to stop he still carried on for over 3 hours.
This was not the worst of it, despite the hotel advertising as a non smoking hotel the man next door was clearly smoking, as a result our room smelled of cigarettes and so did our luggage.
We complained to reception about this but they didn’t seem to bothered about it.
After the first night we woke to the man next door singing at the top of his voice again at 8.30am this was when we decided we had to find another hotel. We checked out after 1 night even though we were supposed to be staying for 3 nights and booked another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well served hotel by bus and tram. Location. Too bad the poor care of the bathrooms, detected considerable mold between the tiles of the shower and visible dirt in the shower box tracks, in addition of the 4 electrical outlets only two were working in the room. Disappointing poor quality of the slices for breakfast. Too bad because from the outside and from the site it looked nice. They are saved only because at the reception they are very nice.

Badly held, the evening when we got back from dinner it was all completely dark because the power had blown and not even the emergency lights worked… the master room we had on the first floor showed up pretty clean, except the bathroom where the shower had mold! The double bed with a bedspread that looked like a curtain and the sheets that came flush with the sides of the bed and you had to be careful to turn if not the other remained uncovered… uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Honestly, it's not worth what you charge!

Great hotel for 2 nights pre cruise does the job hotel is dated but clean continental breakfast and easy to get into Venice and from the airport.

A normal hotel, but be prepared for a hostel. Although breakfast.

Great location to comfortably reach the center of Venice by bus or tram with stop thirty meters from the entrance of the hotel. Comfortable but slightly dated rooms in the furnishings. Breakfast is absolutely to be reviewed. Very nice the morning receptionist.

The place is really nice and clean. Convenient location. Very easy to get to Venice from the hotel, the tram and bus stop are right outside the hotel.

Dirty hôtel, small uncomfortable rooms. Poor breakfast with chemical juice and coffee ☕. Positive thing — convinient transportation from Marco Polo Airport (15 minutes by taxi) and to Venice (in 30 minutes by direct tram T1, every 10-15 minutes). Choose thus hotel as the last option, and only if good price.

Very good location to get to Venice by the means.

A real catastrophe since the change of owner, very dirty hotel, tablecloth breakfast stained from the previous day, room very poorly maintained, garbage bag with garbage that hang in the hallway and fitted sheet, dirty shower and too small. Really to advise against. The hotel should redo the rooms to nine and review its staff.

This is not even close to a 3 star more like a minus1. The shuttle service does not exsist. The front desk manager, after 20 min. Of calling around would haved us pay 50 euros to get someone to drive us to the airport which is 6 km away. He told us that all the taxi drivers were asleep. He would not even call us a cab insisting we call it ourselves. Poooooor service, rude front desk manager. Having arranged our taxi to airport, we decided to leave in middle night rather then stay there. The manager was sleeping in his undershirt and bare feet when we returned the keys. No air contioning in the incredibly small room. We were told to open the window which we had to stand in the bed to reach. The towels were not changed just folded. Ants in bed. Linen on tables dirty. The bed was lumpy and you could feel ever spring. So disappointed. Worst experince. Be for warned, all is not as advertised.

Very noisy room. Breakfast has a small selection. Most food was over. Resepsion was helpful and nice. Public transport is very close.

Staff very helpful, good also cleanliness of the rooms, copious breakfast, as catering works at alternating current. Close to the hotel there are stops for all directions, the room, double bed are small, and very hot…

Basic hotel with everything you need for a quick. Over night stay to catch a flight at Marvo Polo in the morning. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to visit Venice, two steps away are the bus and tram stops. In 20 or 30 minutes you arrive in the city.

This is what I call a one-star Hotel. You paiy 90 Euros to stay in very low hygiene. The staff stores the breakfast items under The Breakfast Table. They did that in front of our eyes. I could not believe what I was seeing. This is a very expensive hotel with low-quality bedrooms and third world hygiene breakfast.

3 Star Hotel… for the reception deplorable of the receptionist, for the advice to get a taxi. His cousin in fact who tries to rip us off, for the deplorable hygiene, the noise, the size of the room, the smell of Graillon… and the breakfast worthy of a bad joke (at Dudu c is better) brief…

Good location to visit Venice. You will have to take the tram T1 station Pastrello for about 30 minutes of journey to arrive in Venice. There is also bus 19 to Venice in 25 minutes next to the Jungle Pizzeria, then the 45 bus from the airport to the Ducal hotel. So good location to get to the airport and Venice. Otherwise the hotel has decent services and good for small budgets.

Bad I'm here for work and a hotel a little ' skinny, bad old breakfast.

Place is clean but a bit far, the tram is just outside though. Breakfast is very decent with good selections. Eat before you get there since there aren't any good restaurants around.

The rooms were acceptable, but complimentary breakfast was really bad and the manager had over charged us for disliking the breakfast. The worst staff I had seen in Italy.

This is the 3rd time I come, and for this time I am disappointed, rate increase, change of owner, but especially the breakfast is not up to the previous benefits, no yogurt, no fruit, no compote ect.

Save yourself a headache. Stay somewhere else. Even if you plan on using this as a quick one night stay to be close to the airport. Go to a large chain hotel.

This hotel is comfortable and clean. Dated in decor a bit but rooms were cleaned every day. Fresh linen etc. Breakfast is what we would expect typically continental. Had a problem within the bathroom which was swiftly sorted. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Transport links to Venice were just outside. Absolutely easy to navigate to and from. Would definately stay again.

Room where you enter or the suitcase. Reception run by staff are very young but ethnic Indian/Nepal — Bangladesh etc. And east European and therefore coming from standards far from the NS. Expectations and totally disinterested in the needs of the customer and with a more annoying. Restaurant same speech above (staff out from the NS. Culture) Micro portions of first precooked and in a bad way and other that it is better not to try I suggest convenience store Mortadella sandwich at 50 Mt.

My single room was small and a little dated but clean.

Its an amazing place consider to price, but no smoking zone specially. That's why those who are smokers have to suffer. But the environment, security, hospitality was too good and enough parking place. No variety of food though its named hotel ducale and resturant. Considering all I would mark 4 out of 5.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms. Lovely cafe right on the doorstep. Transport point 2 minute walk away to get to Venice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Disgusting. Hallways are filthy. Clearly havnt been vacuumed in months. Dust lay thick everywhere. Hairs in mattress. Had to sleep on a towel on top of the bed! Very old fashioned run down. Needs a deep clean and new mattress and bedding!

Location very convenient, extremely close transport links (tram, bus), staff very helpful, especially with English speakers, room is rather small but enough to do locally to be busy throughout the day, breakfast is also very nice with a variety of options.

I stayed at this hotel for work in July 2017. Nothing to say about the courtesy of the staff, but honestly I found the rest rather lacking. I changed 2 rooms, the first on the third floor and the second on the first; either way, Wi-Fi didn't work at all. In the first room the air conditioner leaked water and flooded the room and the key was not going. The rooms are really small and no fridge bar. Breakfast is poor and monotonous. In some cases the staff seems unprepared to handle the customer's requests: I happened to ask for a juice while working in the restaurant area (only place where I could access the net) and it was an inconvenience… in the end he arrived without a glass, hot and the problem was that you did not understand how I would pay him… (room charge or cash? ). Positive notes location and price, although personally I would rather spend a little more and get better. Come on, you can get better.

Poor hotel in all points of view. 26 °c in the air-conditioned room. Even coffee is bad.

I often go to the hotel bar for an aperitif with friends and I have to say it is great.

Good hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had problems with AC on the entire first floor the first night. Had to change rooms 3 times. Once the AC was working. Room was fine. Breakfast was mediocre.

Nice and clean room, great staff and direct bus line to Venice (you can buy the tickets directly at reception) as an added bonus. The shower cabin was a bit small, but maybe that's nitpicking. For a three star hotel I think it's great, I would use it again.

I would give it negative ratings if I could not only did though still have no air conditioning, but also the staff especially the night attendant is completely incompetent. He was rude and insulting and the hotel refused to give me any type of documentation or refund for the enormous inconvenience. I would never ever ever recommend this hotel (if that's what you want to call it) to anyone!

Great room, excellent amenities for price, centrally located to access many place to travel too, San Marco, trains & bus stations.

The hotel is clean, has parking and is located a 1-minute walk from the bus stop that takes to Venice.

The Hotel is close enough to the Marco Polo Airport. We picked this place so that we could go to the airport next day. We had to leave around 8:00 and we had to pay for the same shuttle because officially they don't leave until 9:00am (which is a rip-off). Hotel's receptionist is very helpful, small hotle with local neighborhood atmosphere. Greatfree breakfast, very generous. Convenient to the bus stop. Take the bus, only costed a few Euro and brought you right noext to the Hotel. Look for the bis sign and the bus stop at Favaro. About 30 min from the Bus Terminal in Venice. Free wireless internet, Yeah! Don't look for any fancy furniture though. Everything is very plain. We had to leave our luggages there because too early to check in. They said "don't worry, it's safe" and it is true when we came back from sightseeing, all our luggages were still there. However, it could be pretty nerve wrecking, especially with your computer because they don't have any locked storage room. They just put our luggages inside the little bar in front against the end wall. You wonder how safe could this be. Anyway, they also received our lost luggage from the cruise ship, which is great. All in all, if you need a quick stay over and don't pay through your nose, this is it. We were surprised we got free internet because not so according to the description Oh, the price they charged in downtown Venice is outrageous. Total rip-off and the young people working there were sooo rude!
