Clean, cosy place, very good service, varied breakfast and with bus stop to the street, you get very easy from Santa Lucia bus 19. The only downside is their very small bathroom.

Well kept local, the owner is very friendly.
The room maybe a little small, suitable for those who want to stay for a few nights a few kilometers from Venice. Very comfortable bus and tram that pass near the B&B.

The room was not as clean as expected. Under the bed was very much dusty (by some weeks). There was mold in the fridge that could have been eliminated. In a drawer were brost-residing from the pretenant. The bathroom was very nice. You expect more for the price.

I brought my clients, I was informed with them, they told me that they were satisfied.
Approach to the phone was gallant where I could witness the professionalism and correctness on the part of the management.
I had the pleasure of visiting it, very nice, it deserves!

The price is a little high but the voucher given the location.

The room is very small, to go to the bathroom you have to cross a balcony, the dining room is open in the morning but not always available for lunch and dinner. The bed is also very small and the décor is old.

Excellent solution for a short stay in Venice. A few meters from the bus stop to reach the lagoon city.

It is easy to go to Venice, you walk out to the door of the hotel and you have the bus 19 that leaves you to 20 minutes in the square Rome and of Alli the diversion. If you are going to be more than 3 days I advise you to love a cigar shop and lottery to the right of the hotel a ticket for buses and boats (public transport) to Q Cayas direct to the islands Burano, Murano and Trocelo. Breakfast is rich basic but rich and comfortable beds, if Van von Children advise you to take the taxi service with Mauricio its owner also explain some of the life and customs of the Venetians. In summer it has a beautiful garden as for a small summer picnic in case they are many days. The atmosphere and the house is like the house of your dreams.

I stayed five days with my husband and my two children, in a brand new apartment of this B&B, equipped with all The comforts, in a strategic position to reach Venice by bus. Every morning a hearty breakfast was taken care of by Mr. Maurizio, with whom we had a nice chat and that was kind of the first telephone contact. We Also had a breakdown in our car and was available to accompany us from his trusted mechanic. What about it? They were relaxing days and I would highly recommend it to everyone. I hope to come back one day because Venice is magical.

Caution : maurizo is an old creepy pervert! single women travellers should not stay here for their own safety! i have never had such a terrible stay with air bnb. The air bnb host offered to cook me lunch because he was late coming to check me in so I let him and it was good. Well he also cooked dinner unexpected. I asked him what I could do to help and he asked me to clean the dishes, while I was cleaning them he came by and got all touchy and kissy with me and kissed me on my shoulder. So I backed away and we started chatting and I mentioned I had a bf at home hoping he'd leave me alone. Well after dinner he tells me he hopes to sleep with me because I'm a beautiful angel and other stuff that made me really uncomfortable so I told him off and went to my room and pushed the couch in front of the door and had a completely restless night!

Very close to the airport, and in front passes the bus No. 19 that for only 1.50 Euros takes you to Venice Island. And Mr. Mauricio, the owner, is super attentive and a good person.

Welcoming and accommodating host when our flight was delayed. The place itself is just what I needed — an economical but comfortable stay while sightseeing. Thanks Maurizio!
