Helpful staff. Convenient for the airport.

I was there in April. The room was clean, old, but nice. But the personal is very rude, unfriendly, unhelpful. At the breakfast they had a very arrogant atitude, when I ask where should I go for breakfast, didnt even respond, just show me with the hand and made a strange noise with the voice, but not talking. They definitively should invest more in the development of the personal. The room where the breakfast was served, was so dark, almost sad. I do not understand why all those curtains,, when the room is full with windows? Just let the beautiful light of the sun in. Will surely make a difference when you would make this room more luminous. That will change the mood of your personal and the mood of the customers, too.

Very old looking, dark. Good breakfast for what we were expecting. Good location to the airport, about 10 min. With a car. Also bus station very close to Venice, very cheap.

Pocket handkerchief, shabby bedding. And what about the reception? Want anything but to stay in this hotel!

Great location because of the bus and tram stop just a few meters away that connects you directly to Venice! Quiet and clean rooms polite, competent and discreet.

We had a great time! Room in order, clean bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo towels and everything. Tv in the room and everything working well. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

It was better then some of the places I paid 4 or 5 times more for.

Room not very flirtatious, peculiarity of lighting and electricity: when you turn off the light, it also cuts the socket feeding the TV!
The air conditioning is very noisy.
Bedspread burned by a cigarette while the room is non-smoking.
Breakfast provided but not fresh rolls.
Hotel in renovation: the biting hammers start their music at 8:15 Sharp.
Fortunately the watch staff welcoming and helpful, which goes up the note.

It was a very clean room. The manager is not very friendly but the rest of the staff is willing to serve and answer your questions. Hotel at 20 min from Venice by bus, very well served by public transport which leads directly to Mestre and Venice (bus and tram in the street).

Negative Point no possibility of restoration in the evening, room a little cold, fee of 2, €4 per night and per person. Otherwise to sleep only satisfactory value for money.

For a night can go… for a longer stay is better to choose something better.

Absurd that a hotel is closed in the pre and Christmas period! I wanted to book but before booking I wanted to see the rooms but it was not possible.

Only down side from my experience was the Wi-Fi… wasn't strong… but I liked the room, staff and breakfast.

The regular service you expect in a 3-star hotel was lacking. For example: no extra pillows, no safe/locker in the room, breakfast was very minimal, and the AC/heating was very irregular. The hotel is also not well insulated for sound. Two of our three nights we were kept awake by either screaming couples, or couples who were having a lot of fun together. The location itself was also not too great, requiring a 30 minute bus ride to get to Venice. The shower was very nice though.

It was a very old hotel. Correct for the price. Nice day staff and good advice. To advise for a stay in Venice.

Simple lodging but fantastic continental breakfast. Excellent coffee!

Friendly staff. Rooms are very well appointed and clean. Parking spaces are behind the house. Good connection to Venice. Stop approx. 50 meters from the hotel. Rich Breakfast. The rooms are all with shower and toilet.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Apenas 30 minutos de Veneza com o transporte local (EUR 1.50) que passa na rua do hotel. O quarto tem uma mobília antiga e o banheiro parece ter sido reformado recentemente e tem uma ótima ducha. Funcionários antensiosos e excelente café da manhã. O preço é justo para ter um bom descanso após um dia de passeio. Recomendo.

Very good reception!
Nice hotel friendly and very helpful.

Can't say my experience was good. Room we were given was cold, the duvet looked like they were just a pair of curtains, pillows were very think, had to fold them over to make bareable. The only positive is the staff was friendly and it was cheap.

Nice location, co-operative staff, clean rooms.

It is clean, friendly staff. Area is friendly with one of the best pizza place in Italy that has won many awards all over the world including las vegas. Transportation is great and easy to get to the city and airport. I'm sure it's not the best hotel in Venice but for the price. You can't complain. Breakfast buffet is OK. Air con is ok. And they clean room everyday. I would recommend to anyone on a budget that can't afford the Marriott hotel :-)

Depends on which room you are given a swing between the stars and the stables the cleanliness is not their forte, breakfast in the norm, but the coffee vending machine! Forget it.

2-star hotel. Poor furniture. Lacking in bar fridge, light bathroom mirror. Bathroom not as cozy as well as the whole structure. Breakfast.

Poor and slightly rude service of the staff. This hotel needs to be refurbished. Don't even try to drink their coffee it's horrible!

Thoroughly read reviews, looked good. Our AC wasn't effective. We stayed in 3rd floor room. Bed was pretty firm for a full size. The most unnerving thing about the whole stay was the general paranoia of the manager. I went to look in the breakfast room and he hastily followed me in there like I was going to steal a jam packet or something. There is a a sign that says "please, you are nott permitted to take anything from the breakfast room" if you were inclined to steal cold cuts or stale cereal or packaged croissants. No refrigerators in room, annoying for people who like to buy food at grocery store. I used the downstairs fridge but again had to clear it with el presidente. I was interrogated on why I needed to get my food (another manager had put it in for me). But. What took the cake. Was the 2.10€ tax per person on checkout! We were told this on checkout. What a scam. Never mentioned it on check in. Room was advertised for $53, after BC service fees it was around $64, but you can't leave italy without a good extortion! $70 for a below average stay with weird money grubbing managers. And you are a solid 30 min from Venice.

Poor service of the staff, hard to follow the rules. Although I was at the breakfast table at 9:30. So when the clock was 10 I was stopped from taking anything more from the breakfast table. I have never received such a service at a hotel. Noisy hotel beds they squeak one can clearly hear the neighbors activities. But cheap and close to buses to visit Venice.

This Place is the best Place to live. Good service and great help to find everything. Take the bus to favare veneto and jump of at the PASTRELLO busstop. €75 first night, €65 the next and €60 the rest of the night. Take bus 45H from the aerport (marco polo) and you get there.

Nice hotel for a good price. The room was clean and large for this kind of city trip hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff for any tips and advice to travel aroud the area. Nice location with good connections to the city centre for only 1.20 euro and to Marco Polo airport. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks again for the bottle of wine! The hotel was excellent value for money. Our room was reasonable large, had on-suite and was clean. The breakfast was OK and nicely laid out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that it is a 25 minute bus ride from Venice on the number 19 and 45 minutes on the no 4 but the fares are cheap at 1.10 Euro each way.
