Loreley is a special place very quiet with great views staff friendly and helpful the boss was really funny food was lovely to experience as not eaten Italian food the waiter and waitress were always going that extra bit nothing to much trouble rooms cleaned daily it's a nice walk down to were the beach and shops are, bus service well fight to get on and off but again an experience loved everything x.

Francesco Gentile made sure our experience not only at the hotel but in Sant’Angelo in general was amazing. He provides a great customer service! The hotel has a breathtaking view, and it is close to the main attractions in the area. The staff is also available to give the guests a ride to and from the hotel.

Great place to Relax, with very attentive and helpful staff. The sea view was stunning! I have enjoyed every moment of it!

A beautiful and relaxing place, with a large garden and a terrace with a swimming pool where they serve breakfast. The rooms are really nice and have a small terrace equipped with chairs and tables. The only flaw is the lack of a shower box so the bathroom is flooded. Another positive note the cuisine, really tasty, with a slightly gaunt buffet breakfast, but great fish or vegetarian meat dishes for dinner. The disorganization of the room waiters, who forget to serve you the dishes (I used half a pension and two days out of three forgot my first) or are not overly attentive to your requests. Reason for the 3 stars. Located in a very high and sloping area, so it takes a lot of training to get back from the center of Sant'Angelo and the sea that is about a dozen minites on foot. Maronti Bay is the nearest one. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service within certain times. Overall good, very family-friendly.

We spent a beautiful week at Hotel Loreley. Our room was lovely with a fantastic see view! Dinner was so delicious every day, breakfast is basic but it was so nice to have it on the terrace! All the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful! Just one thing we missed, would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. On the whole we had a fantastic time at hotel Loreley we definitely recommend it to everyone! :)

I just returned from a 4 days stay at Hotel Loreley. Frankly speaking, this one is more of a hit or miss. The location is remote, a little inaccessible (although the hotel provides an electric taxi service from the hotel to the centre of Sant'angelo for some fixed hours of the day) but the surroundings of the hotel is highly ecological and marvellous. There are some really beautiful beaches down the hotel and the town centre too. The ambient at the hotel is very relaxing. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The breakfast was delicious and with multiple options to eat. The pool side is calm and refreshing. I would say the billing staff is honest. We were charged €10 extra, which they returned once they realised the fault in our accounts. So thumbs up to that. Now to the things that made me not give the 4th and 5th stars in the review. The rooms could have been orientated better given the price they charged and given the fact that it is a 3 star hotel. We were not given basic amenities including shampoo and soaps every morning after the room cleaning was done. The hair dryer didn't work. The air conditioner was a bit wonky too. The most unusual thing happened when we were leaving. Given the fact that the hotel provides free taxi service to and fro from the hotel. We were asked to pay extra for the bags. Our bags were transported in another taxi, even though we had enough space in our taxi. I expect a little heads up if they gonna charge me for some service.

A cozy, homely hotel! I recommend to everyone who is tired of the bustle of the metropolis! The kitchen is delicious, the team is very attentive and responsive! Weeks of little ( ( ( ( ( ( ( (

A welcoming and panoracious place: all the rooms are sea views as well as the dining terrace. The spa water pool "within reach" and very impressive all the location of the hotel. The receptionists were nice and helpful and the food was great with good value for money. I'll be back gladly!

Very nice hotel in a nice location. The staff is always very busy, very friendly and helpful. Especially the food is absolutely pointed. Selection among three dishes leaves nothing to be desired. Regionality is very important here, so there are only wines from the region.
The pool with thermal water is very pleasant. The rooms are clean and adapted in size of the region. Only the bathroom (shower cubicle) could be slightly larger.
The beaches are easily accessible for people without disabilities. The beach on the fumarole is great. Beach with underfloor heating.
The village of Sant Angelo is car-free and only electric vehicles drive, which take over the transport of goods and people. This, of course, usually has to be paid for. It's all relatively close, but not to be underestimated by the height differences.
But we fully enjoyed the peace and relaxation.
We would be vacationing in the hotel and the place again. Price and performance are absolutely fine.

Although the whole hotel needs a refresh it is very nice, relaxing, very quiet and with the beautiful views. The staff is very kind and friendly. The food was good. Price of accommodation I would say great. We also benefited from the 50% discount at the Tropical Spa Park. We thank the staff for the hospitality! Recommended!

Quaint little hotel with outstanding views from the breakfast terrace. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful views, friendly staff and a pool with thermal water 25c degree. But the hotel needs a rafraissiment. The rooms a little too old.

I am staying here at the moment and for another week "so far so good", the weather been amazing to date as are the views … The walk down to Sant' Angelo and back up to hotel Im finding not as bad as I thought it would be (so far) and I'm not the fittest of people… rooms not the biggest but clean and anyways not staying here to sit in the room all day so make do! … like I say so far so good… will post again on here before leaving.

I have just returned from an amazing weeks holiday… how I wish it had been longer… Loreley is a great hotel the staff could not be more helpful the food on half board was very nice and plentiful… the pool was so warm and relaxing the room was clean and comfortable if somewhat dated but the view from the balcony made up for that! A buggy was always available to get to and from the beach or Sant Angelo… Overall for the price an great hotel and destination… I will return x.

Nice clean hotel, in Sant'Angelo the most beautiful and peaceful areas of Ischia. Staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
