A beautiful hotel, friendly and super helpful staff and is located in a quiet area but at the same time in the center of the pleasant lacco of Ischia. I recommend it and would stay here again.

I spent a week in September, I had a great time, nice location, great food, staff kindness, peace, relaxation, fun and beautiful people… I will gladly stay here again. ♥️

Great Hotel, very good staff, but a flaw that I personally did not like that on Sunday lunch on a menu of 20€ they gave spaghetti garlic and oil … otherwise good!

Great staff, education and friendliness, waiters, kitchen, housekeeping, reception, everything ok, though! Structure and furnishings a little dated from my point of view, to be redone definitely. Overall quality/price, we had a very good time in September, three-step sea, included parking and ok spa area. Without the THOUGH, I would have given 5 stars.

I'm sorry, but it's not at all what I expected… rooms full of ants, dirty spa pool to throw up! scarce and tasteless food. The only excellence is the staff, always kind.

I was with my wife in early August and I can say that it is a great cozy and quiet structure great for relaxing and with great cuisine, we will definitely come back to it.

I spent a week at the hotel and I do a great rating at the metre but the service poor especially the buffet. Crumbling and noisy rooms. Decent food but not abundant.

Hotel exceeding expectations the friendly and helpful and the restaurant and gorgeous with fine cuisine and plentiful but the 5 stars it deserves the charge nurse industry expert and a real gentleman Mattia.

I have just returned from a two week stay in Ischia, and stayed at this beautiful hotel. The service we received me, my wife and my daughter of 13 years, it was really great. The ground floor room in the garden, it was comfortable, with air conditioning, tv, fridge and balcony was cozy and clean. Surely you are not modern, but have a bathroom all brand new, except for a very small flaw: a curtain closing the shower stall. The hotel also has two huge pools, including a spa, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a hot/cold location in addition to beds, chairs and umbrellas all around the pools that are located in the manicured gardens.
At the Reception, we found a very kind person that has answered all our queries. Savior, but also night porters were all very friendly and polite. But the real gem of the Hotel is represented from the kitchen and its staff. Besides eating with quality, customers are pampered and spoiled in their every request from the bartender. Mattia … There's request that he, as far as possible, it cannot fulfill. I've never had to find people so nice and friendly. Finally, the hotel enjoys a convenient location: it is located 100 metres from the Centre of the promenade of Lacco Ameno, however is in a very quiet private drive. It was a wonderful vacation.

I just got back but already I yearn! the room staff spoiled me perhaps too, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly! congratulations to all and thank you for a lovely stay! I hope to return soon.

Very helpful staff good, eat from Prince. We were really good. Mattia the head nurse there to spoiled. Will definitely be back.

Family hotel where courtesy is at home. Near the sea and the beautiful promenade of Lacco Ameno. There are no additional charges to the enormous package offered.
