Pleasant stay. Spacious rooms with sea view, staff very friendly and helpful. Possibility to relax in the inside, thanks to two swimming pools:one heated and the other is thermal. But the strong point is definitely the restaurant: David, the maitre, was very friendly and helpful, attentive to every need and demonstrating professionalism impeccable. Finally, what can be said of the chef… a very high quality of the dishes, combined with a simplicity of flavors that are an ideal mix.

So many quality kindness and cleanliness.

Modest but clean and tidy rooms, impeccable service, personable, courteous and unpretentious staff!
Peaceful and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic.
However if it were to summarize I would gladly return!

I couldn't resist more than one night.
First problem: On the announcement we talk about shuttle service, but do not say anything about the fact that you do not have the opportunity to move if not in the shuttle. They make you park your car at the foot of a narrow road (that the idea of guiding us in the middle scares me, I would crawl the sides to the walls of the street), a steep climb that you can not even walk. You are isolated and not at all free to move independently. If the situation is this you have a duty to write it, I can not find out after 4 hours of travel.
It also embarrasses me that you tell me that I can call the shuttle as I please, I do not want the driver to escort me, I want to be able to return easily to my car when I want.
Then, second aberrant thing. I have a puppy with me and they say that dogs are allowed. Yet only this morning I specify that the dog can not enter the breakfast room. And where the hell should I leave him, a puppy? In the room, where you will despair and guairà waking up all the hotel? Are you kidding me?
The owner, then, sour and unreasonable. He didn't even stop to wonder if it was his fault, we were crazy to pretend to get to our car alone or to eat in the room.
It is not as important as either the hospitality, the food or the rooms, if the advertisement is misleading. It's a damn offense, you can't take my money if you omit that kind of thing.

Very quiet place, and good breakfast: Maybe some cheese is well appreciated. Enzo, the man at the reception was very helpfull, ans was speaking several languages. A very well kept large swimmingpool, hot thermal water bath and hydromassage bath. Plus points: situated far from the trafic, navette to bring you up to the hill, big terrasse on the roof: shadow at noon and the evening a very nice panorama on the port of Lacco Ameno. About 500m there was a Carrefour-express, supermarket, and a very good pizzeria: Sale e Pepe.

My husband and I being soggiornaro x half board. We were very pleased with both from the point of view of the food from the point of view of hospitality and professionalism. I recommend it to couples for short breaks and relaxing, more difficult for families with young children because the hotel is not right by the sea. The 2 pools are both well maintained, the only drawback is given by mosquitoes. Overall grade 7, 5.

I was at the Hotel for 4 nights. I paid a little but I had little. I begin by saying that the room was on the second floor of the building, with no lift I had to drag on suitcases without that I was given some help by the staff. The room size was decent for the sleeping area, bathroom small, that makes it difficult to use the system (even of our neighbors had the same problem). Without air conditioning, the room was quite warm. The large balcony, large enough to sit, overlooking the pool. About the rooms it is necessary to say that there were more comfortable and air-conditioned, but required a fee which I think inadequate when compared to other hotels. The hotel has two pools, a normal water is quite big but never gave me the impression of being very clean (there were a lot of mosquitos) ; the other, small, but pleasant spa water. Decent restaurant and kitchen.
For people like me who use buses to get around, the hotel is not very well located: Crow is not far from a small beach and the bus stop but the path is back, all uphill and may require of the stops to rest.
