The food did not satisfy me, we recently spent a weekend and honestly it was all hot, as it is the hotel I thought better… excellence is friendly and attentive staff.
Maybe I'll go back.

I've been going there for over 30 years
Super clean rooms, great welcome, friendly staff also in the spa and above all one of the best sources of thermal water on the island.
Great location. Also suitable for older people who can stay in the beautiful garden or take a tour in the village without having to climb. My mother accompanied me for 30 years until I was 85. Bus stop in front of the hotel.
Also suitable for children for the pool of sea water in the garden!

You eat well the staff is nice. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaning is done, but they would need more maintenance. The indoor pool with hot salt water would be very nice but it is a bit old and lacks those few tricks that would make it more welcoming (for example there is no hotel staff present for any checks and to provide for example a heated towel that would be the top).

Pleasant clean rooms with kitchen balcony varies with typical products. Welcome and pleasantness of the staff. The Spa and the thermal pools are great.

Great, on the sea. Two pools including a spa. Set in a fairytale garden. Kind and qualified staff. Ideal for a holiday in total relaxation. Top food and environment. Very recommended.

3 stars hotel just on the road (on a positive note a small walk brings you to the center of Lacco Ameno where you can find some cafès and restaurants), the garden is nice, the rooms are quite old. I didn't like the service, not very helpful (they never send somebody to repair my room door), and they didn't provide us with recommendations to enjoy the island at the best. Breakfast is horrible. Don't go if you are less than 75 years old. Bad value for money.

I Have just returned from a wonderful holiday, I stayed for a week in the beautiful Hotel Villa Svizzera. It is located on the long Sea of Lacco Ameno, in the beautiful island of Ischia, very quiet place, spacious and comfortable rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff (it was my first holiday in Ischia). The. Kitchen is fantastic, with a wide choice of appetizers, both for lunch and dinner, very varied menu, with always present seafood dishes that I enjoyed very much. Also The breakfast has always been to my liking. Great value for money, highly recommended. We Will certainly see you very soon. Greet everyone and a big hug!

Location in the green, centrally Located. Good service and Nice staff. Wellness Center and Spa good in particular the performance of the fanghina, the Massager Ciro and the beautician, which advice for those who want to get back to New. I have been to Villa Switzerland before and will always come back with Pleasure.

Hotel that has a good location, convenient to reach and central. Very rude reception staff. I went 2 times to this hotel: the first one, with an older person I requested a room on the ground floor; I was satisfied with specifying that I would be level, but I would have no stairs. Sleeping on a pool pump that vibrates all night, was not a good deal. Let alone the surprise, the second time I book, in reserving a superior room (said by them, among the most beautiful) and find myself in the same room of the previous time. I thought it was a real scam. Perfect kitchen staff!

A very friendly hotel, clean and equipped with various comforts, very helpful and nice staff.
From the culinary point of view excellent, abundant dishes (too), clean and cozy rooms and quite large. I recommend it!

Great place with thermal and outdoor Pool. Beautiful garden very relaxing is located in the center of Lacco with the sea a few meters. Good Food.

For business reasons I stayed at this property: central location, next to the bus stop, and therefore convenient to get to; Exquisite staff, always ready to put you at ease and satisfy your needs; Restaurant with a good menu to offer and to taste. Only note, really sore, was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room that left it to be desired. With a little more attention to the staff, perhaps, you could raise the level of the structure to a much higher level.
Too bad that my working hours did not allow me to enjoy the waters of the thermal pool that would have given, certainly from, refreshment and wellbeing to those who use it.

The place is great, just 50 meters from the sea, inner Park with swimming pool, beautiful image and always clean and peaceful meals varied and abundant service great and unobtrusive and really recommend.

With so many seats von pool. Very good food. Close to the sea.
