Because my review hasn't been published. I wrote it yesterday.
Reading the various negative reviews I wondered if they really referred to the kursaal hotel in Salsomaggiore or other hotel!
Right now I'm right at this hotel and I can guarantee that the rooms are clean as well as the towels and sheets. The quality of the food is great and the chef Luigi is really fantastic in presenting delicious dishes and cakes always different and delicious.
The staff are friendly and always helpful even with customers who are not too polite.
My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for 4 years and we always meet the same clients many of whom have been coming for many years.
The hotel's location is central the entrance is in the pedestrian area and some rooms are in front of the Berzieri spas so they have a beautiful view.
The owner is always helpful and kind although it can give the impression of being "cold" as someone wrote.

NEVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!

I book through the internet and call me to inform me that the card is not valid (very strange) and they cancel my reservation
I'm booking with another card and I'm getting a welcome email.
After about 10 minutes they cancel my reservation.
I have always used my cards to book and now I'm afraid they have been reset!
BE VERY CAREFUL.

Positives: location and clean, spacious rooms. Little compared to the poorly maintained cuisine, the coldness of the owner and the disparity of treatment between those who stay "in convention" with some event and those who do not enjoy this convention.
Let me pay a little more, but use the same shrewdness that's already scarce. You can't propose to guys who do eight hours of sports a day carrots and tomatoes for 9 days!
In Salsomaggiore with the same figure is much better.

In the heart of Salsomaggiore in front of the Thermae, with entrance on the street behind, offers basic rooms with air conditioning and TV, the result of a recent renovation. It has a bar and a restaurant. Placed in an excellent position for a stay that does not require the car if not to arrive and leave, everything is within walking distance…

Clean rooms Poor quality food with little polite staff for anything available to the guests needs. Poor and uncourteous proprietor… Around dozens of hotels but this resulted in poor quality.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Salsomaggiore. Kitchen very good, rooms comfortable, staff disposinibile and courteous.

Good accommodation, convenient central location for the spa. The room was very clean Nice and helpful staff Good breakfast and restaurant.

Location in the strategic center. The lobby is well made, the rooms are standard nothing bad nothing special staff not always friendly.

Camere molto ampie, belle e pulite ma cibo abbastanza scadente.

Located in pedestrian area, at a certain time literally closes the door with chain and padlock.

Fantastic Staff, like delicious kitchen holder. Congratulations.

Hospitality and courtesy in a refined and elegant environment. Restaurant with great food.
Centrally located, next to the Terme Berzieri is convenient for the Palais of Congresses. I recommend to all those who want to spend a pleasant holiday in Salsomaggiore.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff not too friendly, especially at the restaurant where we dined Friday night, as soon as you arrive. Greeted by two cute children playing at the computer at the reception (? ), we were kindly invited to dine quickly because the kitchen was closing. It was about 9pm, 00 on a Friday night… However, when the room is for 2 people, any towels and slippers should be double… I also recommend changing the breakfast tablecloths: the same Saturday and Sunday morning, dirty coffee and sticky jams. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cozy, maybe a bit too noisy due to its proximity to the street, shops…

Great Hotel to stay in Salt. Nice rooms and great food.
