Wonderful building, in the beating heart of the jeweled town of Salsomaggiore, private parking with elevator, attentive and informed staff on the territory cultural activities and events, sublime cuisine and dream breakfast. On 2/2/2020 my birthday I spent it here, gift of my partner, a wonderful memory before everything stopped. We can't wait to get back ❤

Friendly and friendly staff. Especially William is super nice. The hotel is located in the center and is close to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean and quiet. Breakfast is super, very good, with lots of cakes and savoury foods.

The hotel is aesthetically beautiful, Art Nouveau style, even the common parts have their charm. Other talk the rooms: they are small and should be renovated. The blind bathroom is very small and a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast is good with a decent choice of sweet and salty and the staff friendly and helpful. If you find it at a good price (less than 100 euros per night for a double) I recommend it.

The highlight are the rooms and also the service is great and the Wi Fi is very fast.

Little spa a bit past fashion. We are calm, yet close to Parma.
The late 19th-century style hotel kept the charm of the time. Friendly and competent staff. The room is good The bathrooms are a little small, especially the showers. But it's a good address. Good value for money.

Very friendly staff, table service in the race restaurant of the Grand Prix of Monza at one point I was laughing, I had yet to finish the appetizer that I had someone at my table that had already before the second and I the dish, of the first, in front that I Aspe And asked the maid if they were making a race, she, laughing, told me that the cook had given these provisions and that they had to bring out the dishes… reflects the way of the director…

Nice hotel. Seems to be missing something for perfection but I wouldn't know to pinpoint it accurately.

Old and unclean showers and toilette facilities, cold rooms, and, most importantly, arrogant and disrespectful staff at the Restaurant. Of positives — grandesque building, decent location, however, the impression was totally spoilt in the morning. Overall, I do not recommend the GHR — it requires substantial improvement.

Friendly, great location with easy parking! small room but overall pleasant only niggles the noisy air conditioner even if switched off and as breakfast I expected more, maybe they had a few guests and have wasted a little bit. But would go back immediately.

We stayed for two nights at the Grand Hotel Regina, taking advantage of a particularly advantageous offer.
It's a big hotel and the old style is very appropriate for the area.
We stayed in what they called "the best hotel room" on the fourth floor and the room was very large.
Sound insulation to the outside was almost perfect, considering that in front of the hotel there was a building under renovation!
Also greatly appreciated the free Wifi in the rooms.
Very good clean and staff very courteous.
Among the cons say: the State of the system (especially the fittings) not really "new"; the private parking is a bit limited, and breakfast: plentiful but only discreet quality (of course is a subjective opinion).
