Great location to leave the car in free parking and turn Urbino on foot, it is very close to the old town. Very friendly staff, current breakfast room and very good breakfast. The room is small but with everything you need, clean and tidy. I recommend it.

Nice staff, clean rooms and easily reachable by foot or city-bus.

Reception is helpful. The lifts are small, but work. Air conditioning in the room is very effective. Bathroom very tiny, old fashioned and poorly equipped. Room furnishings sparse and basic. The included breakfast is terrible — very poor selection of foods, terrible fruit juices, stale cakes, no refrigeration — guests should plan on getting some breakfast somewhere else. Car parking facilities are very limited. Bus stop is right outside the door. I shall not be staying here again.

Friendly staff, great lobby and dining room (current and bright). A few demerit notes for the room, not keeping up with the times the décor. Well hygiene, too bad for the unloading of the sink almost clog. Suitable space for 3 but not adequate for a quadruple (we request). All in all adjusted prices for the service offered.

Without too many pretensions, but the value for money is discreet. To renew the bathrooms and improve the cleanliness. Very comfortable location for those who have to go at the hospital which is right in front (the room was well-soundproofed so you couldn't hear any noise to it traceable)

Located in an easily accessible place within 10 minutes walking distance from the old town. The service was good and the staff helpful and courteous.

The hotel is mid-level. Location a bit peripheral but convenient for those arriving by car (public parking). Room and bathroom clean but a little small. No fridge. Good breakfast, but not included. Kind but thrifful even with the bathroom kit…

A hotel with no big claims from the proper cost, with cleanliness, abundant breakfast and friendly staff that distinguishes it. Great for the ability to park in the area freely. Distant from the center about 1700 meters, that if you are good walkers and with good weather they face nicely.
However, the public transport stop right in front of the structure and bring you with ease in the central square from where you can move easily to visit the places of interest. Recommended!
One thing… Personally I would change the outside sign that I know of hotel years 70 and I would equip the rooms with water kettle! (In the evening a good herbal tea reconciles digestion and sleep! )

A hotel without infamy and without praise, but the staff is discreet, silent and this even smaller. Close to the Centre of Urbino and almost never full. A guarantee.
