the seaside structure associated with them is managed in a commendable way, you eat well and the manager has excellent skills in the management of the customer.

How do you make 3 stars at this structure? In addition to being truly a beautiful hotel, it has a tree-lined park where you can relax and where children can play using the many games designed for them (biliardino, 4 places for minigolf, cases in sturdy plastic and wood, spring swings and two ping tables pong one for The big and one for the little ones) Right after the pine forest, there's the pool and hot tub. Do we want to talk about the kitchen? You eat from God and when you have to choose the menu for the next day (you can choose between 3 first and 3 seconds) you are spoilt for choice! All this surrounded by a unique kindness from the reception to the restaurant waiters to the piano waitresses. I know you!

Really complete hotel with good cuisine, great service, professional staff, comfortable though not huge rooms and ample outdoor space with games and pool. Good location: very close to the beach (private) and the beautiful promenade, a bit far from the center.

Great Hotel 4 stars. Clean, nice with parking, swimming pool and vast park. Private and clean beach. You eat well and the quality and amount of food is above average. The management of the room manager is excellent.

I returned after 11 years since the last time in this Hotel and I have to say that I had forgotten what it means to spend perfect holidays. The prepared and efficient staff, the pool, the park, the private beach and especially the restaurant make you feel happy and pampered. The Marconi hotel is at the top of St. Benedict del Tronto.

Staff very friendly and helpful to their needs but personally the hotel suffers from a terrible location. You have to sleep with the window closed by the deafening noise that comes from the street. After the first sleepless night I had my room moved from the other side. Playground result until midnight with a deafening amusous. And the smells of the restaurant rising and impregnating the whole room. I resigned myself to sleeping with the air conditioning on. The park for Kids is the pool are really nice. In the restaurant you eat well. But there is little attention to the meal of the little ones. Although they have always been available to our menu changes.

Poor breakfast selection and uncomfortable bedding!

We stayed three nights and cancelled the reservation after two nights due to the situation we experienced. The beds and pillows were terribly hard. The walls to the neighbors were so thin that in the night we woke up several times, since we could hear our neighbours talking and also showering as if it was in our room. After 6 pm there was no more warm water in the shower, which was especially bad since we came back from the beach to prepare for dinner. That was one of our worst hotel experiences so far.

Very nice hotel. Comfort everywhere. Relaxing climate, courteous and professional staff. Great cuisine. A special thanks to the wellness area, The massages have put me back on my feet.

The Hotel is very small and the rooms are very clean and the pool is very good. Convenient to the private beach.

Lovely hotel just a few meters from the beach and close to the center of San Benedetto. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished, with Wi-Fi, TV with satellite channels, a balcony and private bathroom with window (since our room was of superior cathegory, it also had a hot tub). The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. All the rooms are very clean and relaxing. The hotel has a large car parking adjacent to the building and a swimming pool, plus a gym, sauna and private beach with chairs and umbrella; all included in the price. Absolutely recommended!

Cosy, charming hotel with wonderful outdoor space, pool, garden with palms just 50m from the beach. Fantastic food, which can be compared to michelin star restaurant, very friendly staff.

Hotel with great hospitality with large outdoor spaces, garden and swimming pool and a spacious car park. Rooms comfortable and clean. Very nice restaurant with wait staff very attentive. Great foods, aperitif on Sunday sumptuous!

A really positive experience, kindness and many services, very clean and ate really well. The pool and beach are at the top, "a view from the room, " even though the place seems quiet, Wifi everywhere, even under the umbrella. I was impressed so much space available, even of children, and the availability of all. Allungherei up to 11 the time served, among other things really better than average, with many homemade desserts.

Perfect rooms except the bathrooms that would have to be restored, the excellent restaurant and breakfast with great courtesy and kindness of the staff. Shame about the infamous time.

Good food — great breakfast with homemade cakes, fine location and beach and the staff really nice. Many services included in the price, even the pedal boats on the beach and free wi fi. The only drawback: the disregard for poor maintenance in the rooms and the cleanliness not always thorough.
