Second time we came back and we are very happy, the friendly staff starting from the very sunny and helpful manager and then there is Elijah an exceptional person, nice and very professional, great and hearty food, fresh fish every day. Council.

Except for the convenient location because it is close to the sea and the center.
To get into the rooms you have to leave the hotel. There are several stairs which for a family with stroller is not very comfortable. The rooms are small and quite dated (to put a baby bed I could not use the closet).
The staff is young and kind but too inexperienced.

Staff polite, kind and always helpful. The food is great and plentiful, at the buffet there is always a triumph of vegetables, the bread, pizza and pastries are made by them. The rooms are clean, but mostly large closet, great x 4 people.

Hotel with great value for money, available staff ready to meet every customer's request. I don't give 5 stars for the railroad too close to the room. A particular mention of the sympathy and availability of the attendant Elijah's room, who as he says has "physical". Great cuisine, varies with generous portions. Sea across the road.

A wonderful hotel! Comfortable fresh spacious Rooms; Bathrooms big and clean! The cleanliness is excellent as well as the food; Polite and friendly staff. The waiters are great! I Really have nothing to say about bad about this hotel! I Can't wait to get back here!

Hotel Open all year round. Adjacent to the beach, in summer it has a private beach. Hospitable lobby and quick check-in. It has its own bar and restaurant. When the latter is closed you can use the restaurant below. Free Wi-fi on call. Rooms of acceptable size equipped with the necessary comforts. The locals would have deserved better soundproofing, the nearby railroad makes you feel a lot. In the middle of the night the train seems to run in the next room. You get used to it soon. Small parking in the street in front of the reception. The staff were very helpful Price off station very convenient.

Good Evening We stayed from December 30th to January 1st 2018 I have to say I had never found a staff so young really smart from the kitchen to the front desk a really perfect ' war weapon ' staff always helpful to please The client… THANKS to all the STAFF!

Very good value for money.

A great hotel especially for families and I have to say that you eat really well! The only flaw is the Wi-Fi of the dependance which is a bit scarce.

I stayed at this hotel on the occasion of Easter, from 15/04 to 18/04.
The location is great. The staff are courteous and the environment cute and familiar.
Good food, pity the excess of chilli in many vegetable contours served at the buffet. Unfortunately I found the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom not very accurate. However I would return.

Excelent place. They gave us a bottle of wine just because we used booking. Nice breakfast.

I was there last summer and the kitchen was really excellent.

We had a perfect time here. The service and rooms were as promised: fabulous! We enjoyed traditional food in restaurant. Our room was across of the beautiful beach. Thank our everybody for a good trip.

We returned recently from the beautiful vacation spent at the hotel LA PERLA PREZIOSA in grottammare. It was a very fun week full of lots of fun accompanied by great food and highly qualified personnel.
Worth visiting. We will definitely be back.

We were recently in Grottammare, Pearl of the Adriatic "so was named". We stayed at hotel la PERLA PREZIOSA. The professionalism and courtesy of staff they did spend a week of healthy relaxation! Long walks and large fish binges have accompanied us all the time. The sea truly lovely and the beach of fine sand and whitish they corroborated. Got home and everyday life often we honour all those moments spent with light-heartedness in Grottammare. Thanks to the staff, to Matthew, to Donato, Chiara and Francesca, the chef and all.

Great getaway with friends. Value — very good price. The food is good and you rest well. Maybe the train passes a bit close, but you get used to it. The beach is well taken care of and included in the price. In short, I recommend it. A greeting to all the staff and the next.

Regenerative weekend, welcoming and helpful staff excellent, comfortable and innovative, sophisticated dishes of the highest quality 'with exacting care. Qualified and competent personnel. Comfortable accommodation with good attention to cleanliness and detail, as fresh towels always available, preferably every morning newspaper in a restaurant, a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Possibility 'of using free internet in the rooms with excellent wireless connection directly on the corner in the lounge bar nelinternet, hotel location with panoramic sea views and very close to the center location for walking and shopping.
