Exceptional staff, helpful and welcoming. The kitchen is improved in many points. Cosy and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms a bit small.

We stayed from 17 to 25 August we had great hotel clean very courteous staff and professional food good fun and decent entertainment. We'll see you next year.

Hotel located just a few meters from the sea, equipped with swimming pool with hot tub. The only flaw is the lack of a private parking lot. Clean and quite spacious rooms. Great cooking.

Pleasant and relaxing stay in a comfortable hotel with panoramic views of the sea. Great, digestible and varied cuisine.
The staff is helpful and professional especially Patrizia of the bar,
Chef Paolo, Vladymir who in the restaurant room has everything under control, is attentive and fast. Michele the maitre is competent and always smiling.
And then the animators, genuine and engaging smart guys.
In short, we recommend to everyone!

Nice hotel, a little small room, especially bathrooms. But otherwise loved it: room service, service and serve of dishes in the restaurant (I would like to highlight Vladimir and Marianne) all very tasty and well, reception staff, animation, beach (music we sounded even there and entertainment)

We found ourselves awful good cooking but always late the lousy fish then Francesca Boccatonda One of the most disliked and incorrect people I have ever met then ugly organization was a nightmare then on request email we had asked question of a double bed and a single but they only look for two sunbeds so we found it bad I wouldn't recommend it.

Very good staff and very friendly Nice restaurant area and varied and good kitchen. Great value for money and if you go every year you have precedence over reservations and advantageous prices.

The hotel is also pleasant in its simplicity and is convenient for the beach because it is just across the street. Horrendous the kitchen that besides a vegetable buffet, in a week has never changed consisting of raw and cooked tomatoes, raw and cooked fennel, potato cucumbers and so forth, offers nothing else while knowing that guests who have are strictly families with children. Even the main dishes were quite disappointing. The thing that made me especially and that after I complained in the metre, after 3 days that my children did not eat, was to hear me answer that they are with the palate fine.

We stayed a week in August, in three of which a little girl from 2years.
Our room was very small enough to barely stay the baby cot, the bathroom is not much larger sitting on the toilet the knees touched the front wall.
All services are for a fee, bike rental, car parking, cot n room etc…
Medioscarsa quality food, poor buffet breakfast, waiters a little slow in the morning, so much to have to sit before they came to picking where before had eaten another.
Lunch and dinner with a choice of 2primi and 2 seconds plus a sweet or fruit soup… Vegetable Buffet.
The pool closes at 6pm, in my opinion a little early.

Or spent a week at this hotel and I had terrible, not friendly and not very cooperative, they tell you that you can bring your dog and year the beach included for private use, and nn you do bring to the hotel next door, as opposed to eurohotel you say no x because of a common directive, which firefighters said it's a description of the hotels. As a nn renovated … The serious problem and was one day and the lights went out and nn cera anywhere emergency lights was dark and no one saw the stairs. … And nn were reported … imagine who was on the 7 floor to come down without light and signaling, the only person who affected by real professional and was the head nurse Michele great person and very friendly.

Great location and excellent service. We were in this tourist facility along with two other families of friends, for two weeks, the first in July and the second in September 2014. The really great price, value for money. They also provide a Babysitting club and entertainment for which we could also benefit from moments of absolute relaxation for us parents. The meal plan, very nice, fully met our expectations (and even some children's whims). We would recommend this hotel for families and lovers of good food.
The only drawback, if you really want to be picky, bathroom small by virtue of magnificence. Family Nicolini et al.

Is a beautiful hotel with pool and hot tub. I'd recommend it. We are here for the first year. Because we saw on Facebook a quote. 2 adults. 2 children 3, 9, 11 years. An unforgettable holiday in just 546 euros. Children under 12 years are free of charge.

Accommodation at the hotel we are 2 adults 2 years e2bimbi of tiny room almost invibile ultra small table to eat small dishes they must put on each other we were placed in the middle of a hallway and I every time he passes a pram I have to be up on funny it is invaded by the elderly and if you do not hurry to get there early, stay with nothing housekeeping is poor I paid for 7 days then 50 euro 720 for the umbrella then 70 for the couch then another 30 to the minibar and behold the service certainly not going back again.

The nicest thing about this hotel is value for money or rather low price, (requesting a quote online made me 20% discount on price list) is otherwise satisfactory, grottammare-san benedetto are definitely worth seeing, beautiful ascoli.

A nice Hotel in Grottammare, handy for those who don't want to walk to go to sea. Good value for money.
