This was the first year we stayed here and since the choice of this hotel also made it thanks to the all good reviews, I leave one too… always clean rooms, yummy kitchen, staff and great entertainment, lots of fun, unique services etc. What else to add I'll come back next year… and I'm advising everyone…

Hello I this year was the first year and I felt good but great great food and super top staff a kiss raga.

I came with my family right at the Hotel Francesca Firstly I found great professionalism of all the operators. Fresh food, even the exceptional fish, relaxation to the fullest with whirlpool tubs, fun even for children all included in the price also the evenings in disco, with ballroom dancing and modern, the pools in fantastic hotels for those who do not want Go to the sea! Everything is perfect, even breakfast buffett with cakes and croissants fresh yogurt of all tastes and whatnot. Congratulations.

First experience, but we enjoyed it very much. Experience to Redo.

For the sponsor it looked like a paradise. Let's just say it's not like that.
1 The rooms are small but clean and well kept with everything you need (at least of the Hotel Plaza, Baky, Francesca)
2 The food is great and the staff is helpful and welcoming
3 The beach is nice and clean, with the convenient possible rental of pedal boats. Too bad for the very few products available in the bar
4 swimming pools with self service excellent, clean and quite equipped. Too bad the very small size (the self-service provides in the water park fast food and in the pool snacks various. We remember slide and trampoline in the water park.
5Il Melania Club, the fantastic spacious room with games room and bar service, unfortunately is often closed. Anyway if you go and in the 2-3 evenings that. It's open in the week, you'll find dance groups and other engaging activities for all ages.
6 I was extremely disappointed but at the same time I commend the staff. They are only three guys who however undertake, often however, given lack of members, do not get results.
Remember that the different structures are separated from each other so you have to walk every DAY
