Exceptional hotel, it is the second year that we come and we are always super satisfied! Young staff, very kind and available to accommodate every request, modern structure, nice and clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast with lots of variety to satisfy every palate.
Excellent dinner with dishes always very sought after and prepared with care, all exceptional!
The location is also excellent, just a few minutes from the beach and the center of Milano Marittima.
We thank all the staff and in particular the waiter / bartender Alessandro with whom we spent some nice evenings in the company of his excellent drinks!

Location close to the beach and convenient to the center of Mi. But.! Breakfast buffet for all tastes! The chef prepares excellent dishes of both meat and fish! Clean and elegant environment but at the same time familiar! In short, absolutely recommended both for a short weekend and for a longer holiday! Definitely!

Gorgeous spa friendly staff, great view with pool, great breakfast.

We stayed a few days but had a great time. Service cared for, very polite and attentive room staff, very kind even at reception and ate well. The property is also very well maintained. We'll be back.

Restaurant at the height… Great and varied food. Great placement of the buffet safely given the period. Maitre and waiters very prepared thoughtful and kind. Local TV ok. Pleasant front garden.

Great hotel where the location is very well cared for. The staff are very friendly and very friendly. It eats very well, great buffet at breakfast, dinner and fruit/sweets. Very close to the sea and it is located at the 7th crossbar which is the best for the beauty of hotels. Very comfortable the room and absolutely to recommend for a nice holiday in Milan Marittima. The presence of Mr. Sacchi with his kindness and courtesy makes the stay even more pleasant.

When I come here to the Green Pearl, I leave everything out the door and enter Paradise. It's the second year, but I've put my roots in it. All the staff are great and I feel at home. You're great.

Quiet hotel in 3. Row with friendly staff.
At breakfast there are freshly prepared eggs as desired, the buffet is unfortunately completely the same every day with some fruit.
The so-called pool is very small and only 1.20 meters deep.
The beach is close, umbrella with lounger you have to pay extra.
Bicycles could be used for 3 hours unfortunately there was too little air on the tires and on the way a lot of pedals off.
Nevertheless, it was very nice there and in the surroundings you can do a lot.

We had a nice holiday, although short, we ate well the staff of the waiters all kind and very careful that we did not miss anything, the same for the women who cleaned very kind and scrupulous
Yes it starts from the hearty breakfast in everything from sweet to salty and then lots of fruit and sweets. Lunch didn't because we preferred to stay a bit more at the beach — since the days were few — but the dinner was great with a buffet of appetizers, pastries and fruit. On certain days we enjoyed the aperitif in the garden the paella and the canisters after dinner around 10pm. 00 a goodness. We also made the right spa to relax otherwise what holiday it is. I can only say that reluctantly the holiday was short but we left with a nice memory. I recommend a lot to those who will read to make a small turn at the Green Pearl you will not be disappointed. Very good hotel, breakfast, lunch and dinner recommended. Absolutely helpful and friendly staff. Various evening and pre-evening initiatives. It must have been an accident but the room had a really small bathroom. Hardly in the morning we found soap replaced (and twice also toilet paper). Cleaning is not always optimal. It will have been the important turnout period but for a four-star of this magnitude also the bathroom of the room must be taken into account. Overall positive but the two issues are no small thing for this category.

Hotel looks nice, and if advertised as a lower cost 3 stars 2ould be fine, but for 4 stars? No way. Rooms are tiny, to the point of not being usable by 2 people, the staff is unaccomodating and unfriendly, there is 1 elevator for nearly 100 rooms, and is far from the downtown shopping area.

Service and personal are super friendly. Rooms are clean and everyone is very helpful. If you can, lend the bike here for 2 hours and tour the city. Minor things which are annoying are the super thin toilet paper, a door which gets slammed multiple times per day by the personal. Other than that, everything is fine.
