➜ A 3-star hotel that has disregarded the characteristics of a hotel of the same category.
Bathroom without bidet, absence of telephone, broken air conditioning and even worse that dripped, so we had water on the ground and the ticking of falling drops that accompanied us throughout the night, very poor cleaning, so much so as to find an insect similar to a cockroach under the bed, bad smell everywhere.
➜ We stayed with the children from 13 to 20, we will return for sure. We had a great time, friendly and helpful staff. I thought I had left some shoes there on the day of departure, I contacted the facility and Mr. Fabrizio immediately made himself available telling me that if they had found them to me they would have delivered them home in a few days. The next day he bothered to contact me via wp. We recommend it.
