In full city center, just steps from major points of interest. Warm and cozy place, young staff, attentive and caring. Rooms well appointed and clean, breakfast at the top.

Wonderful B&B located in the University district of Bologna with fantastic view on the city. Nice rooms, very good Breakfast, everything spick and span and a nice hostess! This is for me! Accommodation in Bologna. Only Late arrivals after 8 in the evening.

Beautiful building, room was comfortable and well-decorated, the bathroom was very clean and cold bottled water was available (it was 30+ degrees so that was much appreciated! ). Alba was a great host, she recommended a restaurant for us and some things for us to visit in town. Also, the breakfast we the best we had during out trip — homemade cake, cheese, fresh fruit, muesli, coffee, pastries… Highly recommend this place!

B&b very nice and clean, very nice and well kept. The girls are very kind and welcoming, the room large and fragrant — central location but quiet. Breakfast is abundant and genuine continental. Recommended!

A bit difficult to find, but worth the effort. Comfortable room with great view across the city. This family run business is situated in the university area with a plentiful supply of inexpensive but good restaurants. Would book again.

We have just had 5 excellent days stay at Residenza Bianconcini Valentina and Alba have an amazing setting and are offering a truly 5 star service nothing is too much trouble the breakfasts are amazing well done we will defiantly return very soon.
