Sina Flora

Sina Flora was amazing. This Hotel was the most beautiful in capri. I did one night but the mood was so cool. The welcome was perfect. But one thing, the balcony door wouldn’t close properly. But even with that the hotel still keeps its charm. The hotel doesn’t really deserve 5 stars, but it’s not bad either.

We stayed at Sina Flora in August 2025 as a family, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Capri in summer can be incredibly busy, but this hotel felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away from the crowds.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive.
The pool area was great — quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The location is ideal: just a short walk from the town square, yet far enough to feel secluded. Sina Flora truly felt like an oasis, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base to experience Capri.
Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a luxurious yet peaceful stay on the island.

The hotel is nice but looks and feels dated. The pictures that are on the website and booking websites are very edited.
Nice to have a spacious room, but the cleaning team using the nearby cupboards were really loud, I am talking about slamming doors and speaking loudly at 7/8 am.
No “do not disturb “ sign was in the room.
They offer a pick up service from the ferry and even the ferry journey but it’s ridiculously expensive.
I was told that a representative of the hotel would meet me at the ferry, but nobody showed up.
The swimming pool is nice but small; towels are provided.
Staff are polite.
Breakfast is good.
Overall it’s a nice place but lacks refinement and has area for improvement.
Location is good.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! It is a hidden gem! The 3rd floor ocean view pool view rooms are simply magnificent and worth every penny. The personal attention is wonderful. Breakfast is lovely. The hotel is in a great location. The only criticism I have is I wish the pool stayed open until sunset, closing at 6pm is too early. Otherwise it's a truly fantastic hotel.

Sina Flora is a charming, comfortable, lovely oasis on the beautiful island of Capri. We've stayed at five-star resorts all over the world and Sina Flora rivals all of them. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we all had a perfect vacation. The view from our balcony was magical. Our room was exactly what you would picture an Italian island getaway to look and feel like. Thank you, beautiful Sina Flora, for a memorable several days. We can't wait to return.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s so sweet and beautiful. Conveniently located in walking distance to Capri Town, shopping, dining and the Piazzetta. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The pool and patio area was beautiful and refreshing on a hot afternoon. Our room was lovely and perfectly appointed with great AC! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel itself was spotlessly clean rooms are done very tastefully and the views from our balcony were stunning. Only stayed two nights we wish it was longer maybe the next time. Breakfast was lovely and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, it was in an ideal location close to Capri town but far enough away to escape from all bustle of the town will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sina Flora. This is a smaller boutique hotel with excellent service, nice breakfast, beautiful pool, and chaise lounges for relaxing. The rooms were beautiful, we had an amazing view. It is also conveniently located, not far from all of the amazing shopping and the funiculare. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was sooo delightful. The hotel is in a great location. It's very clean and beautiful. I especially enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning. Don't pass up this hotel. You won't regret it. Capri is worth a visit.

Beautiful hotel with excellent views, great location with professional and friendly staff. We stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite which was spacious, comfortable and 2 bathrooms. Antonio & Michaeli on reception gave a very warm and friendly welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had time for a chat. Would highly recommend this hotel. A good and varied breakfast was available. Both Barmen were exceptional too.

We were the first guests of the 2025 season. The staff is amazing and the hotel rooms are nice and clean. It’s in a good location, and if the weather is warm, I can imagine the pool area would be a great place to hang out. I thought breakfast was very good.

We booked this hotel as part of our Honeymoon.
— Sina Flora is arguably in the best location on the island. A one minute walk (if that) into the hustle and bustle of Capri streets, the famous shopping street, the main square, and the funicular (train) that takes you up and down to the port.
Despite this, that short walk means you are away from the crowds to enjoy a completely silent nights sleep, and restful days round the pool.
It also has a beautiful sea view and views over gardens and the monastery. If you love cats, there’s a colony of cats that live in the gardens and the small street to the right of the hotel. They get fed each morning and evening so you will see them gather.
The hotels location is also a great centre point for many different places (beach clubs, walks etc) ranging from 16 mins to 45 mins.
— Sina Flora organised collection of our luggage from the ferry for 16 EUR per bag, and honestly it could not have been a smoother process. When arriving in 30 degree heat, in busy Capri, with it’s hills to navigate, trust us, it’s worth it.
A gentleman was waiting for us the moment we stepped off the ferry, took our bags, directed us to the Funicular up to Capri, and our bags were at reception before we got there.
— Our room at Sina Flora was very large, bright and spacious. It’s a shame we didn’t have any sort of balcony or outside space, and it made drying our swimwear etc difficult, but overall, the room was fantastic.

My husband and I went to Capri with close friends of ours. The Sina Flora was simply wonderful. Our room, the view of the sea, the large lobby, pool side with beautiful flowers and trees. You can have lunch inside or out. They have a small bar if you want a cocktail. The staff is so nice and helpful. It made our stay on Capri even better. Would definitely return.

Stay somewhere else.
There is no possible way this is 4 stars. Maybe 2. It's the same quality as a best Western on the side of the highway.

Dirty. Everything is stained.
Uncomfortable dirty bed.
Everything on the menu is frozen.
Most of the breakfast food is packaged.
Don't come if you have any food allergies.
Only good thing was the Wi-Fi and the view from the balcony.

The staff were all lovely and very helpful. It is a nice mid range priced hotel very close to all of the designer shops. The hotel’s patio / pool area is a nice place to sit & relax away from the crowds. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. We hope to return!

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Capri near the Quisisana hotel. It could be a great hotel but our experience was really disappointing.
Arrival: My husband wrote to the hotel the day before to inform that we will arrive by private boat and asked to organize luggage transfer. The hotel responded « Please inform us about the departure time of the hydrofoil you will get from Naples to Capri, so once in Capri our representative, will welcome you, he will take care of the luggage and he will tell you how to reach the hotel. This service is free of charge except for the transportation of the bags, that costs € 16, 00 per bag. ». My husband replied to repeat that we will arrive by private boat around 17:30 and we will confirm the exact arrival time 30 min before.
On the day of our arrival, he wrote as planned to confirm our arrival at 17:30. Then the hotel called him to say that we could then take a taxi to get to the hotel (no more ‘free of charge’ welcoming representative! ), but the worst is that they did NOT explain that the taxi drop off is 450 m away from the hotel through very busy sloppy pedestrian streets. We had no assistance at all for our luggage, we explained our disappointment when we finally arrived, and the receptionists asked us to talk to the manager Antonio on the following day. We did that but instead of a simple apology and the despite my husband showing the email exchanges, the manager refused to recognize our inconvenience.
