We stayed here from 7 to 10 October. Beautiful room and great cleanliness.
Location of the property convenient to reach the various attractions on foot. The owner Mario very kind, personable and helpful. He explained well what to go to visit and recommended great places to go to eat.
Annamaria very kind and sunny, it was nice to have a person like her who prepared us breakfast every morning.
We will definitely be back!

Today ends our stay in this fantastic structure in the center of Naples. We came back with great pleasure and will be back soon. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms, excellent welcome from the owner and the staff always very kind, great availability and flexibility to go against the needs of the customer. We are always very satisfied.

During our 3 days in Naples, we stayed at this property in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and very clean; Mr Van den Broek, President-in-Office of Mario on our arrival was able to advise us on what to visit and where to eat. Very kind also the lady who takes care of the breakfasts.
I highly recommend staying here if you want to live in full Naples.

A super stay in a super b&b. A very nice meeting with Mario who is kind, funny and helpful and Anna Maria, very considerate, we have had the pleasure of seeing every morning, and with that we were discussing (in English, French or Italian, all was good to be understood). Strategic location to take the boat to the islands, close to the historic center and via Toledo, and 70m from the metro. We all liked it here, and recommend 200%. The welcome is very warm, the tips are very good and relevant, the property is ideally located in the heart of the city in a beautiful building, a guard at the door on the day, a lift, 50m from the metro, room very well equipped (air conditioning, hob, fridge…), spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very copious, varied and delicious. Mario and his team are a gentleman of exceptional kindness, they love their city and will help you prepare your program, give you ideas for restaurants, visits of museums, offers a "Naples" more authentic. Amazing place in heart of Napoli! Beautiful cosy rooms, comfortable, new and clean, very charming in very nice palazzo! Host Mario is very friendly and helpful! He give as lots of advice and recommendations what to do and where to go! He makes our visit to Napoli special!

Unfortunately noisy! The guesthouse is well located in the city center close to the transports and local attractions. The room was cleaned but unfortunately situated just in front of the main entrance and the kitchen. In the morning the place is very loud with breakfast starting from 7, 30am! Not what we were expecting for the price payed!

Noisy, noisy, noisy… location is good and the guest house is newly renovated but the layout of the place will ensure that you will wake up with the other people breakfast at 7:30am. Nice staff but not up to the standard it should be and definitely not worth the money.

We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Very charming modern guesthouse with different rooms each dedicated to a special Napolitain character. Great taste, very clean and ideally located for sightseeing and eating out in the old quarters. Spaccanapoli ist just 10 minutes walk. Warm welcome by Mario Gomez d'Ayala and Flavia Percopilla Who made our stay in Naples very special. We will certainly come back. Thank you both for your hospitality.

Flavia and the other staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. The kitchen and lounge area were clean, modern and nicely decorated. Our room was spectacular. The old architecture of the building is preserved in the doorway and the beautiful window/french balcony. The room was freshly decorated and had all the acommodities you could need (AC, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, etc). Flavia also spent a good amount of her time giving us tips on the best places to eat, shop and do some sightseeing. My only regret is that we stayed in Napoliamo Guest House just one night before heading home. If our journey takes us back to Napoli again, we would definitely stay at Napoliam Guest House. Ps. The Guest House is very centrally located, so it's an easy walk to almost everywhere (at least to the subway station)
