➜ Ridiculous. Booked on Booking, once on the spot we find no one, we call and we find that the reservation has been cancelled without notice at the agreed time of our arrival. After Numerous phone calls we offer the room in the hotel of the cousin at an increased price. 4 hour Trip made to empty, we were left on the street at New Year's. To be avoided absolutely.

➜ SCAMMERS: They cancelled our reservation without notice on the very day of our arrival and then offer us a different accommodation at a higher price. Hard to find, dirty, on the eighth floor of a ruined mansion and no one at the entrance. Experience to forget, do not go if you do not want to ruin your stay in Naples.

The building was terrify, dirty, dark and old Reception, no one can speak English and also provide a very bad service I suggest "not" to come, even the most dangerous and scarry hotel I ever met! If there is a Zero star, I will give them!
