The room was clean and the host was quick and helpful. However, the space was quite small for four people. We booked because breakfast was included, but the offering of just a croissant and Nutella was disappointing.
The biggest concern was the location. Locals advised us not to walk in the area after dark, which was worrying since we had two young children with us. We didn’t feel safe going out at night.
Also, the noise from traffic and people outside made it feel like our room was in the middle of a busy street. We barely slept during our three-night stay.
This was our first time ever writing a complaint, but unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the expectations set.
