This a lovely hotel with 5 star great service!

Gorgeous, luxurious and elegant hotel; Very kind and helpful staff; Spacious and very clean rooms without forgetting the truly exceptional breakfast. Highly recommended especially for a special occasion!

Your staff is rude, vulgar, has no empathy for sick people and despises them both on social media and off. I will advise anyone not to set foot on it until Mrs. Imma is behind the counter judging in the height of her moral baseness!

Only stayed one night but everything was wonderful! The staff were outstanding. Will definitely stay here again.

The choice of this structure as a location for our wedding met every expectation.

We came here for our honeymoon and we booked a deluxe sea view room. We feel the hotel is old and the room is below average for what we paid. The photos don’t match what’s shown online and we feel ripped off. Very upset as this hotel was recommended to us.

Classic and genteel, with special attention to detail and cleanliness. The view from the rooms and rooms is breathtaking and the services offered are top notch, unfortunately I did not try the kitchen but given the context I can not believe that it is not like everything else.

We have been guests at this property for several events and can confirm what has already been said in other reviews… It's all absolutely perfect: kitchen, cleanliness, staff and… View! Yes, because the highlight of this property is just the incredible view that can be admired from the terrace… I attach to this review a few photos, just to make you understand the beauty of Naples and that all this can be admired by the beautiful terrace (renovated a few months) of the Grand Hotel Parker's! Recommended for those who want to visit Naples first and enjoy, in all relaxation, a breathtaking panorama!

A truly wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was devine. The room was luxurious with an incredible view.

The lotus head is fixed to the wall and is completely immobile.

Air conditioning is silent, bed pillows are soft and hard, and there is no additional charge for borrowing high-end crib sets. In the card and drawers and other two found left-hand hair; the area is not small and tall, but the configuration can not effectively use the space, especially the large bathroom does not see a bathtub, with three high walls one side of the door, separated from the 90cm square, like a cell shower, extremely narrow, coupled with the old lotus head fixed on the wall,

Shower space is absolutely below level. Such a hardware environment and its housing prices, such as human drinking water.

Wonderful hotel. Staff are exceptionally welcoming, helpful and very pleasant. Located in a quite residential area and not far from the Metro (Piazza Amedeo) or the funicular (Corso V. Emanuele). The latter providing easy assess to Vomero. Rooms are very clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is served with views over the bay and there is lots of choice buffet style. 6 stars.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this would have to be the worst 5 star hotel imaginable! There is nothing to do near here. No shops or anything. It's like the Bronx of Italy. The room service was disgusting. We ordered club sandwiches and they were dripping with mayonnaise, yuck! The bathroom facilities were terrible and the water pipes clunk while you try to enjoy a shower? The bath tub hadn't been cleaned properly from previous guest either as there was hair in the corner that didn't belong to us! No facewashers either. The walls must be very thin because you can hear chairs moving and people talking from inside our room. I went outside the room into the hallway because there was such a great noise and I wondered what was happening. It was just someone vacuuming the hall. The beds were terrible and very uncomfortable and my husband and I have woken up with sore backs. The couch bed they made up for my son has had one side collapse so it is now on an angle and he is sleeping with us. Went down to attempt breakfast this morning and nothing to offer kids for breakfast either. Left the restaurant in disgust! I am going to check out early rather than stay in this god forsaken place one more night… My advice is don't bother staying here!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very classy. It is also very clean and close to the airport. The hotel staff is simply amazing. Marco, Imma, Salvatore, and Silvana took care of every detail. Marco gave us a lot of good suggestions that helped us to take advantage of our time there. All of them were very friendly and nice with my husband and I. It was our first time in Nápoles, we were celebrating our anniversary; it was an unforgettable experience! I am very very satisfied and happy with the experience. Thank you a lot!

I love this hotel so much! Thought I think it’s a bit old but this is why I love it! It’s so antic and vintage! Love all the decorations! And there was even a mail box outside of the hotel (great for tourist! ) the service was excellent and the food was great! We even got 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of sparkling water per night. (total in 4, the most complimentary water while I stay in italy.

Staff very friendly and pro but the Grand Hotel Parker does not deserve today its 5 stars. Needs to be renovated. The hotel is noisy from the inside although the sea view looks onto a high traffic road… Room 116 is to be avoided: local cleaning and lingerie.
The terrace is not open and the Spa no longer: works.
The restaurant is expensive compared to the service.

Had an amazing time in Naples! The staff were friendly and gave us options on where to eat (other than the hotel) to try typical Napoleon dishes! Marco on concierge in the afternoon/evening was so passionate about the city and what to do! Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Places we tried were: 50 Kalo Di Ciro Salvo — La Montanara pizza (fried pizza, amazing! ) Monttazzi — Genovese pasta dish (hooped pasta with beef and onions) & their verison on Montanara!

3 days in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and friendly. Try to choose the rooms that overlook the sea.

Neapolitan excellence. A great view. I don't know the rooms because I've been to the lobby, but from the pictures they seem to be beautiful. Not by chance there are the teams of Naples guests, so much is the luxury.

It is under renovation! Very, very noisy! They start renovation works from 7'30. If you need good holidays, it's not a good idea to stay in Parker's.

My wife and I came here in August 2017 for our honeymoon and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is definitely outdated and has a rustic feeling but the service here is through the roof and it makes up for it. We also tried the free breakfast which had an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea, absolutely breathtaking. We had also tried their restaurant at night and some great Margherita pizza. We won't forget our friendly waiter by the name of Rafael like the ninja turtles. He truly served the best pizza. Only inconvenience is that this hotel is in the outskirts, away from the centre, but the service was above average and the view was fantastic.

A few nights in a hotel with an old look but renovated to marry the modern and the old.

Very elegant Hotel in Naples with a breathtaking view. Very friendly staff. The only drawback: they do not have access to the restaurant if you are accompanied by a puppy even if very small size.

The views are very good, the breakfast good and the room also pretty well, overall I liked.

I spent here a weekend and I have to be honest I had a great time in every point of view. The hotel is nice and well cared for, the only flaw perhaps is the size of the room, the staff is very kind and helpful like the one at the reception. The included breakfast is plentiful and good, the terrace where you do it is panoramic and is fantastic, in fact it is a glance on the city of Naples. From here you can admire the whole Gulf. Maybe the only downside is the price a bit too high, but basically the nice things cost, so all in all it's an experience that you can do.

I was there for breakfast. A unique place with an ultra scenic terrace. The staff were very nice and polite. The Art Nouveau style is a gem in this splendid Naples, but for some details I think it is necessary to integrate innovations.

We were taking advantage of a two night gift at the hotel. Knowing the prices, I don't think he was willing to pay it. It is not up to the level of a 5 star luxury.

Honestly I'm trying to be nice here the views are spectacular and the service is good… now the rooms are outdated and the food taste like airplane food. Also the housekeeping can be better. They flipped my sheets over instead of giving me new ones which was very disgusting. I feel bad writing this review but also this hotel is so far from the fun stores and food… prepare to pay for taxis. Or else your stuck up here like Rapunzel.

The location is different.
The location is probably the only real disadvantage of the hotel, because it is not exactly close to the famous sights, but a good 4 kilometers further west. We still had a relatively simple introduction to the journey: from the train station we drove the relatively poorly frequented metro from Naples to the station "Amadeo". From there, according to Google Maps, it was only 550 m or 8 minutes walk to the hotel. What we totally underestimated, however, was the steep location of Naples. So we had to carry our approximately 50 kilos of luggage up some stairs, so that after the arrival a shower was due. The Metro is therefore absolutely unsuitable for travelling with luggage. For trips to the city, however, this is a useful means of transport, even if it is likely to run a bit more often. Later we found that in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is also a bus stop (Corso Vittorio Emmanuele II), so that we could probably have made our life a little easier.
For the location I give the Hotel 3, 5 of 5 stars.
The reception: more than friendly.
Although our check-in was actually only possible from 15:00 p. M. But we arrived at the hotel at 13:00 pm, the staff could not be noted in any way. Three friendly staff fell on us and we almost felt like they were almost "arguing" to be able to serve us.

It doesn't deserve more than the 5 star luxury of the past. I have been there at various historical moments and today seems to have lost the luster of a time. The staff were very friendly and listless. It remains the glitzy décor and the wonderful view.

Great Hotel in the heart of Artiga island in Siracusa, Sicily, walking distance to the heart of the city, ruins, and great restaurants. Parking is a bit of an issue, you have to park in the public place about 3 blocks from the hotel. But it is a great way to make you walk and see the city.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful view from the George's restaurant on the top floor. Rooms vary quite a bit from what's shown on Website as I believe they have different variations of rooms. Room was very nicely decorated, a mix of traditional and modern. But the lost star was due to sound concerns. We were awoken in the middle of the night with sounds of what seems to be dragging chairs. Also when turning on the fan system it made a very loud screeching sound. Otherwise the hotel is very grand.

This hotel is quite beautiful and elegant, the staff are polite and helpful and will make your stay a relaxing one, the view from the restaurant terrace is exquisite and is no doubt the best from any hotel in napoli, to the left you have vesuvius and the castel de oro and towards the right beautiful view of capri and the bay of naples with beautiful blue water and boats of all kinds… a beautiful place to stay and the food is excellent too, melts in your mouth…

I had booked through November (via a website) a delux double room for 14 February with half board. Realizing that it was a particular date I decided to call (it would have been better to send an email) to make sure that the offer was valid and I was told there was no problem but when I arrived, however, the problem occurred. The half board wanted to apply it to the next day but I had prepared for just one night. After moments of "confusion" at last the situation has been clarified and resolved. The staff apologized for the incident and has then remedied with the class that befits a 5 star hotel. Dinner was impeccable, every course was sublime. The breathtaking view and the comfort of the room made our short stay. Absolutely recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend.

Nice hotel but who has not aged well and resting on his laurels:
-the bathroom is shabby and some downright rusty items
-Tv in the room is a ridiculous format for a 5 stars
-the restaurant is really a deprecated: very little choice and quality average
-for breakfast for the choice it is better to arrive early
However the staff is professional and attentive.

The hotel is very old. We had booked two rooms and they had no view. In fact they might as well have no windows as they stared across the other building about 1 meter away. The staff depending on who is helping you are either really 5 star quality or just very poor. A few managed to accuse me of losing my passport when they have forgotten where they kept it. Only after we said we will call the police they went to check. The occasional great staff service and the restaurant view is what really keeping this hotel afloat but we would not recommend it as anything but above average.

Nice hotel. I liked the decor. My room had absolutely no view. It looked at a wall. But was still pleasant with high ceilings and charming decor. The staff was helpful.

Great hotel with a beautiful view over Naples. Large, clean room. Are recommended only for people with car or the like to walk on the road. Metro's gone a little further, bus in Naples rather difficult.

Don't leave anything in the hotel! We left in the safe in our room the faceplate of a car radio, and by this we have the most absolute certainty given by witnesses, numerous and meticulous reflections and reconstructions. Obviously the folks at the hotel stated that they found nothing, unreliable statement as back to events already established. A hotel of this stature should put the utmost care to a customer who forgets a personal item, and not simply selling it.
