We booked by taking an offer on Amoma. Our room was small with a window that you could not open for air conditioners, various pipes, and so much dirt.

The pictures of the rooms we had seen were spacious.

I mean… Central location in lane steps from the central station and from Porta Capuana then from the entrance in the old town the room was not even bad but the staff really little empathetic even in front of a disabled customer that ETA completely unable to Access to the breakfast room located in the basement without elevator, breakfast so you can do better.

I stayed 3 nights and 4 days in this Hotel. Rooms very large and bright, staff always polite and polite, the hotel is located in a great location (less than 1 km from the station).
Very satisfied in the whole.

Book this hotel only you want to sleep there for a night or max two. It's next to the train station. The area is rough, there are lots of refugees around. You definitely won't feel relaxed. The room was clean but AC, Wifi didn't work. It was noisy. I could hear in my bed african music mixed with Italian rap from the street. Also it was way overpriced! So if you would like to see Napels, choose hotel from Pompei or Sorentto. From there you could take a day trip to Naples.

I stayed at this hotel with three coworkers and 52 students on school trip from 18th to 21st March. I express on behalf of the whole Group A positive judgement on the reception, courtesy and willingness demonstrated by all the staff.

I went to this hotel on a school trip. We were in 60 pupils and none of these found bugs or dirt. The hotel is clean and the food is good, the breakfast is very plentiful.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
The location is not the best as it is 10 minutes from the station.

When we arrived the lift didn't work so a man had to help us to carry on our baggage. You need to pay in cash in this place because the credit card machine didn't work. The shower was broken, and I left a paper saying that, so instead of repairing the shower the same day, during the time we weren't in the room, someone knocked our door at 8 pm to do it. During day in the reception they had pop music very loud. Breakfast is poor. The staff talk to you more in Italian than English.

Bare in mind Naples is an extreamly busy somewhat rough area so the hotels will reflect this. Our hotel was clean and old. The staff spoke some little english but enough to get by. They reflected the mood of the area, miserable, but if you lived or worked in naples youd be miserable too. The area is really dirty. Super noisy. Almost 3rd world in comparison to uk. Naples has lots of history and sites to visit but dress like a tourist at your peril. Begging and selling are akin to Tunisia lots of it and in your face. If you want a cheap trip to Italy to see the sights and are planning to travel around on public transport then Naples is ok as long as you don't need to sleep much. It has much in common with New York the city that never sleeps. Our holiday was to see Pompeii etc so as the inexpensive train station to everywhere is on your doorstep, 5 mins walk away, we found this very easy. We stayed 3 night's. Seemed like 3 weeks. But we had a great time exploring the sights on a small budget. If we were happy to spend tripple then a nice hotel in Rome would be the way to go but if seeing sights all over Italy for next to nothing and not taking the kids then Naples is the way to go. But remember naples is not child safe, dog mess and bad people around after dark. For the money I would go again. The bad press this hotel got is somewhat unfair. The continental breakfast was ok. Not always fresh but edible. The rooms got new beds as we were leaving. No vermin or bugs in the room.

This hotel is located in Naples Center and is very large, both the entrance and the living room for the wait. Also the rooms are very spacious and I used a day use offer to try it out. Unfortunately it is not enough to have only spacious rooms, cleanliness is not the best indeed I would say it is bad. The bathroom drain was not working and despite having urged to let someone come they did not listen to me. I do not recommend.

Good place, cheap. Close to stuff. The lift is very small. The street can get loud.

No bugs as someone said! Very clean rooms! Cleaning everyday. Fast Wi-Fi. Friendly stuff. Not everyone speaks English, but everyone trying to help you as more as they can. Breakfast super tasty, croissants very big ant tasty. Very happy that chosen this hotel. And I don't understand people you left bad reviews.

Mixed opinion. Very unpleasant sewer smells in the room (2nd floor with balcony). Unfortunately beneath our Windows drug trafficking and prostitution. The cleanliness of the area is poor.

The pace looks like a hotel of passe… Everything is dilapidated and the bedding is made up of uncomfortable camp beds. To be avoided absolutely.
