Unforgettable experience in a dream location! Impeccable service of reception and cleaning. Super recommended especially for breakfast that you can enjoy on the terrace sea view.

Everything is perfect. Nice view from the hotel. The balcony that you can sit to relax the staff are helpful and friendly. Give you some advised about the place. Especially Omar who spend time to talk to us. Thank you Omar.

What an experience this is. The hotel is amazing, the staff are fantastic. Food is fabulous. They have really gone out of there way to help us. Would recommend this hotel as it is situated right in the middle of the Amalfi Coast. The view from our room is just absolutely fabulous.

Caution when booking this place. I booked this place through VRBO. Paid the full amount, got a confirmation everything was set. I sent a message through VRBO to ask for direction, no response. Any ways 2 weeks go by and its getting close to the date of my reservations and I get a message from hotel stating we don't have room for you. unbelievable. I would NOT recommend booking this place. It will disappoint you. Find another place. These people are cheater, will take your money and will not honor your reservation. Now I have to find something last minute and pay arm and leg to stay. I didn't receive any help from VRBO, travelscape, or the hotel. Thanks for ruining my trip.

Very nice hotel, big lunch very varied but we had a problem with the Wi-Fi it took a day to fix. Staff generally courteous, except a lady with a welcome who is stupid and who pisses off…

Has private parking lot (important in this area). Breakfast is average. Rooms with balcony watching the sea. Has elevator. No private AC — centralized AC for all rooms (not cooling enough). To summarize: prices are fair for what you get.

Fantastic hotel, would highly recommend. Great views over the ocean from both our room and the breakfast room. Friendly, helpful staff and clean, spacious rooms. We loved it here and would definitely return.

We stayed on Easter weekend in the economy room. With the partial panoramic view… Beautiful that room too. All-themed stars. Breakfast varies between sweet and savory, quite abundant.

I really loved my time here. The staff were fantastic and incredibly helpful with recommendations for dining out etc. The hotel has fabulous views from the rooms overlooking the Med and the rooms are tastefully decorated. Exactly what I anticipated and very Italian.
The breakfast was really good as was the coffee. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

I have been to this hotel last August with my cousin … Nice, tastefully built, spotless and cared for in every detail.
Sunrise view from the terrace of the room then it is a good memory, not to mention the breakfast very good and varied.

We were there for a long weekend, and I cannot recommend the hotel enough. It was very, very clean, and the room had a balcony looking out to the water and the coastline — wonderful! The staff were extremely nice — we overslept the first morning and missed breakfast. No matter, they made plates for us any way and brought it out to us on the lobby balcony with the same breathtaking views. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. With a great pizzeria up the street and a lovely rooftop restaurant at the next hotel. I highly recommend this restaurant.

RIPPED OFF We reserved a room for this hotel through the Hostelworld website. We immediately realized an error in the online booking and as per the cancellation policy cited in the website, sent an email to cancel what we had just reserved, knowing that the immediacy of the cancellation would not have had any negative impact on the hotel. We also expected that this request would have been accepted by the hotel, as the booking website wrote in one place that 24 hours was their cancellation policy, and in another place 48 hours was written. We had cancelled 71.5 hours ahead of time. Instead, Hotel Holiday requested 72 hours for cancellation and refused to refund us our deposit. This doesn't make sense — first of all, the 72 hours was not clear, and secondly, if I tried to cancel what I had just reserved two minutes before, it is clear that we had not taken up any room which would have blocked someone else from reserving it. We tried to talk sense into the owner but they very rudely told us that it was our fault and finally hung up the phone on us.

Family business: too familiar.
Food: mediocre quality: rarely can taste fish specialities (costed us the omelettes and other amenities.! ) Location away from the sea: the route to the sea is in very steep trails.
