Amazing location in an amazing city! Some steps up in the hills of the vertical city, away from the busy harbour and beach. Amazing views from the the terraces. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful quaint hotel set in a great location, staff are very welcoming and the breakfast on the terrace is just lovely.

The most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. Stunning and delicious breakfast right in front of the sea. Well located. If you go by bus from Sorrento get off at the first stop (Chiesa Nuova) that makes the bus in Positano, the driver does not announce the stops!

Very nice Hotel The only thing is that it touches up many stairs and if you carry large suitcases it can be a complication. The hotel is very nice and the service is excellent.

Such a fabulous breakfast! terrace had the best view as well. Highly recommend.

Hotel scores with a good location and sea views. But there is a renovation backlog. Wardrobe smelled so musty we couldn't use it, shower curtain hideous, the coffee was the worst of the whole round trip to Italy. Parking far away and 25, — — euros a day.

A comfortable place, with very good attention and an unbeatable panoramic view.

-Menus were dated, used many times. I think it is disgusting to have old menus touched by many people over and over. -Breakfast was ok, not great. The pastries were nice and fresh but yogurt was in a big bowl, bought in bulk. Dried and canned fruits available. The juices reconstituted, ultra sweet, not great. -Scrambled eggs looked tired not fresh. -The room had this massive square like bath towel, old and as pleasant as sand paper. -The hand towels were old, thin and unpleasant. -There was mould in the bathroom walls. -The water pressure was not good. -The doors and furniture had stains (wear and tear). The service was good and the views amazing. I will definitely not stay here again.

We love casa albertina, great please, beautiful location, we celebrate my 50 birthday.

Not on the "busier" side of Positano, but the view is much better here than from the larger hotel Le Sirenuse. It's an 8 minute walk to the bus stop (Chiesa Nuova) going to and from Sorrento and Amalfi/Salerno, maybe a 15 minute walk to the shops, and 8 minutes down to the beach. The breakfast was decent, the staff friendly, and the room was nice and quiet. There are power outlets on both sides of the bed and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable. It's only accessible by foot down a set of stairs from the main road, so whether you drive or take the bus, Google Maps won't get you to the front door as the stairs that weave throughout Positano aren't all mapped. Look out for signs to the hotel or ask the friendly locals.

Nice attention. Nice buffet. Excellent location and view. Difficult access.

Great view. Good service. Pretty old building. Bad water pressure. Tons of stairs to get to — don’t come here from bus stop if you have lots of luggage. Note that this was our first time to positano so we don’t know if the whole city is more or less like this for this price range.

For Positano the price is very aforeble the view is amazing. Just the breakfast is to simple put is included in the price so I dont complain about it.

Cozy hotel, tucked in maze of stairs. Great location, amazing view on a coast, terrace with view. Best breakfast in a morning with gorgeous view. Very friendly staff, family type of hotel, close to beach and other local points of interests.

I have been a chef for more than thirty years in New York and everything at Casa Albertina was just right and wonderful! My stay in august 2015 was great! Great room, great staff and great location for both lower and upper Positano. I stayed a full seven days and wished I could have stayed for several months! Ciao.

Great view. The view makes the stay. It is near many nice restaurant. Staff was nice and breakfast wasn't bad. That location is nice.

Extremely nice place to stay in Positano. Very comfortable and clean, with an amazing view of the ocean. The food was incredible, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. When we return, we will definately be staying at Casa Albertina.
