Lovely hotel. Small and friendly. Sea veiw was wonderful and right next to fantastic restaurants.

A room with a beautiful view of the central positano beach with a terrace. A clean and decent room. Only downside: breakfast which is not very good. There's not much choice.

We are just back from having stayed 4 nights at palazzo talamo, Positano. It is a gem of a hotel nestled into the narrow streets above the stunning Amalfi Coast. We were warmly greeted by Carmela and given lots of advice on boat trips and reservations for restaurants, nothing was too much trouble! Would love to come back and would definitely choose palazzo talamo again!

Fantastic ocean view, clean and neat room Great receptionists. However the breakfast area is strict and unfriendly… will make you feel like a thief for taking one piece of fruit. Major bummer on an otherwise good place.

Good price for Positano, helpful staff, great view from the balcony, nice breakfast, calm and close to restaurants and beach. The only issues were having hot water and needs a better hairdryer.

Amazing view, nice rooms and a very good, typical Italian breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Awesome location and balcony view. Then the bad review; strange story about our credit being refused for preauthorization (which seems to happen to many reviewers), no constant water temperature in the shower, ranges from very hot to very cold constantly, very noisy air conditioning, mattress as hard as a rock, can't put anything of your own in the fridge, breakfast is average, maximum 2 coffees at breakfast and don't even try to take anything away from the breakfast room like a piece of fruit or juice even to take it to your balcony. Price wise, I guess this is the very low end of Positano and you get what you pay for. Overall not a great stay. Elsewhere on the Amalfi coast, no hotels made us feel like we were the lower end tourist. Overall not a great stay, the town is wonderful but our 3night stay spoiled a little the Positano beauty.

Very friendly staff and nice views however for a place that is essentially a bed and breakfast, they need to update the beds and breakfast. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable, the pillows are too thin, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower drain overflowed and the breakfast was quite average. A nice selection but the croissants and cakes tasted a bit old and dry whilst they had little to no hot food. I wish this place the best though and hopefully they remain successful after some small updates.

I stayed at this lovely place last September. I absolutely loved it and the entire family that runs it. The warm hugs when leaving made me know that I will go back. The view is stunning and it's a great location. I can't wait to return!

I am having 2 nights here. It is in a great location. The service was excellent. The view from our room is magnificent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very well located, comfortable, new and clean. Breakfast sparse, and little variety. I suggest not to publish parking if you don't include it in the rate.
