It's almost embarrassing to respond to your comment because a hotelier like you can't afford to tell a customer 12 hours after his arrival that if he doesn't weld everything right away he throws his bags on the street.
That said, I confirm everything I have written and for those who want there are beautiful photos that can confirm the whole thing.
Just to clarify some of your inaccuracies, I wanted to point out that the night before I left I alerted Mrs. Ra of the cleaning, who promptly alerted his colleague who precisely arranged the delivery of My car for 8 o'clock. 00 of the next morning (so it is not possible to declare that I left without warning).
His answer fully represents his attitude towards a client.

After an Airbnb confusion, Christian here was a savior! Clean room, great breakfast on the roof, and knowledgeable about the area. A true gem!

A good stay. Great location — very close to everything in Amalfi. Room was pretty comfortable for our family. Front desk person was nice. We didn't benefit from breakfast as we left before 8a each morning — I wish that they opened earlier or offered a way for early departers (Walk of the Gods) to get what they paid for. Internet was decent, although went our for over an hour one night. I also wish that the front desk was manned later in evening. We had to entertain guests who arrived after the manager had left for day. This was inconvenient, and perhaps not safe. Good value for money.

Great hotel, with a very good location right in the city center. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of sweet and savoury. Cristian is a very nice person, and he will help you with everything you need, including finding the best transportation method for you. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible. Due to travel delay, I arrived at 10:30pm in the pouring rain, all alone, to find that the hotel was CLOSED. Not only did I have to spend a good sum of money on a last minute hotel across the street, but when I went to Hotel Antica Repubblica the next morning, they told me that they would not be able to accommodate me even for the second night (which I had already paid for! ) as per their "no show" policy. I was NOT a no show: my train was late, my phone wasn't working, and I arrived a mere 30mins after their max. Check-in time (which is NOT highlighted when you book). Just because they weren't able to get in contact with me, does not permit the way I was treated. I would have understood paying the cost for the first night, but to not be able to stay there the second night when the room was empty? And to still be charged for the entire "stay"? Absolutely despicable. That is not how you treat people. You were warned.

Lovely hotel in the Centre of Amalfi, very friendly staff that gave us valuable advice on excursions and places where you can eat great food.

This hotel was a fantastic find. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable (and believe me, I'm picky about temperature, space and comfort) and well appointed. The location is almost unbeatable. Overall I couldn't recommended this place enough.
