Huge and well organized structure. Max cleaning. Availability. All working both in the bungalow and outside. The hour of silence is respected. Working canteen. Decent food. Nice animation.

Its proximity to the sea through a magnificent pine forest, is a strong point. The lido well maintained, but the season is coming to an end and is uncrowded. The staff all kind, the refreshment for lunch and dinner, always cared for and varied. The village has a lot of potential that could blossom making the stay even more peaceful. Beautiful accommodation and hospitality to animals a flagship! excellent pizza and highly recommended to stay for dinner at the restaurant inside!

We had a fabulous two weeks. Congratulations to the entertainment staff. Great guys and always available.

We spent two beautiful weeks. The village is very nice the helpful and kind staff, the cleanliness excellent. The children had so much fun and they have so much nostalgia. We will be back☺️

Lots of relaxation, great anination.
Then there is so much to visit, the only flaw the pool with lifeguards too dazzled, In the pool reigned absolute anarchy after reporting it to the management nothing changed.

I've never been to a campsite… but for me and my whole family it was a week of pure relaxation and contemplation of a beautiful sea and nature. I highly recommend it. The full board then did the rest… the very kind staff met all our needs. We will be back… we hope without Covid since the structure and the staff complied with the rules unfortunately some holidaymakers do not… but luckily there were few of them. Thanks for everything.

Nice nice staff pretty clean pool with little surveillance with 2 guys who don't know what they do there if they don't enforce the basic rules. Good animation and with a lot of desire to do.

We stayed at this place on Sept. From August in a small house that had all the comforts and spaces right x 4 people, a quiet village I would say. The staff very attentive and kind, the animation just as much even if it causes covids have not unbalanced much with the evening activities.
As for the bungalove restaurant all ok, you eat pretty well, I think breakfast should be improved.
Some problems encountered by us and other users x the beach service little seriousness on the part of those who have the organization of the lido since it gave umbrellas already booked to other users. In the context We had a good time.

We stayed at Policoro Village the last two weeks of August, in the deluxe bungalow we had a good cabin tiny but well-finished and functional, fine for three, Max 4 people, the entire village is under a pine forest and we loved the air and the scent of maritime pines. The restaurant we cannot say anything had to change room because aside from the pizza which was good. Great cleaning service, they passed every 3-4 days to change towels and clean the bungalow. There he thrilled to the swimming pool a bit small and not clean enough especially the board and The sun beds. The animation is good and fun. Beach service ok even if the staff are sociable.

Have come friends to me. Were 4 adults and a child. Choice solution bungalow prestige… You are found by God… All is well organised and different solutions for the same needs. A few meters from the sea. Show.

I was in this property x on a weekend in late June and I liked it because the wooden cottages were nice and the village as well, I went back with the camper and I won't go back because obviously the property doesn't care about the camping area. Showers shoot in all directions less than on you, water stinks, there's only one drinking water load point and it stinks too. What's better to say.

Lovely place nestled in the green of a rich pine forest comfortable comfortable accommodations and clean animation engaging continuous activities x all. The sea is gorgeous the well-maintained pools. In short, nothing is missing! I recommend x a relaxing family holiday! And by the way the prices are very affordable and the offers really great.

Very nice with various types of houses for every need and number of components. Equipped with a bathroom and private terrace in the cottage. Nearby sea is within walking distance. Equipped with a swimming pool and entertainment. Overall still in excellent state of maintenance. The only note: the little houses too close to each other.

Really a unique village is the second time I come, the first three years ago, since then has even improved the service, really unique animation not only with children all very nice and very helpful I have three children is the place suitable for wonderful families definitely to come back to.

Negative experience.
We stayed in camper in an area we stop inside the village; Apart from the disorganization and non-communication from the staff of the services available, certainly not cheap, €32 without showers or for a fee. Went out to go to see the beach, to return there stops an employee and asks us the bracelet that everyone must have, we have not been given explained, I feel treated as an abusive who wants to enter the private, insisted with a sustained tone because you call the Entrance staff, where we gave the documents but insists that everyone must have the bracelet… Finally when we say that we are in camper lets pass. A few meters from the sea just walk through the pine forest. Equipped apartments of all that can be served during the period of the stay is very clean. Very nice and clean village, well shaded and friendly and helpful staff, especially the cleaning ladies and the lifeguards (both of the swimming pool and the Lido Bambulè agreement with the village).
The cottage (type Villetta Deluxe) was small, but well cared for in detail, very clean and with an excellent exploitation of the spaces. The kitchen separate from the sleeping area was really very convenient.
Animation well organized and engaging, the two only great negative things were: the rudeness of the son of the village owner (who dealt in part of the reception and restaurant) and the restaurant "Bungalove", located inside the campsite, Where we ate really badly.
We arrived announcing to the owner our concerns about the food, as they had read on TripAdvisor two very negative comments about it and rightly, the owner's son told us not to leave prevented and to try the restaurant, so We did half board.
The comments were not at all wrong, the self-service restaurant has a really very poor canteen food, reminiscent of a autogrill.

Location: 3, village under a pine forest with different types of houses, unfortunately some must absorb or the chaos of the music of the tiny pool not suitable for the number of holidaymakers, or the annoying smell of putrid water where they unload the campers. It is absurd to make dwellings adjacent to the sewage camper drain, there is an annoying odor all day, but a little respect for those who pay is not there? Or you do not make adjacent houses or you move the drain in a free zone or where the campers are stationed, because those who take home must over pay more to absorb also the annoying odor and also the traffic of the means.
Menu: 2. The kitchen as last year is not good, food not fresh, but in addition also LS pizza is no longer good. There's a general worsening.
Account: 1 The cost of housing in August is absurd for what is rendered. Apart from the annoying odors, bad entertainment, convention with the beach does not exist, or rather, there is a number beyond which guests can not avail of the Convention and we were of those. So for 2 weeks of stinky accommodation, 2300 euros of village and 180 for the beach without facilities.
Squeezing tourists is now practice, unfortunately not everyone can choose the best period, but you can't even take it without giving or hoping to be one of the lucky ones, at the expense of others. Everyone should enjoy the same opportunities when they pay equal.
I found myself sick this year and I will not return.

Reception on arrival that says everything about the management: dedicated to the vile money. My son wanted to go to the bathroom but the ones near the front desk were chargeable! The characters that welcome you keep in pointing out that the pool is not huge and give priority to customers "in Serie A" of the houses that spend more than 1000 euros per week, and you poor camper of "C series" If you want to access you have to pay 7 Euro per person per day! Children included! The most hallucinating thing is that this information has also proved false! I'm led to think it's a sinister intimidating tool to keep away from the pool customers bassospendenti… Dulcis in Fundo our camper was literally assaulted by ants! And you know why? An attendant confessed to us that the extermination is made only for the customers of Serie A! Never again!

Greeted by the arrogant and rude reception staff; The large wooden houses little more than Loculi, besides dirty; The beautiful swimming pool on the site, in reality as wide as a garden bath, crowded and for this impracticable; The food at the restaurant poor inside and expensive (a fruit: 2 euros). The only positive element found, the proximity to the beach and then to the sea. This however is unsuitable for children since it is often moved to the very windy area and above all high: The water arrives at the neck after a couple of steps. Not recommended in Toto.

Very small and cheap camping near the sea.

Arrivati nel residence "per caso strada facendo" durante un percorso di vacanza nel Sud Italia. Dal momento dell´arrivo abbiamo capito che eravamo nel posto giusto! Ospitalitá, cortesia, professionalitá, mare, cibo… consigliato a tutti! un saluto a tutto lo staff da Tampere, Finland.
We arrived casually to the residence during an holiday travel. Immediately we knew the we were in the right place. Very warm hospitality, competence, sea and very good food… recommended to everybody!

Overall good, market structure and pizzeria and bar okay, but with improvements to carry and negative notes, in the same room where the toilet, take a shower is also present in the pool allow dogs with long hair who then find them in water, the Directorate staff rude especially that treats you with words from boor, who ca. Me my wife and our four kids were this summer 16 23 2014 experience beautiful child-although the mini club organises a few things, sea three minutes from the village, delux mini suit was beautiful and clean on arrival, the pool well supervised by lifeguard Luigi well-groomed village location fantastic entertainment for me not cainvolgente the rest.

I am a mom to a little boy of 2 years and 8 months and girl of just under 4 years and have chosen to stay at Policoro Village because I was assured by telephone that there was a service of animation for children from 3 years upwards. I did well 2 phone calls asking for details of the Mini-Club and is responsible for both a collaborator I have been assured that children are constantly under control and that all activities at the beach and camping are carried out in an enclosed place. Unfortunately I quickly found that the animated activities is not suitable for children who have at least 7/8 years is carried out in unsafe places for children. In the morning takes place on the beach and in the afternoon near the exit on the driveway leading to the beach, between the bustle of cyclists who do the slalom between the children. Also the quality of the animation leaves much to be desired. At the beach, for example, you ask the kids standing in line a long time under the Sun to Dunk in a plastic cup with the pebbles or center the hole of a life preserver kicking a football. Another sore point was the accommodation. My family and I stayed from 16 to 23 August in the deluxe bungalow B23 for "moderate" figure of 990 euros. The cottage is objectively spacious but needs cleaning and disseminated for maintenance. The thing that I was particularly disgusted is the State they were in services.

Not good for campers. The tent is not the vocation of this place. For the rest so think good bungalows and villas. It is pricey and the staff did not make me much sympathy.
