Good location. The welcome a little cold. Large environments. As usual the shower is almost clogged… otherwise average. Ps… climate in every environment… But the TV is 2-… 20 inches …

Recommended ideal to spend summer holidays and not only.

Great location close to the old town, shops nearby. New apartments all with TV and air conditioning, very spacious rooms. Paid parking (expensive) indoor not indispensable in the months of June and September, is quietly located under the same residence. Recommended.

We rented the apartment to celebrate the new year. We found a very neat, clean and well organized apartment. It was equipped with crockery and linen. A central location. Surely I will return.

We were greeted by a large three-roomed apartment, despite having booked a two-roomed apartment, without surcharge. A little bit small the Wi-Fi and little cleaning. I found the hair of the dog… of the previous tourist. Bunches of hairs under the bed and all over the house. Too bad…! If it wasn't for this reason the 4 stars would have given you willingly. Not far from the center and the Sea, panoramic, new accommodation with the possibility to use the washing machine for free. Owner friendly and attentive to the needs of the customer. Large balconies. Well-functioning air conditioners. Unfortunately no elevator.

Nice residence, livable kitchen with ample balcony, adequate rooms, small bathroom, but equipped with all the services. Quiet area and great location to get around even on foot. Great for vacationers and not.

Great in everything. Only flaw Wi-Fi every so unstable.

I year given a room full of dust, I had to clean the floor, the crockery. But I sleep very well.

Spacious apartments, excellent housekeeping, only thing to object is the hydraulic maintenance, the drains are all partially clogged. For the rest a great accommodation. Nearby shops but also a great dairy. If the price is great even for this year I would return.

Premium location just metres from the town centre, residence tranquillo, staff very nice, clean Studio apartments with all comforts, room not great but for the time we spent (sleeping and eating) was more than good, air conditioning, TV (the signal was a little dancer, but you can do without! ), fully equipped kitchen, covered parking. All great!
The only flaw, the Wi-Fi which remained stable only at night.

Poor of furniture, furnishings and work surfaces. Hot water is scarce in the crucial hours after returning from sea; there are outdoor showers to rinse off sand before you come in the House. Good air conditioning and maintenance of the facility. Suitable for stays of no more than one week.

Conveniently located within walking distance from the historical center, very present and available, great holiday. 7/18/2015

The hotel Pietra Verde is a very convenient for walking to the city centre of Otranto during a holiday in Salento.
A few minutes away, you can reach the Castle and you can visit all the monuments of the historical centre of the city near Otranto.
In the evening we recommend a stroll along the promenade, where you can find various useful activities and restaurants for a good relaxing holiday in Puglia.
