Palazzo De Noha - Boutique Hotel

Palazzo De Noha helped make our time in Lecce very special. The staff was extremely hospitable, and Francesco was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing. If you have a car, they will valet park it in their exclusive garage — but you need to make it to the hotel first by driving through the old town, which has restricted roads. Make sure you get the directions from the hotel, as GPS did not help.

Centrally located near in the historical part of town, this hotel is designed sensitively within an ancient structure with a clean modern touch. The staff are excellent. The rooms are also spread out in adjacent buildings and are in various layout which makes this hotel experience unique.

It was an excellent experience. I am really happy to arrange my stay in there.
Hotel is located in the middle of the old town which you can easily access all the local restaurants, historical places, bars, etc.
Rooms are spacious enough and very clean and get cleaned daily.
Stuff is friendly and pretty supportive.
I would like give my specials thanks to Fransecso who was guiding me for all the local foods, places to visit and any kind of issues I had.
And another special thanks to Licia and her friend for the delicious breakfast, puff bakeries, fresh juices each and every morning.

We stayed at Palazzo De Noha a couple of weeks prior to Christmas 2025. If I could give 6 stars for the service then I would. The staff are simply brilliant and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay was as perfect as could be. A huge thanks to Francesco and team, you’re doing a brilliant job. The hotel is stunning and a real gem in the Centre of Lecce. We loved it so much we are staying here with our wedding party when we get married!

Our stay at Palazzo de Noha Boutique Hotel was pure perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in elegance and exceptional hospitality. The rooms? Spacious, pristine, and effortlessly chica true sanctuary in the heart of Lecce.
The bed was like sleeping on clouds, with heavenly pillows that gave us the most restorative sleep after a long journey. Absolute bliss!

What a relaxing experience at Palazzo de Noha! The hotel is situated in an excellent location with easy walking access to restaurants and walking tours. The pool and rooftop breakfast area and bar were relaxing and perfect. The rooms were spacious. We would definitely visit again.

I travel alot globally. This is the first time I have found the almost perfect hotel. Palazzo De Noha in Lecce has the best team led by Francesco Chetta, the Room Division Manager. I have the highest compliments for the team in this hotel:
1. Beatrice — she made me laugh so much upon arrival with her sassy humour; very service orientated and knew instinctively that I needed cheering up after a masseria ignored me as a paying customer. She quickly resolved my laundry issue and made my stay in Lecce much better!
2. Diana — Each day, her sunshine smile always brightened up my day at the front desk.
3. Marika (manning the bar) — she knew I had not eaten the whole day and was quick in serving me some snacks, taking good care of me.
4. Rossella and Licia (breakfast team) — they are the super team whipping up delicious breakfast and greeting guests every morning with their smiles and professionalism; these 2 wonderful ladies work fast and perfectly together!
5. Francesco Chetta — the leader is excellent in his hospitality skills; he thinks 3 steps ahead and can anticipate guests' requests; his good leadership skills is the glue that holds and motivates the team in this hotel. Unlike other hotels, this team understands warm hospitality and serves with joy!
Great location — this hotel is within walking distance to all the attractions and eateries. Easy access for drop offs.
Rooms — very spacious, clean, quiet, high ceiling and well stocked with toiletries.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are super friendly and informative. The quality of everything was top notch including breakfast.
We were a little disappointed with the top terrace and pool area, it’s very beautiful but not very practical. The bean bags look great but are uncomfortable and the sun loungers do not come up to a sitting position, they’re was very little shade.
Top Tip.
Our room 10/11 was lovely but has no opening windows, if we visited again we would book a room on the first floor.

A really lovely Boutique Hotel in a fantastic location. We had a fabulous time here. All the staff were amazing, but a special thank you goes to Daiana (hope I’ve spelled that correctly) and Beatrice, who were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I had arranged parking with the hotel prior to our visit and our car was valet parked and collected for us. Great recommendations from them regarding places to see and eat. Thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay truly memorable.

The hotel is beauful albeit very small even for a boutique hotel. The employees were all very nice and welcoming however the photos were misleading. I chose this hotel for the pool but it is not a pool its not even a jacuzzi it's a pediluve really tiny. Considering the price, there are not a lot of extras, no swimming pool, no jacuzzi, no spa and tiny reception area which is rather cold atmosphere, no welcoming drinks. Again all the employees were extremely nice but the hotel is not what I would have chosen, had I known what they were offering. We did not even have the nice products as per the previous clients and we booked a suite (very small for the price). Also the list of restaurants suggestions could be revised because some on it are not good anymore. Thank you to the employees but we will not go back.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lecce. Well appointed modern rooms. Hotel provides top notch service with attention to every detail. Hard a super early check out and the staff prepared us a breakfast to go for our trip home. Worth every penny.

This hotel is wonderful from start to finish. We arrived in late after our flight and we had the warmest welcome. The staff organised a reservation in a Tipico at short notice. This was an outstanding recommendation. Our rooms were comfortable and beautifully styled. Photos do not do justice to the location and the hotel itself.
Breakfast the next morning on the rooftop was excellent, wide selection and friendly, efficient service.
Highly recommend…. We will be back again as we only stayed one night.

Super satisfied across all Metrics. Great central location in a quiet little corner near the center. Felicia, Rosella, Diana, Francesco (Il Magnifico), Antonio, Mattie, Beatrice, et al,. Were super-duper fun and accommodating. The roof top bar, breakfast area, and soaking pool were delightful. We’d go back in a heart beat. The room was huge with lots of sitting and storage space. Loved the bathroom too.

We stayed at the Palazzo De Noha for four nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It’s a beautiful old building, inside the old town, which has been converted into a hotel, it looks fabulous, and our room was very comfortable. The bedding, towels, and toiletries were of a very high quality, the shower was great, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hotel is beautiful from top to bottom, with fabulous furniture, fittings, and art pieces in the public areas, and the bedrooms. It looks terrific.
There is a small roof terrace with a small plunge pool, sun beds, shades, and beanbags. It was quite warm when we visited, so after a morning spent wandering around the town, it was a perfect place to sit and have a drink, relax and cool down. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, and in the evening they served cocktails, it was a lovely place to sit any time of the day. The hotel is very well located within the old town, just minutes walk from all the sights you’d want to see in Lecce, with restaurants and bars closer still, yet still being situated on a relatively quiet street.
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, Diana on reception helped us with restaurant bookings and the transfer to our next hotel, which was very useful. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo De Noha, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a stylish, well-located hotel in the heart of Lecce.

My husband and I travel a lot and travelled a fair bit in Italy before arriving at Palazzo De Noha. Every single staff member and the service at this hotel is why it is so special. Special mention to Francesco for making our stay absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautifully decorated and tastefully designed from the rooms, to the rooftop bar/pool area. The owners clearly take pride in their hotel and you can feel this from the moment you walk in. Delicious breakfast variety and freshly baked cakes and biscuits — they're absolutely perfect. Excellent location for exploring Lecce in the middle of the old town. Book it — you will not regret it.

Very nice small hotel in old town — Lovely rooftop setting for both breakfast and afternoon/evening libations — in a convenient but somewhat quiet part of old town. Staff was very friendly and responsive — very good breakfast. Room was decent sized with space to set up two suitcases and a decent sized bathroom — Bed was very comfortable — Hotel can be a little challenging to find by car given all the small one streets — Valet service worked out nicely as we needed to have a very early departure. Had a great cooking class with info@cookingexperience. It — this was a highlight of the trip. Also had a great meal at their restaurant "Tipico" including a wonderful version of the local dish "Killer Spaghetti" or Spaghetti All Assassina.
