Room converted from garage last few months. Smells bad of fuel. Room minimal. Front desk not helpful. Booked many months ago. Stayed here last year and great. Understand that many people love this hotel (we did until today). Will be looking for somewhere else.

We stayed here one night at the start of our cycling tour. It is located in the old town, close to all the attractions and restaurants but in a very quiet peaceful street. The bedroom was nicely furnished and the bathroom clean and well sized. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and even tried to help resolve our transfer problem when our flight was transferred to another airport. I would recommend this place and would definitely return.

Nice enough hotel. Asking for eggs and coffee at breakfast was slow and it is the first ever 3 star hotel I've ever been to where there isn't a receptionist in the afternoon. Location is very good.

I always say that the people make the difference and Arco Vecchio has that edge. From cleaning to reception interactions were friendly. Kudos to the staff! Kudos to Arco Vecchio!

We stayed here whilst on a cycling holiday. A very smart, clean, stylish contemporary boutique hotel set in a beautiful historic quiet street in the centre of Lecce.
The location is just perfect — all the main sights are only a few minutes walk away. We had a lovely room-very clean and spacious with large, light airy, clean bathroom all with a beautiful view.
The young man on reception was truly superb, so welcoming, courteous, helpful, bending over backwards to look after us in every way, showing us all the facilities in the hotel and in our room and to make sure everything was perfect, which it was. The storage facilities for the bikes was very secure in their own private garage where they kept their own car and was next door to the hotel. It was our last night in Italy and the young man even helped us book a taxi transfer to the airport too. I’m sorry I didn’t ask his name but complimenti!
The breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented and delicious and was served in a beautiful vaulted room.
We loved Lecce and were only booked to stay one night, however there is so much to see and we enjoyed it so much that we hope to return and this will certainly be our choice of hotel, it’s very very highly recommended! Thank you for looking after us both so well!

This lovely looking hotel lost our booking. They claimed they had “personnel changes. ” They accepted responsibility and booked us into another 3 star hotel, but one with a 3.5 Trip Advisor rating, a full point lower than its own TA rating. And, they booked an entirely unstatisfactoy “economy” room with no place to put clothes, a broken window and no hot water.

Everything was just great here, from the early check-in they arranged for us, till the fantastic breakfast just before we caught a train.
Maybe we were a bit lucky to have the last room of the corridor which is perhaps more quiet and spacious, but in general this hotel seems to have good, quiet and clean rooms — and the location close to the duomo and the railway station is perfect.

I absolutely loved my stay here, I booked the suite for my partner's 30th birthday and can not recommend enough! The location was great if you want to see the old town of Lecce and in walking distance to some great restaurants too. The staff were very friendly and helped us plan our afternoon in the town so we saw the main sites. Loved our stay!

Top design hotel, ultimate friendly and spotless clean, best price for such luxury. Located in the old town of Lecce. Suite extreme well equipped for such a price. Other rooms spacious and also very luxury. Private Parking available. Breakfast fresh and all you need. Probably best hotel in town!
