The location couldn't be better! Rooms are on the small side which is expected for the city center but they are functional and squeaky clean.

An excellent hotel, located in the heart of Jerusalem, close to the pedestrian street.

Was here for lunch with my tour group, service was friendly and the food was delicious, although no gluten free dessert option.

This complex operated I assume as a Vatican consulate and hospitality center has rooftop restaurant.

Clean & orderly. Beautiful location; nice staffs.

Another wonderful stay at The American Colony Hotel, we stayed 6 nights in this fabulous place. (Our third visit).

The American Colony hotel in Jerusalem is an Excelente Hotel, beautifull and charming with the best and friendly staff. I´ve been there 19 days and I loved.

The staff is super nice and welcoming, the bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious with a fridge, microwave and a water kettle.

Boutique hotel in Geula, an ultra Orthodox area of Jerusalem.

Great little hotel, front rooms can be noisy but back rooms overlooking garden are amazing!
Service is good, kind personnel.
Didn't check to see if they had a parking as we were on foot.

Excellent hotel. Clean, nicely planned and great location. The only disadvantage is the parking. It was very frustrating to get to the parking and we had to park in another parking garage.

This is truly what they mean by a boutique hotel. Firstly the location is perfect. In the heart of town, everything is either walking distance or perfectly positioned near public transport.

This is a 3-4 star hotel with five star service. The rooms are dated but the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is falling apart in places but immaculately clean.

The history was so amazing. The location is perfect for exploration the Old Jerusalem. Christmas was magical in & around the hotel. The staff were so nice & accommodating.

We debated whether to come this year because of the security situation, then we decided that on the contrary we would not give up the amazing prayer and cantor that the Ramada Hotel brought this year.

What a unique experience for the famely, to enjoy the facilities of the kibbutz and understand how they live and produce. Every day there's something to do and the team is remarkably great.

The maintenance of the rooms is a bit lacking, for example in the shower the soap shelf was broken and also the arrangement and cleanliness of the rooms needs a little improvement.

We were fortunate this year to spent Christmas together that too in Jerusalem, at the Addar hotel, a place where we felt homely the last two days.

We booked this hotel for a short one night stay due to a family event. It was conveniently located In Jerusalem City Centre about five minutes walk from Jaffa Street.
