Great hotel for the Catholic Pilgrim. Daily mass only English but not in Latin. Little fruit for breakfast.

The Restaurant is great. The views are amazing. The staff is as nice as you could ever wish.

Local that you want to present as classy but unfortunately it is very far away, definitely enjoys a good view but certainly not the best of Jerusalem decent food and good choice of wine.

Siting on the roof restaurant is worthwhile! My guest liked the food very much. (Not kosher) Nice to sit and just stunning view. After a busy day in the old city could this be the place to go. The view on Jerusalem in the night is stunning. The golden Dom on the Templemount, belltowers… the perfect setting after a perfect day.

Is there a way to give it 6 stars? Very helpful, friendly staff. 3 restarants. Beautiful views. Silent atmosphere. Nice buffet. Beautiful chapel. Beautiful everything! Just across the street from the New Gate. The gift shop is small, but I found the best prices there of anywhere.

A wonderful place clean … amazing atmosphere high class silence. The hospitality over all expectations. Good quality food with many variants. Clients from all over the world staying or just come to visit such an incredible place. Also the chapel inside the center inspire Christian holiness.

I've only been there eating, at mass or having a coffee, but it's an oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Jerusalem. The room was clean and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very nice house and very well Located.

The name "guest house" don't do this facility justice — it's more like a 5-star hotel combined with a castle. Beautiful facility. Very nice church inside. Great coffee shop, rooftop bar/restaurant, and very good downstairs buffet. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They also have a very neat museum detailing the Shroud of Turin. All this directly across the street from the Christian Quarter of the old city! It's a bit pricey but for the amenities and location it really can't be beat. The facility is owned by the Vatican but has been run for a number of years by the Legionaries of Christ. Highly recommended. On the negative side: Rooms on the western most side were loud because sound echoing down the alley from the traffic light at the New Gate and like I said it's a bit pricey… but what's money for a once in a lifetime experience?

Very well known center for the Pilgrims in Jerusalem and for the activity culture and ecumenical. Good restaurant, often crowded.

I would recommend the people to go there. One of the best wiew of Jerusalem by night. Many restaurant for tourists and Pilgrims.

The hotel is in a great location.

Shroud of Turin exhibit exceptionally well done. A powerful experience due in part to good company lead by Mater Dei tours and our preist. Great view from enclosed rooftop patio though slightly marred by plastic curtains.

It is the ideal place to go on pilgrimage to Jerusalem. Excellent service, very good restaurants, acceptable prices and an unbeatable location. Just outside the walls of the old city and very close to the Holy Sepulchre. Agile to get out by bus and close to downtown locations.

Clean and tidy, the waiters were present and met our expectations. The setting is quiet and attractive. Despite the crowds of tourists, we were served quickly. The only discomfort I had, which is not necessarily a weakness, is that the women's restrooms are not enlightened enough in my opinion.

The rooftop restaurant is alright. The big groups definitely receive priority, so if you are a small party I would recommend going someplace else (there were plenty of waitstaff). We had to wait a long time before they even came to take our order. Food is decent, but pricey. To me the view is nice, but there are even better viewpoints within the city.

This is a Catholic hotel. Its undoubted advantages for pilgrims are the location (right at the new gate of the Old Town), cleanliness, quality, and also important that the hotel is Christian. The rooms are comfortable. Sleep quality. A magnificent "tropical" shower. Food is not the most diverse, but absolutely worthy and quality. There is a Catholic church right in the hotel, and the Museum of the Shroud of Turin. There you can see the reconstruction of the 3d model of the body of Jesus on the Shroud, see examples of the biaches and wounds from them, crucifixion, etc. I liked the museum very much, well worth a visit. As a rule, pilgrims do not know about it.

Amazing Hotel! … Beautiful, excellent care and very cozy… Exactly opposite the old Jerusalem which allows you to go any time to the different holy places, that's good because you take advantage when there are not so many people.

Clean and attentive to service, a place of spirituality very close to the Holy Sepulchre. Large terrace, I highly recommend it.

Guaranteed hospitality and great comfort. I had lunch several times at their buffet and I consider it one of the best restaurants for groups of Italians in Jerusalem. Very good quality very professional service. I have never stayed overnight but from the care of the property I guess the rooms are equally valid.

Center dedicated to the Virgin, belonging to the Holy See, from where the pilgrim's house is served. Currently run by the Legionaries of Christ.
Church open 12 hours a day, with good reproduction of the Holy Savanna.

Excellent facility right at the Jerusalem market. Attentive staff. The food is unimaginative but plentiful. Rooms were lovely with great view. Check info regarding Wi-Fi as there are costs. Security was good and guards attentive. The history of the Institute is fascinating.

We went to the restaurant on the top floor. We had a lovely cheese plate with good local wine. The best thing about this place is the amazing view of the city. Service was not impressive and quite slow.

Super location, first class in French Restaurant on the roof, nice Bistro on the ground floor.

It has decent guesthouse where you could get good food too.

The place is amazing located right at the gates of the old city of Jerusalem and just five minutes walk from the Holy Sepulchre (if not you get lost on the way) the food is exquisite, impeccable service, internet Wi-Fi of 40 mbps anywhere for free, and as a bonus, there is an exhibition of the shroud (replica) with a great description and some magnificent holograms. This place is a must if you come to Jerusalem.
