Munster Hotels with a Pool

We are from Cork and wanted a quick break so stayed for one night in the River Suites. We were celebrating being pregnant with our second child.

The hotel is gorgeous… really unique and takes such great advantage of its location in the Cork hills.

Hotel gets better year after year. The full access to gym/sauna/pool is a plus. Food is delicious and well prepared. Great area for meetings as well.

Our second time staying here and could not be more impressed!

Having considered numerous locations for our wedding, the choice we ultimately made with Actons was inspired.

Lovel hotel, great location, lovely room, great breakfast choices — A few points to improve : soup at lunch too cold as was eggs Benedict at breakfast.

Had a lovely dining experience! The steak sandwhich was delicious. The wings amazing! The brownie was also one of my favorites!

Had a beautiful dinner here, didn't have a booking but they found a spot. Loved by locals also as kind words were exchanged between a customer and server.

We recently had our wedding in Lady Gregory hotel and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was amazing, every staff member went above and beyond to make our day special.

Overall a lovely stay. Receptionist that we checked in with (with American accent) was a little impersonal for my liking (or possibly distracted) … not very warm in any case.

We were just passing through Killarney and decided to stop into the Gleneagles Bar for a quick drink and honestly we’re very glad we did.

We stayed in the apartments which were fantastic aside from the use of a shower curtain. Fully fitted out and well stocked for first days arrival. All mod cons.

We had a lovely stay at Killarney Towers hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. The swimming pool is great, our little girl (6 month old) enjoyed swimming.

The staff at this hotel were incredible, from the people at the front desk to those serving us breakfast (which was amazing by the way, beans for breakfast are growing on me) One complaint I have is

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary at the beautiful Muckross Park Hotel last weekend.

We were celebrating day 2 of a wedding there on New Year's Eve.

Spent two great nights in Sea Breeze BnB in Clonakilty. Such a lovely warm welcome from Eileen and her crew. Very friendly family, wonderful breakfast and mince pies for supper, delicious.

Came here on the brigits bank Holiday weekend with our toddler daughter and I must say this was one of the best hotels I stayed in for a long time.

This is the best hotel in Thurles. A beautiful setting in well kept grounds. Beautifully appointed rooms and the service is second to none!

Castle Oaks House Hotel, located along the banks of the River Shannon near Limerick, is a charming country estate that blends old-world elegance with modern comfort.

Great location, great staff and great experience. We had a lovely stay here at this hotel in Oct 2025. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings in the park and the thermal spa. Very quiet hotel.

When I needed a room on a busy Friday evening, I was able to ring the reservations team and immediately booked me in. The hotel is conveniently located near UL and has ample parking.

I attended a conference in the hotel in January. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the food was excellent.

I had an issue with booking it online today. Spoke to the woman in reception on the phone who kindly refunded me and let me book the dates I wanted. Really helpful and kind!

I ate in the bar of the Abby Court recently and it was a really lovely experience. We ate from the bar menu and the food was excellent quality, with good portions and value for money.

I would like to rate the Garryvoe Hotel in Ballycotton very highly on their exceptional handling of a situation which we experienced recently.

An absolute gem in such a picturesque setting. The cottages are so cosy. The outdoor pool is fabulous, very rare for Ireland.

Had an amazing experience here this weekend. Hotel is fab, staff are lovely. Rooms a bit too hot but just turn down the radiator. Old style Hotel with a modern twist. 100% would go back again.

We recently attended a retirement party in the address hotel. It was a beautiful venue, great food, and the staff were exceptional.

I am very pleased with all my stays at the Maritime Hotel in Bantry since my first visit in March 2025. I visited 8 times. My dentist, Dr. Claire O'Connor, is within walking distance.

Spent 2 nights with my 11 year old granddaughter. Lovely hotel. We made good use of the pool. Ate both nights in the hotel bar. Breakfast was included in our stay.

This Hotel I think really does justice to quality. Every aspect of my experience here was flawless. Staff were excellent, service was outstanding, the room is spotlessly clean.

Wonderful stay. Felt a little let down due to no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Any room I've ever stayed in has these facilities and even an odd cookie thrown in. Seemed a little mean.

We had a lovely stay at The Talbot Hotel. Myself my husband and 2 kids booked for 1 night after a hospital stay with our child before the long drive home.

We arrived, plenty of parking available for guests and the hotel is easy to get to. Bus stop directly outside the front (we didn't use it though).
