Between road closures and other funny "bad luck" issues — which lead to long delays and enjoying spectacular views.

This was a lovely hotel. Not fancy and very affordable. We enjoyed our stay and I felt like the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the pub had delicious food also.

Denise and son Dara are fantastic hosts. Rooms are lovely and spotless. The welcome and hospitality is exceptional. Would highly recommend.

We ‘accidentally’ crossed the Valentia View offer on a holiday platform. We planned to hire a car from Kerry Airport, so we gave it a chance. In retrospect, it was the best holiday we had in years!

Fabulous place 2 stay in Ballybunion, quiet area, such friendly owners, nothing was 2 much trouble, even offered a drive into town, comfortable room and freshly cooked breakfast would highy recommend

Liked: The staff in the pub were very friendly and helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere. Food was excellent and the drinks were pretty good too. Toilets were clean, as was the area outside.

Great choice of places for a number of reasons. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was cooked to order and very good and the distance to town was a pleasant 10-15 minute walk.

Our large room with equally large bathroom was very comfortable, plenty of space to relax, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

Hannah was a delightful host and what a beautiful and historic bed and breakfast. The room was spacious and quiet. The Irish breakfast was great and loved chatting with Hannah.

We stayed 3 nights at Muxnaw Lodge in the beginning of August and had a wonderful time there. The emplacement is perfect to enjoy both the Ring of Beara and the Ring of Kerry.

Location in town was lovely and breakfast service was top notch — water pressure was a lacking and there’s nothing more disappointing than a dribbly shower after a long day.
