Location was perfect. We ate at the hotel bar teice because it was just perfect. Service was excellent. We also went to the show that they offer which was good. Room was great but bed was a little hard.

Ok I have nothing bad to say about this place. Good food. Good bar an nice comfortable room. You can easily walk into town. I'd have to say that I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful hotel centrally located in Killarney and surrounded by a number of local pubs with great entertainment. Everything needed is in close walking distance. The hotel also hosts great entertainment by Gaelic Roots. This show is highly recommended, as each and every entertainer demonstrates their wonderful talent as a team, and share their expertise with their respective musical instruments as well.

Beautiful hotel! Handles tour groups easily and well. Very convenient to shopping, pubs and venues… and by convenient, I mean you can easily walk to them even if you aren't a frequent Walker. Nice folks too. The food in the restaurant is wonderful! Try the cottage pie.

Top quality food dishes cooked to perfection. Very reasonable prices for bar food. Highly recommended. Non resident visitors welcome.

I stayed at the Killarney Avenue Hotel for two nights as part of a tour package. The hotel was nice inside and out. It is also located very close to everything. I came in super late both nights and the staff immediately opened the doors for me. I'd recommend this hotel.

Nice looking hotel and close to everything. My only complaint would be there are no black out shades so it got pretty bright in the morning in with the sun.

Myself and my wife love staying in your hotel. The front desk staff are always so helpful and smiling. Also the house-keepers are brilliant and pleasant. Maybe the waiters and bar staff could smile a little more. Overall a brilliant place to stay because of its food, cleanliness and without saying, its location.

Fab place to eat. My family and I always have lunch or dinner there when we go to killarney. We found it a few years ago and we keep returning. Always ask the locals where to eat.

Great location to tour area. Celtic dance production on site not to miss. Rooms clean and comfortable. Service and friendliness exactly Irish which is perfect.

The only hotel we stayed in Ireland that had air conditioning in the room! Although it wasn't particularly needed, it was a nice comfort. Also the only hotel we encountered with wash cloths! Clean and well maintained rooms. The hotel was super conveniently located in the heart of Killarney city center, and a short walk to Ireland largest, and most beautiful national park.

Nicely appointed, clean rooms, good service, nice size rooms, good restaurant and bar, good location next to park entrance.

Stayed here twice and would stay her again. Relaxing and well presented. Dinner isn't the best but there are nice places to eat around but the breakfast was good.

This was one of the most comfortable hotels we stayed in during our holiday to Ireland. The bed was comfortable. The foid was good. The staff was great. Would definitely return.

During my stay at this hotel, I was treated as a second class citizen. This may have been because I paid for my stay at a discounted price through the tour I was on, but regardless I was a paying guest and expected to be treated like one. The receptionist was extremely rude and would not go out of the way for me — the guest. The receptionist even had the audacity to curse at me when I politely confronted him about my terrible stay. Bottom line — the service here is not good. I would not recommend staying here, especially since there are nicer and friendlier hotels near by in Killarney. Hope this helps! :)

Beautiful hotel, definitely worth the €90 Friday night price and conveniently located to all of the pubs. It would have been nicer to have 2 Double beds vs 2 Single beds, but jacuzzi tub, nice adornments, and large TV definitely make for a nice comfortable room. We called and booked on the drive down from Dublin and had no clue what it was going to look like other than their online photos, and I can say it's even nicer than the photos illustrate. Well done.

Great Hotel! Ela on reception so helpful and efficient! Agata in dining room very welcoming and friendly and compliments to the chef our evening meal was delicious our first time staying in Avenue but won't be our last both myself and husband had a most enjoyable weekend! Thank you.
