Had a lovely breakfast there a couple of times this month, when we've been down from Dublin. The food & the staff are great. We've also bought a selection of their delicious cakes to bring back home with us. A girl named Patsy has served us each time, she's always so helpful and friendly. Thank you! We'll definitely be back again soon. 😊

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely horrible! went there for our mini moon emailed about feedback a few weeks after we stayed and emailed back and forth multiple times with no solutions… this explains it all… No "solution" was offered, I was given 2 "options" and none of which were feasible, in regards to a phone call, theres not much that could be done through a phone call that can't be communicated effectively through email. In terms of being invited back to stay, again by being told, oh, your trip will be better next time… with how much we paid the risk of paying that amount of money to be left out of pocket AGAIN… for another disappointment of a trip is something we would rather do without. It was obviously made to look as though alternatives were given but not practical for myself and quite frankly silly. Terrible customer service, problems not actually solved just made to look as though it was being taken care of when nothing was done overall… left a review on trip advisor and was made to look as though I was the problem refusing to speak to them — when its more feasible to speak through email… 0 stars… trip advisor says it all!

So pleased we decided to go here for a quick drink yesterday! It turned into cocktails and food which were fabulous! Love the fact that there is gf and vegan options too! Will definitely be going back again and again!

We just had a great stay here, romantic getaway and it is perfect location for lots of local activities, really friendly staff and excellent food and choice of three restaurants — try it, you won’t be disappointed.

No car parking, had to park in a public car park and pay for it. Car not safe and at owners own risk, staff lovely and welcoming but food in paric cafe was poor and slow, staff looked not interested. Was awake all night Saturday night with loud street noises, shouting and fighting. Window seal is not good and everything can he heard. Then 8am leaf blowers and street cleaning for an hour Sunday & Monday mornings. No chance to sleep with that noise. Did not have breakfast any morning as decided to go support other places and happy we did that now. Leisure facilities are small but adequate and staff lovely and helpful. Would I return to stay here for the price No, it’s not a 4 star hotel to relax and enjoy Kilarney. It’s a hotel for people with no cars, to stay and party and have wknd of drinking & fun. Not a hotel to come relax for few days alot more cheaper places to do that in the town.

Just back from a night's stay, very professional staff from William Mccarthy to Daniel the concierge, nothing was too much trouble.

Loved it here staff are amazing hotel is so nice breakfast was tops.

The delux room was dirty with stains on the carpet in several place’s, Room 325 I was very disappointed with this, the bar staff where lovely but one young lad clearly hadn’t been seen by the night manager as his slacks where too short for him and with no socks, shocking for such a well established hotel. Look maybe I expected more but didn’t expect that, 2 nights €404 for what.

Excellent service, food was exceptional, for breakfast, dinner and brunch. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful.

Fantastic stay in the Killarney Plaza Hotel. The hotel is absolutely fabulous with superb food and fantastic staff. The hotel upgraded us to a suite as I was celebrating a milestone. The welcome we received was second to none. I will definitely be returning.

What a fantastic hotel it was amazing from start to finish the help we received from all the staff was outstanding from the moment I contacted the hotel last week to plan our stay as my dad is very vulnerable at the moment and until the min we left everyone was so helpful to us it is an amazing hotel with fantastic food and staff ye should be so proud thank you again for being so helpful to all of us xx.

By far the best experience such friendly Staff from the front desk to the restaurant every single staff member were efficient and so very helpful the hotel itself is stunning highly recommend so central & facilities are fantastic.

We cannot recommend the Killarney Plaza Hotel &Spa enough.
Absolutely brilliant staff who cannot do enough for you, so friendly and polite and make you feel as important as the next guest.
The food in the Tan Yard restaurant is out of this world delicious and very reasonably priced.
The leisure and spa facility is 2nd to none.
The Hotel is top to bottom spick and span.

Welcome break during Christmas shopping, lovely friendly staff in a very safe environment, delicious chocolate bombs and French Toast!

We stayed in Killarney Plaza for two nights to celebrate our Honeymoon.
As locals we are frequent visitors to the hotel bar and restaurants but were delighted to get the opportunity to stay over.
On arrival there was a bottle of prosecco in our room. The staff were more than helpful. Dinner and Breakfast in the Tan Yard were delicious and portions were extremely generous.
We also had treatments in the Spa.
Everything was excellent and although we were a short drive from our home we felt like we were on a proper holiday.

Had the most amazing 3 days stay with my lil girl. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Couldn't recommend enough.

We stayed for two nights and could have stayed longer, it is a fantastic hotel! The staff can’t do enough for you. The atmosphere is so relaxing. The spa is heavenly. The pool is so luxurious.

Just back from a fab stay in the plaza, spacious rooms, food in all three places piano bar, cafe du Parc and tan yard was beautiful, and jospef in the piano bar went over and beyond expectations to accommodate our bookings all staff wer pleasant, all necessary covid precautions taken, we hired bikes by a very pleasant porter who gave us advice on wer to go, will def stay again, just have ur stay organised in advance bikes and pool booked and ur meals and you won’t regret it.

We just got back from a 3 night stay here. Was so so good. Staff are excellent mainly front of house girls. They really recovered well from the recent break, the room was perfect lots of extras left in the room so cleaners don't disturb you which is a great idea, food was fab. Just loved it. Perfect location! Personalised note left in our room with a suprise upgrade too!

We couldn’t use the swimming pool and the Spa (make sure you book in advance) Friendly staff.

Absolutely fab hotel, love it. Billy the concierge was at hand and full of banter and tips for the wk end. Joanna was so friendly at reception. Really love the hotel and food.

Wonderful place It was relaxing and beautiful We relaxed and recharged for the rest of our vacation. The staff was beyond accommodating.

Great hotel and central to all of the fun… but…
Don’t stay here if you’re from away and looking to have some fun and meet new people. They don’t allow you to have visitors in past a certain time even though you pay a good buck to stay there.
The young man at the door told me it was in their policy yet they couldn’t give me the proof.
Either way, Ireland was amazing other than this hiccup!

Location excellent. Bar good. Breakfast average. Reception area super trendy, bedrooms don't follow. But location makes up for a lot.

Always liked going here but a bit disappointed the last trip. L have 5 year old daughter who is celiac but the only thing g on kids or adult menu that was suitable and marked gluten free was supper food salad and 2 desserts. No roasts or meat or fish dish. Had to go somewhere else very surprised because it is quite a common allergy. Susan.

Pretty hotel… They were cleaning carpet while we were there which smelled musty. Plus added to it was apparently unusually high temps and they have no air conditioning. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Firstly, I must say the Sundari Spa was absolutely fantastic, staff very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend a facial with Lauren, she was very helpful and had great product knowledge, aswell as giving me handy tips for looking after my skin. The Hydro-therapy pool is a must! Secondly, the hotel itself is lovely but, unfortunately our room wasn't so brilliant. We didn't find it was good value for money, our room was small and basic, torn curtains and poor lightning. We were told we had been upgraded to a suite when we checked in, so to say the least, we were very disappointed with our room.

Plaza help us get a room when our travel agent cancel our reservations. They did everything they could, upgraded our room. It was truly a a nice place. Right down town, next to everything. If we come back we will stay at the Plasa.

Average food. Terrible service, waited 30 minutes for the waitress to clear our main course and then to be told that the kitchen is closing when we asked for dessert. The waitress went to help every other table except me and my Girlfriend then another waitress got our order wrong by giving my Girlfriend a chicken burger even though she is a vegetarian and asked for a chickpea burger. I assume it was because we are young and don't deserve the same service as elders. Very disappointed to what could of been a spectacular evening. Barman (Dino) very friendly and best part of the experience.

Beautiful hotel over looking the square in killarney. Ate in restaurant and steak was gorgeous. Breakfast was lovely and staff could not help enough.

Excellent service and amenities in heart of city center. Fabulous fitness area and pool. Helpful staff who are polished and professional. They even serviced our laundry on Sunday, which was not a typical option but we were leaving the next day. Air conditioned comfy rooms. Great breakfast buffet and dinner options. This was also our honeymoon trip and they provided us a lovely bottle of red wine and a personalized welcome and congratulations card to mark the occasion. I am not sure how they compare to the other area hotels, but I would not hesitate to stay here again and I actually hate to leave it to go on to our next stop.

The environment was perfect for a two-party dinner! The food was fine.

Enjoyed the staffs cheery smiles and helpfulness. It is quite the maze trying to find your room but its worth getting lost as there is always someone who will help you out. The Sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi was so lovely with relaxing music. Gorgeous hotel.

Outstanding location, nice big rooms, well organized staff. Had do not disturb out, and they put a bag of new towels and adminaties on the door. Wonderful!

Service is great but best to stick to the script. Perfect for a vacation stay if you want to switch off and go with the flow.

Rooms are lovely and the front desk folks were very kind, especially Dubravka who went out of her way to make sure that my stay went well. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The spa was also nice, they give you sorbet afterwards which is a nice treat. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast is great. Staff friendly. Underground car park is tight but handy. (You'll look like austin powers trying to turn in the hallway, 15 point turn anyone? ) Room service till 7am.

I was only in the coffee shop for lunch. Asked for a toasted ham and cheese sandwich and they couldn't provide one as I was told they are going for a more hipster vibe. The coffee was good though in very nice surroundings.

Nice place, very kind and warm staff. Nice tour and explanations. Gardens are nice and beautiful.

Just got back to Wales after a fantastic St Patrick's weekend, there is nothing you could fault at this hotel, the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful, the food was excellent and the room's very comfortable and warm. Thank you for a great stay. Most definitely will be coming back.

Well furnished, classic taste and very nice. Clean rooms of that classic very cozy taste. Great location at the end of the main street, away from the street musicians who throng the central part noisily. In 5 minutes you're at the main crossroads. Would stay here again. Good hotel restaurant for those who don't want to go to a nearby pub.

My nephew celebrated his Confirmation at Killarney Plaza hotel recently. The food was great but the added touches e. G. Presented the Confirmation child with scroll and free entry to the pool. I know it didn't cost the hotel anything but it was a lovely touch also the hotel hired a guy that did balloon modelling which I thought was a bit childish for Confirmation but how wrong was I. It was enjoyed by the younger and older kids. Well impressed Killarney Plaza Hotel.

Big hotel almost 200 bedrooms. Beautiful spa, lovely private, only residents, gym and swimming pool. Bars and food also great. Nice staff, hotel is in centre of Killarney.

Fantastic hotel. Has everything. Good bars. Great restaurants. Swimming pool, gym etc. Suits everyone. Lively bar for the young people downstairs. Bar upstairs with band for others. Piano bar also.

Just went in for dinner. Evening special was good (Turbot) but veg & mash were very poor. Both microwaved & some carrots were black. Didn’t eat them. Was it worth €18.50? Drinks were reasonably priced.

Lovely traditional hotel with good sized rooms and comfy beds! Really nice Rituals bathroom items. Great selection at breakfast, full Irish buffet with many types of eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit and cereal!

Just home from a wonderful 3 night break with the kids at the killarney Plaza hotel. Can't fault it one bit. Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Originally we were booked in for 2 nights but with much pestering from the kiddies, the hotel were able to accommodate our request for an extra night. Ashling on reception went above and beyond to surprise the kids with tonnes of treats and sweets having just missed out on some Halloween goodies. All the staff were super friendly… from reception to the pool to Billy the porter and the ever smiling housekeeping staff too. Location was excellent with all that Killarney offers just outside the door. The cinema was super handy too. Thank you again… from the Smyth Family.

The staff very friendly especially the cook at breakfast very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean and beds are comfy. I stayed in room 128 on a Friday and got a brilliant sleep. On sat night there was music and it was very loud from downstairs. I wasn't too put out because I didn't have to be up early next morning. The music finished about midnight. The other fault was the air con was broke in the room and they had an electric radiator in the room. This did annoy me as it got very cold during the night and they never said on check in. The breakfast was beautiful and so was the bar.

Every stay here is lovely. This past trip they upgraded us to a suite with a lovely view overlooking Killarney Mountains. The hotel has the perfect balance of old world charm and modern conveniences.

Just want to say a big thank you to the staff of the plaza. We stayed with you Saturday night & to say our stay was amazing was an understatement. Upon arrival we got a complimentary upgrade to a suite which just made our day. The room was huge along with the bathroom with jacuzzi bath and jet shower and the sitting room had an electric fire. The weather was dreadful so it was fab to sit down in front of the fire for the evening. Having the sitting room was excellent as it ment or little baby could go down for the night in the room without us disturbing him. We went to the pool Sunday morning and had a fab breakfast as well. We also got a late check out which ment the little man could have his morning nap before we headed off for the day. It was like being a celebrity stayin in such an amazing room we couldn't recommend the hotel

A nice hotel, great location at the end of the main street. Rooms were clean and comfortable, dinner in Petrus was brilliant. Breakfast is self service with a fair selection. The only minor downsides are poor noise isolation from the corridors into the rooms. Also if you have heavy bags drop them off at the main entrance before driving into the underground car park. Lots of stairs to get back out.

Perfection in every way. Beautiful Hotel in decor and design. Treated like royalty by the staff. Able to cope with large volume of people. Rooms are large and tasteful. Meals are of high quality. In center of town.

A very beautiful old world charm is feeling when entering this place. Had a great time though it was just for the night.

We had a terrible arrival. No signs on where to park, nobody out front to guide you or help you with luggage. The park garage is operated by the front desk clerk so we had to wait for her to see us on camera to lift the gate. No electronic card so really anyone can come and go from garage because I doubt she remembers every car. After parking, the lift took us and All our luggage to some stairs. No signs on where to go. We pressed a button for assistance and someone came to help us. The only nice experience so far in this hotel has been Billy who helped us with the luggage and gave us suggestions for dinner. We arrived at 9pm. Most restaurants in this town close at 10pm. If you drive to this hotel, there's no way to figure out parking or how to reach the front desk.

We are just back from The KPH. We booked it last week for our wedding anniversary and during the week we received a follow up phone call offering us special offers on meals during our stay. When we arrived we received an upgrade to a suite and our room was absolutely unreal. We dined in the hotel and we got a 2 course gourmet meal for 2 plus a bottle of wine for a very modest €60. The food was really beautiful. The waiting staff especially Marion were really helpful and polite and even bought out deserts to us with "Happy Anniversary " in chocolate inscribed onto each of our desert plates. We also went for a couples spa. It was my 1st one but my wife has had previous spa visits. We really enjoyed it and the spa staff Norma and Katelyn were really nice and very good at what they do. My wife said it was by far the best facial she has received. Overall from booking on the phone to check in and check out it was a brilliant experience. We will never stay in any other hotel in Killarney again as we think that the plaza is miles ahead of the rest with there helpful polite staff and beautiful hotel. Can't wait to stay there again. In my life, I have never seen a relaxing space as beautifully decorated! Excellent quality SPA; I would highly recommend. The rooms are worth refreshment and the staff is at the small care:)

We went for a post weddingday drinks. Very good staff to customer ratio meaning there was very little waiting for anything you needed.

Centrally located hotel with free parking. Very pleasant and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Very clean and well equipped rooms. 5 star food and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend a stay.

Our stay at the Killarney Plaza was nothing short of fantastic! It is centrally located to shopping and food and nighttime entertainment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Of particular note is the access to the Internet provided in the reception area, including a printer. Thanks so much for everything! I'm happy to highly recommend the Killarney Plaza Hotel.
