We spent the weekend at Manor west hotel with 3 kids. The staff are very friendly and helpful, food was lovely and the rooms are great size. Kids loved the pool.

I would highly recommend the Manor West hotel very friendly atmosphere good food very clean and very reasonably priced. Just an all-round lovely hotel to stay in.

We have just come back from a 2 night stay and the minute we walked in the door we were made feel so welcome. Everything about the hotel was 4 star, from staff to facilities.
So fantastic to have such a modern and amazing buffet breakfast along with breakfast choice rather than the standard hotel fry up. Eggs Benidict were to die for and detail to presentation unreal.
And as for the selection of homemade cakes and the cuppa coffee we had in the afternoon from the lovely coffee dock. Delicious.
As a family we will definitely be returning again.

Had an amazing 3 night stay here. Fabulous facilities for young kids including pool & play room. Bunk beds in family room are a lovely. Kids loved the Easter eggs & visit from Easter bunny.
We will be back.

Nice place to stay on a business trip, sadly no time to use all the fab facilities. Very helpful friendly staff & service very good. Only hicup, very hard & flat pillows!

Hotel outside the city centre, within a shopping centre. Room with a very large double bed, a single bed and an extra bed with no passage space. Clean. Just correct bedding, mattress lacking firmness. Large pool, sauna, steam room, jaccuzi. Purchase of a 2 euro swimming cap imposed while guests bathe without a cap.

Wonderful staff. Helpful and friendly. Very clean and breakfast was wonderful. Easy 30min stroll into town.

The facilities are amazing. Spotlessly clean. Well secured. Friendly professional staff. All round positive experience.

Loved this place so much we have booked it for a family holiday as we were checking out. The rooms, food, facilities were amazing but definitely the staff make it 5 star. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly, polite and super efficient. When u see children sad saying goodbye to the staff in the breakfast place you know u are onto a winner.

We stayed in the Manor West for one night recently, the reception area was lovely and very nice receptionist. Hallways and rooms were nice and clean; and lived up to the 4 stars. However I have one major problem with the hotel, cups, glasses, everything you eat or drink off smells of rotten eggs, this problem is caused by very dirty dishwashers, I had a g&t in the bar at night and could not drink it, next morning at breakfast I had to discretely try and rinse off the spoon and bowl with hot water to get rid of the smell, I could not get rid of the smell off the cups so had to ask the waiter to hand wash the cups which he did, he was very nice about it. It is a simple thing if you put plates covered in food into a dishwasher your dishwasher will get dirty, you need to clean out the dishwasher from time to time, change the filters and stop putting so much food into the dishwasher. The food could have been lovely there but all I got was the rotten eggs smell from everything. The pool and leisure club was lovely but there was a bit of black fungus growing around the tiles in the swimming pool I think it is from not enough chlorine in the water the staff should get into the pool from time to time to check there is no fungus on the walls of the pool. Overall apart from dirty dishes and pool needing a bit of a clean, the hotel is fantastic and one of the better ones in Kerry.

Professional, friendly staff. Every area is well maintained & clean. Fully equipped gym, cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, trx, squat racks etc. Beautiful pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi. Changing area os very modern with great facilities, shower, changing units, secure lockers, hairdryer etc.

Stayed in a family room in Manor West with 2 adults and 2 kids … room very comfortable and had a fridge in the room which was an added bonus… Leisure Centre was superb … very clean etc. Ate in bar for an evening meal which was quite tasty and all of us enjoyed it and had no complaints. There was a great selection for breakfast… staff were very efficient and friendly … just one point. Our room was facing front of hotel where we could hear outside traffic as window in the room was not soundproof … but others might not find that a problem but if you are a light sleeper. You understand! Great hotel overall …

Stayed there a few times now. Staff if you ring direct will give an excellent rate for each night stay. Large clean rooms with toiletries flat screen t. V. Wi-Fi rec. Excellent breakfast food and service. In lounge bar they serve excellent food really great bar food but let down by consistently slow and not highly trained bar service staff. Ate there 4 times and we had issues on service side each time. We kept going back as food was so good though. Lovely hotel rooms and would definitely stay again when in tralee but advise them to focus on bar food service as a priority in my personal opinion.

I go to leisure club here. It is an ideal quiet gym for people who just want to work out without crazy amounts of people. Alongside this, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Only thing to complain about is that the floor in the male changing room is nearly always dirty which is kinda annoying when trying to make it to the pool.

Always a pleasure to visit for both Leisure and business. Great food and ambience, board room is roomy and well equipped.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful gentleman called Bryan at reception. Food was very tasty.

Food in the bar was very poor, my husband and I arrived late for early bird at 6.05, it ended at 6 so we ordered from the evening menu, my husband got lamb cutlets, there was a tiny scoop of mash and sides were frozen peas and half a tomato, I got spaghetti bologenese, the meat in the sauce was soooo dry it actually crumbled around the plate, I couldn't eat it, it had zero flavour, no one came to ask how was the food and was everything ok, will not be returning as its not exactly cheap.

Very clean. Nice facilities. Got there a little late so did not get the full experience.

Used the gym it is very hygeinic and ppen till 10 5 nights a week which suits me. Staff are nice and welcoming.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful bedrooms, fantastic leisure club which has plenty of space with a very large pool and a lovely paddling pool for the younger children. The bar has a beautiful menu with something for everyone and very accommodating for families. Always a friendly welcome and shopping on your doorstep.

We stay here a lot. Good place to stay with a nice friendly environment. Well worth the price.

Very good hotel located in a shopping area the rooms are clean and spacious, the floor heating is a little Extra. The restaurant is a good bill for once in a hotel. Only downside Although the corner the pool area, Spa Hammam is a plus not negligible this part of the hotel is also open to the person who are enrolled in the gym in the hotel, so there was quite a bit of passage and world in that corner there.

Friendly staff. Ample parking. Many shops and places to eat within walking distance. About 10 mins drive to centre of Tralee. Good leisure facilities including gym, Jacuzzi and pool. Rooms are large, clean and have air con. Decent hotel bar serving quality food. Hard find fault!

I stayed in The Manor West Hotel & Leisure Centre last Monday night with my husband and our two girls. As myself and my husband come with a strong background in hotel and catering, we were very impressed with the quality of food and service. Especially the ladies in reception, who had all the patience to answer all the questions and listen to what our eight year old daughter had to say (and she can talk for the whole country). Also a big deal thank you to the lady in reception who gave us a loan of DVD player for the DVD that girls picked up in the book and DVD cabinet We all felt very welcome and our room was a spacious place with a big bed and bunk beds fitted, which the girls loved. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There also is a huge retail park next to the hotel including shops like Debenhams, Tesco, Aldi, TK Maxx, Carpet Price, home store and many many more. Great place for retail therapy
We will be definitely returning in the near future.

The rooms are lovely, the pool and changing rooms are cold. The bar/restaurant serves decent food. Food sensitivities are taken into account but do limit your choices substantially.

If visiting Tralee this hotel is a must the staff cannot be more accommodating Rooms are kept to a very high standard, great leisure facilities and the bar and the restaurant have a very relaxing atmosphere, they have a excellent menu and if you like your steak This is the place to go.

Excellent restaurant, I had a lovely business lunch in there. The seafood chowder is great.

Great hotel within walking distance of town centre. Relaxing atmosphere. Great food. Very attentive staff.

The hotel is quiet and I found it very easy to sleep. Rooms are a nice temperature. TVs have a HDMI input which is very handy. It's also right beside a range of shops such as TV max.

Really cool. Very food good. It is but too bad every day almost's that are same and no real change. But the House its own swimming pool with sauna and fitness studio that makes away again.

Great business hotel — accomodation and food first rate, Wi-Fi perfect and great gym and pool. What really impressed was the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Recommended.
