We had a lovely afternoon in the Spa and dinner for two and an overnight stay! We just wanted to say a massive Thank You to Doreen and Kay for the fantastic and funny service they gave us throughout our lovely meal! Excellent service throughout the whole experience from The Spa Staff to the bar and reception staff upon departure the following morning!

Thank you to all the Staff and Management in Ballygarry Estate, Hotel for the fantastic way you looked after our family and friends for Eimear and Shauns Wedding. We were treated like royalty no stone was unturned, nothing was a problem to you all from the moment we pulled into the hotel yard to the moment we left the hotel yard. A million thanks. Very very disappointing, you can only use the leisure facilities while staying overnight, if you book a treatment. What a way to do business. Loved this hotel but won’t use it again.

The place was great and staff was lovely day and night and would recommend the place.

Had dinner the brassiere last night.
Sat in the outside terrace and was looked after my Kay, who was amazing. Great service with a laugh.

I would highly recommend Ballygarry Hotel & Spa. The staff are very helpful, friendly & polite. The food in 58 was 5 star as we ate their for dinner and it was divine. Also the breakfast was 5 star too. Highly recommend. We stayed in a Junior Suite and this was also 5 star. Niall Cregan.

The Ballygarry is a FANTASTIC location, great food and the staff are absolutely fantastic. We had our wedding here 5 years ago and we come back every opportunity we get to have lunch or dinner to celebrate our anniversary.

I had fabulous day spa and lunch deal. I highly recommend. Spa is great atmosphere and servis on top class. I had hydro bath massage and back massage, lunch was delicious. Thank you. I be back soon😁

Our most favourite hotel in the world. Food is spectacular and the staff are absolutely amazing. Our kids loved it and can’t wait for their next visit. Santa was fantastic. What a great experience for our kids. Thank ye for making it so special for them ❤️❤️

I organised an in-work dining evening for my colleagues last night and we ordered the food from Ballygarry House Hotel. It was ready when requested and all the meals were superb. Everyone enjoyed them. Thanks to Thys, Rimantas and the team for their outstanding service.

Nádúr Spa. Lovely staff. Lavinia and Sarah were our therapists today. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Love this place From beginning to end there was no fault. Food, spa, staff, amenities all excellent. And excellent value for money. Only downside was having to leave.

I stopped off this evening after work for a meal. I am vegetarian and was pleased to have a number of options to choose from! The food, service and background music were fantastic! Thank you to the friendly professional and very helpful staff.

Cannot recommend the Ballygarry House Hotel enough, it is genuinely a hidden gem in the heart of Kerry. The spa is phenomenal (AJ is a brilliant therapist), the food is amazing, the setting is so relaxing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in Ireland.

A wonderful hotel friendly staff fantastic spa and relaxation area I visit this hotel a least twice a year.

Just finishing a weekend break with the kids and we had a great time. The staff are incredibly accommodating without being intrusive, so the service is second to none. The food was also amazing and there is a great ambiance in the bar in the evening after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely be back!

I stayed in this hotel November 28/29th and I was not disappointed I was shocked. From the greeting when we arrived, the service, food both in the bar and restaurant, spa treatments best Iv had (Good job Bridget) and Iv been to many spas, leisure facilities, hotel decor, comfort in the room everything just kept getting better and better. Christmas decorations so classy. We went for a relaxing break before the busy Christmas rush at work and this was perfect! I even rebooked for January while I was still in the hotel. Since and it’s only a week ago I left there one of my customers has even been and was so happy and she has also rebooked again. I will be a regular and my customers will become customers. I couldn’t rate this hotel enough. Also a special mention to Nuala in the bar who looked after us so well, amazing lady. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Well done everyone see ye in January, Michelle.

Had an amazing stay at Ballygarry House Hotel and Spa at Stuart’s Select Style’s Event Saturday night. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic food, absolutely fabulous hotel, amazing time spent here. Lovely to see people with disabilities being included on the staff and being given the same chance as everybody else. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Next time your in need of Relaxing, r if your looking to treat that special someone, book an apt at Nadur spa Ballygarry, I was treated to back, legs and face massage this morn and it was the most relaxing wonderful experience I've had, Anna Louise your the best masseuse and all the staff are, welcoming, friendly and professional, the facilities are very clean and hygienic, lunch was delicious as always. Thank you Ballygarry.

We had our wedding here in July and everything was amazing on the day. Food and service was excellent everyone complimented the meal and how efficient the service was.
We had a humanist wedding at the Ballygarry and I most say Tadhg who was our wedding coordinator pulled out all the stops on the setup of the room for the ceremony. He organised everything for us and had it all ready the day before the wedding for us to go back and see. He really did an amazing job as there was just under 300 at our wedding ceremony so there was a lot of work in it and he made it look amazing.
We took all our photos outside in the gardens and at the little lodge/cottage at the front and they turned out amazing. We were able to fly through our photos and join the party without missing the reception which was exactly what we wanted.
Overall we had our whole wedding at the Ballygarry and I have to say we were thrilled on the day with everything. Really is the perfect place especially if you are having your ceremony there.

Many thanks to all the staff at Ballygarry House Hotel. Who provided a very enjoyable 3 night stay this August 2018. The House is very tastefully decorated and very well maintained, as are the landscaped gardens. The food was great too. That's why we keep coming back. Kate and Billy.

I really can’t speak highly enough about this hotel and its staff. If you’re looking for the best place to have your wedding then this is the place! Don’t hesitate on choosing it! We got married here on July 13th and we both said it was THE biggest and best choice we made. From the very start Thys, manager, was so helpful and he gave us great advice all along the way. The venue is fantastic with beautiful gardens for the drinks reception and the banquet room is very pretty. The staff are so professional and friendly. The food is just really amazing and still being raved about by our guests. The rooms are beautiful. It really deserves 5 star status. The day rolled out perfectly and lasted til morning! We can’t thank Pádraig (owner) Thys (the most helpful and professional manager and a really lovely person to boot), Elaine (helped us patiently with the rooms) and all the great staff for a day we will never ever forget. And our families and friends said the same. Thank you so very much to everyone there. We were so lucky to come to Ballygarry House Hotel for our wedding and will have the warmest and happiest of memories forever! Continued success.

My husband and I just had our wedding here at the weekend! It was absolutely amazing the staff were excellent. It was raining on the day and they went out of there way to follow people to their cars while parking and escort them with umbrellas to the pavillion. The food and drink was phenomenal along with the service. They couldn't do enough for us. Our manager Thys was on call every step of the way with any queries we needed answering! We would recommend this hotel to anyone getting married. 4 star rating but with 5 star service!

Super hotel. The staff are a stand out feature — friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Spa experience is amazing. Restaurant 58 is top class. Two teenagers loved the food and couldn't wait to come back for dinner on our second night.

Staff fantastic. Bedroom lovely. Food excellent. Gorgeous breakfast with lots of gluten free options available. Thermal suite very nice especially the outdoor hot tub in the great weather that we had during our stay. I would recommend Katie for the massage in the Nadur Spa. Garden was lovely for a stroll around after dinner.

Sadly not the pleasure it usually is this visit. Unfortunately I think the new bar restaurant has lost some of its charm. I also found the room a little dusty and there were used coffee pods left in the coffee maker. As a smoker I would like a more comfortable smoking area.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful scenic location and has lovely gardens to walk around. The rooms are very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful and in particular Rosie at the reception. This was our fourth visit, we highly recommend it and we cannot wait to go back for another stay and fantastic food.

Very friendly helpful staff, lovely large room. Yet to use the spa facilities (tomorrow) but staff there were very patient with us deciding on treatments so i'm hopeful it will be a pleasant experience. Hotel is in a nice location — not too far from Tralee town (5 minute drive). Was a few 'irks' with the room but most were resolved by the staff.

I recently spent a night here on their fabulous Spa break for my 30th Birthday. From the second I started organizing it to when I checked out, the staff exceeded my expectations. I've been here many times before so my expectations were high so I don't know how they did it. Reservations and reception staff were so friendly, accommodating, and approachable. The staff in the Spa went the extra mile and every single one of my guests had an incredible time and loved their treatments. Thank you so much for the little birthday card :) When it came to dinner later on, the little touches that the staff had in place made a special occasion even more special and personalized. The food was delicious too. I highly recommend this hotel for any kind of a break. Not only is the hotel itself beautiful, the surroundings are lovely, the staff are its greatest asset.

Really fabulous break, the staff, the food, the spa, the room and the grounds were all amazing. The restaurant staff were more than happy and well able to accommodate a vegan! I hope I'll be back soon!

I had dinner in Restaurant 58. Perfect service and tasty food. Hotel receptionist was helping on taxi ordering. Great interior and atmosphere.

Fabulous service, very busy day with lots of functions but staff flawless under pressure. Fabulous food from kitchen. Great place to stay.

Stopped for lunch here in early February 2018. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The lunch menu had a reasonable selection of dishes with prices a little on the high side. Having said that we had a tasty lunch, with ample portions and left feeling full and satisfied. The staff were very helpful and friendly. P. S. Their Steak Sandwich is highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my visit to this spa. The interaction over the phone to set up the appointment was smooth and easy. Arrival at the spa: greeted warmly by the lovely Lisa. Having opted for a facial in advance it was nice to just answer the few questions and not have to fuss over treatment choices. Was shown to the spacious changing room with nice amenities. Next to the relaxation room to chill before being escorted to the treatment. Bridget had a lovely touch, great pressure but very smooth. No roughness. Minor detail: good thing my eyes aren't too sensitive, got quite a bit of product in them throughout the facial. Her product knowledge was super and recommended a few that she had used. Next back to the relaxation room for a smoothie and fruit kebab. Since there wasn't enough time for the thermal suites (which were being cleaned) before the facial I headed there afterwards. Small but nice. The outdoor hot tub is great. Sadly doing things in this order meant losing the benefit of leaving products on as long as possible. C'est la vie. Overall a great morning of relaxation and treatments. Thank you!

This hotel is gorgeous! It has spectacular atmosphere and scenery. As well as this, the staff were amazing and welcoming which made my experience even better! The food I must say was amazing and not too costly. If you are thinking of a nice place to go for brunch, lunch or dinner around Tralee, this place is a must stop!

One of my favourite hotels! Shared our wedding here over a year ago and always have a fantastic stay! The service is exceptional and always very professional. You will not be disappointed.

Have stayed here for a number of weddings, top class service, staff and hotel. Excellent bar food too if you happen to be in the Tralee area.

Although the decor is lovely and clean, the food and service have room to improve. Should you have food sensitivities, you'll be very limited in choices. And don't be in a rush either…

Wonderful fairytale Hotel.

I have stayed at the Ballygarry Hotel now numerous times and they never disappoint, great friendly service, lovely spacious and comfortable rooms. I have only ever eaten in the Brasserie but it has always been amazing food. Would highly recommend staying there if you are visiting Tralee.

Great, noble and luxury hotel. First class rooms, great food and very sophisticated ambience. We had only booked B&b through a travel Agency and were full of the socks. A beautifully landscaped garden completes the whole ncoh. Top.

Very accommodating and friendly and well maintained.

This is a wonderfully clean hotel with large spacious rooms that have washrooms that immediately set you at ease. The furniture is tastefully laid out and has comfortable beds. The windows provide ample light and do open slightly to let in some air for circulation. The pastel colours on the walls combined with whites, provide a comfortable nights sleep. The huge landscaped gardens around the resort are a treat for sore eyes and if you are a jet setting individual, there is even a helipad — in case you wish to arrive in your own helicopter! The food served in the two restaurants is wholesome and good. The huge parking can accommodate several coaches along with plenty of cars. My compliments to Padraig McGillicuddy, the Proprietor of this resort for having created this masterpiece. Great place, dude.

It was pleasure to stay in this hotel, all stuff are very friendly and helpful. The level of quality is very high. If You're be visiting this place can't miss their Spa with Massage. The price is worth it.

Second time here on a work trip. Highest standards always maintained. Staff friendly. Rooms are clean and delightful. Restaurant food is magnificent. This is how you do a hotel. Other should take note.

I could easily say that this is the best hotel food in Kerry.

Really would not recommend the bar food. Had to wait 35mins for the food. When it arrived the fish batter was greasy and over cooked as were the 'frozen' chips. A very unpleasant dining experience. The waitress was unhelpful. Could not tell us what the veg was. She guessed! Wouldn't go into the kitchen to ask. Finally when we complained about our uneaten meal the waitress said she could go into the kitchen and tell them. If we wanted her to? She didn't do that while we were there! Not an experience I would like to repeat.

Attentive staff — can't wait to come back.
