No A/C and no fans. Definitely do not recommend on a hot night for visiting americans whom are not use to it. Fans go early apparently, the receptionist handed out the last one five minutes before I got there.

Really enjoyed this hotel, the room was clean and well appointed. Only but if an annoyance was the only plug socket was across the room and damnit I like to use my phone before bed but I couldn't if it needed charging. The bathroom was large and came with the usual free soaps which smelled very good. Breakfast was ten euro and was self service all you can eat in style with excellent variety from cooked food to cereals and fruit. I'd definitely stay here again, very good value for money.

Holiday Inn Killarney It was a magic time. Around Christmas. We took a couple of days off from the business trip and came to see the ring of Killarney, having chosen Holiday Inn (as a hotel of IHG group). First though was that it’s just a small Inn, but when we entered it, we discovered that the bigger part of the building goes deep into the back yard. I remember the cozy atmosphere of the lobby and reception area, with the Christmas tree decorations glittering, reflecting lights of flames of the fireplace. The service was good, the personnel was very polite and welcoming. The hotel is obviously old, but it only added charm to its atmosphere. It has a good location, we could walk to the restaurants of Killarney. I have the best memories of the place.

The staff here was amazing, they helped us with getting to our next location. Suggesting a train, and arranging a taxi for us to make it to the station. I have to ding them a star for an incident in the pool. A guest vomited in the pool and the attendant not only saw and ignored it, he dismissed us when we mentioned it to him.

Murks. Rooms small and view mies. Expensive. Because of hotel or city visit expendable. Landscape all around magnificent.

Everything is comfy and nice with a decent price except the walls are paper thin. Our 2 night stay was very different good and we would return again, but everyone got up at the same time. All the rooms we're up at 830ish. The hotel was very clean and fancy for the price.

Great pool. Great bedrooms. And a good price. It's a 15 minute walk to the town.

I was there with a group and the staff of the hotel was very friendly, polite and also at night sleeping time trying to fix small mishaps (no matter who was the polluter)

Nice and clean hotel. Decent food in the restaurant. Comfortable and quiet place to stay in.

A bit of a mess, there are other hotels in the area with better quality. First room they gave us had a dead mouse in it and smelled awful. The rooms were a bit beaten up. They could use some repainting. The TVs were a bit outdated and a couple of our outlets were dead. Not an awful hotel for the cost just not recommended.

Stayed here 3/26/18. Was pleasently surprised at how nice it was for the price. Guy at the desk was SUPER helpful. The inn has a few miles on it, but it was neat and clean. We opted in for the breakfast at €10 a head and thought it was a very good deal. Town Center was about a 10 minute, easy walk. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Was very disappointed with this hotel, wallpaper peeling in the room and the TV sound not great, food was a little overcooked in the restaurant too. The breakfast was bone dry. The staff I found not very accommodating at the front desk, we were not advised that if we didn't book it when we booked in. Found at the bar that they looked understaffed for the day (st Patrick's day) and people were waiting to be served for several minutes and kids were blanked for a while also. A nice addition was the pool table.

We found this hotel very family friendly. There family suites are prefect for a family of 4. Pool is brilliant — kids loved it. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast to be had.

Very good service, rooms larger than I expected with separate living and bedroom areas. Very good for the price.

Easy to find, hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are good size and everything is very clean. Breakfast in the hotel is over priced but decent. Convinent if you have day trips planned.

Stayed here with work. The rooms are fine and the beds comfy. There was renovation happening to some rooms on the ground floor which is good to see that things are being kept up to standard. Dinner in the bar was quite good. We were on a deal which gave us three courses and they were all well presented and tasty. The staff were also helpful and friendly. The hotel is just outside the town centre. Probably a 10-20 minute walk. There are numerous places to stay or eat along the road and Killarney is a nice town situated in one of Ireland's most stunningly beautiful locations.

Hotel that deserves a little bit of young but you quickly forget the decoration thanks to the kindness and the efficiency of the staff. The rooms are spacious and the facilities very complete. The pool/spa area is nice but quite crowded at the end of the day.

Really friendly staff. Rooms spacious and clean. Cracking breakfast and of course White pudding.

Good bar, rooms big, bathrooms clean, fresh towels, friendly staff. Swimming pool very good, close to center. Few dents and improvements can be made to be on top.

Hoildays Inn hotel is a good place u can walk into the town the food want great the pool was very small over all the room was nice clean friendly staff propley stay there again.

We stayed here on our road trip to the West side. We had trouble deciding between Ring of Kerry or the Dingle Peninsula. Geraldine at the front desk was extremely helpful and took her time to explain the differences. She is a prime example of why we love Ireland and would definitely come back and stay longer.

Nice location, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Need to clean the spider webs and spiders in the window. Everything else was great.

Great hotel! Cheap laundry which was convenient right in the middle of our 24 day Cosmos tour! Clean tidy and great location just a 15 min walk from the town centre.

Lovely place staff are all so friendly. Restaurant is fabulous not waiting long for food. The room was lovely and clean. Would definitely be going back.

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff very friendly. Food was excellent and rooms were top class. Spotless clean and very comfortable.

The rooms are in horrible condition. There are holes in the walls, everything inside of the room seems to be from the late 1990's. There are cracks and chips on basically everything, the odor of the rooms are horrible. The rooms may be large, but it's definitely not enough of a reason to stay here. I have never had a bad experience like this at a Holiday Inn.

Very good hotel, I like cool.

This hotel is very well located and it deserves its 4 stars however the parking is very small, it is not necessary to arrive too late in the evening. We preferred to eat in the evening in the city because there are good facilities.

Location is a little far off the action, no iron in room, shower knob was broken, no view to speak of, breakfast was pretty good, pub had decent dinner.

Good room and meal OK.

Had a great stay here a few weeks ago. Lovely spacious room and very responsive staff. A small leisure Centre makes it a good choice for walkers.

Hotel was decent enough. Was upgraded to a suite before I arrived. Loses a star for quality of the breakfast and attentiveness of the staff in the bar. The quality of the dinner was good though.

A great hotel, very family friendly with great big family rooms at very reasonable prices. The Food was lovely, the staff where lovely which led to a very relaxed athmosphere and I would definately stay again!

I really felt at home with you. Super nice people working with you. So glad we stayed for 3 nights. At least one hotel on our touring journey through Ireland were I found my way :) :)

Excellent hotel for trips to killarney national park or driving the Ring of Kerry. Clean, modern, well equipped, and friendly staff.

Solid, comfortable and familiar. Bar food was tasty, breakfast was buffet style and superior to most I've eaten. Room was fine, staff pleasant and friendly. All in all would recommend highly.
