Very nice place here and very close to town and the bus station but the highlight for me is the staff they are so friendly I would strongly recommend this place to stay in Killarney.

What a wonderful stay we had at Castle Lodge! Our room was spotless and so quiet. Such a short walk into the town (managed it in heels no bother for our night out! ) breakfast was amazing and the staff honestly couldn't have been nicer! Will definitely be back for another stay here. Thank you to all at castle Lodge ❤️

Very welcoming and close to Kiilatney horse and carriage tours.

Great location so close to the main township. The receptionist was very welcoming, when we returned after dinner she was happy to chat and give recomendations for our next days excursions. Our room was very spacious, after some very cramped accomodations. The price was good.

I stayed here for 3nights it was just a few minutes walk from Killarney staff are so lovely and helpful will be back had a fantastic time.

Stayed 2 nights in Castle Lodge was first class from we arrived till we left staff food and the rooms were brilliant everybody to helpful and friendly The place is absolutely spotless we will definitely book again next time we come to Killarney.

The place is nice and the people are friendly and mostly the pregnant lady at the reception is really nice and welcoming. The hotel is so close to the town of Killarney. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. It's the best hotel.

Beautiful little hotel, very clean, the food was amazing, all the staff were extremely nice and couldn't do enough for us, brilliant location in the center of the town will definitely be staying here again in the future and would highly recommend it.

4* comfort at 2* prices. Spacious rooms with new and modern fittings and finishes. Free parking and easy walking distance to the quaint little town centre, with loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Be sure to add the breakfast if not included in the room rate as they serve an excellent full Irish!

It's a fabulous place to stay, the staff are so nice and helpful, we have stayed there a few times and I will be staying there again.

Excellent b&b staff very friendly and the breakfast was good and pipping hot also the plates varied selection of cereals juices cheeses and the heating was on. I find a lot of B&B forget to put heating on in rooms.

Great staff. If you are late. Do not worry the poter will look after you. And you can pay in the morning.

Castle Lodge is a nice friendly place to stay. They offer a full Irish breakfast as well as other options. Location is great.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, although the bathroom is very small. The staff are friendly and helpful and contributed a lot to our stay,

Comfortable beds and had extra blankets in the closet for comfort. Bathroom ensuite and clean. Breakfast included, although seating in the breakfast room can be a bit tight. There are views, though, to the backyard. Wi-Fi works best in the common/public spaces — — not so much in the rooms. Walking distance to town for ease of exploration. Can be hard to get to if it is a day for horse racing at the track — traffic backs up.

I've been there once, the lady couldn't be nicer, and it was spotless.

The staff were excellent and friendly. They all had many suggestions for which local fare to try. The location is right in town and very convenient for walking to all of the local sights. Highly recommend taking one of the horse carriage ride to see the Killarney National park. The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is the fact that it is not as modern as some of the hotels in the area. Even though it's not as modern as some, it is worth staying there for the service. Breakfast was amazing!

Good location with parking. The rooms and toilets were quite poor and dated for the price. Breakfast service was a little chaotic too.

A great friendly place, basic room with bathroom, what else would you need… Downfall are the lack of GOOD quality coffee in room and sad to see Guidean Bibles missing from room. Worth a 4 star.

It is a good B&B/Guesthouse. You get what you pay for. The rooms are tidy, but the shower is not working that good and there are slight traces of mold in the shower cabin. The breakfast is good. You get everything you need for a good start in the day. The location is perfect! Close to the town center (5 minutes by foot). The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking should be no problem as there is a huge car park.

The bathroom mirror had toothpaste spattered all over it to begin with. The room was also outdated and the front of the cabinet was missing. It certainly wasn't worth the money we paid and that was before the staff were completely unprofessional and abusive to the people with me. I'm aware that it is a family business, but it doesn't excuse the way we were treated. The woman in charge took a lot of money from my friend's account within an hour of leaving the hotel, apparently to cover cleaning costs over a bit of food spilled on the carpet and a bed sheet. She ended up admitting that it's her who cleans the rooms, so basically she robbed us blind over washing a bed sheet and scrubbing a small bit of carpet. We did offer to return to the hotel and do this for her, to which she just screamed down the phone, slagging all of us. This is, by far, the worst experience I've ever had, as regards customer service and I feel that the penalty charged was excessive. After reading other reviews I know that we are not the first people to be scammed by these people. I would not recommend this place at all.
