Bed and Breakfast

B&B cute and clean. A short distance from the centre, but well served by buses that stop a short walk from the property. They also have free private parking in which to leave their car.
Breakfast isn't included (but there are several bars and restaurants in the area.
Owners very friendly and available to give information and directions.

Lovely B&B in a quiet suburb of Dublin, 20 minutes bus drive from the city centre, with bus stops right outside and just across the road. The facilities were very neat, tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. The shower was nice and warm. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely come back.

Am extremely friendly place. The room had everything in it we needed. Conveniently situated for Dublin which is just a short bus journey away. Clean and tidy with secure parking. Will definitely stay there again when we next go over to Ireland.

Can't beat this place for location (right on bus routes to the airport and the city centre), and my room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were basic but perfectly serviceable. Breakfast was good, although wanting something other than a full cooked breakfast seemed to stump staff! I had a room facing the street so was concerned about noise, but I slept like a log — clearly the windows are well insulated. Cheap and cheerful, does the job, would certainly recommend as a base for a night or two.

Best Blinds and curtains place I woud recomend Day blinds to every one.

The room was very clean Very close to the bus stops.

Quaint B&B, Alba was great! Rooms are small, but typical for Europe. Great location. Right on the bus route and a few pubs and restaurants across the street.

Convenient location halfway between the airport and the city. Bus stop in front, various restaurants and take away at two steps. Also a valid car freight (budget) at 300 meters. Clean, friendly. I did not try the breakfast but it looked good.

Staff was amazing and the room was perfect. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, this may not be the place for you, but if you need a nice room to lay your head for the night before you explore Ireland, this is the perfect place for you. There are a few nice bars nearby, restaurants and it has a bus stop right outside (if you're from the states, public transit in Dublin is awesome)

Easy access, the bus stop is right outside. Relatively close to downtown.
Our place of stay during a trip organized on the occasion of Halloween.
The B&B is located in a very quiet area, I did a lot of walking around when I woke up and the area is really nice.
The rooms are clean, some setbacks with hot water but the staff is responsive.
Nothing to complain about the insulation both thermal and sound. We are not disturbed by neighbors or passing cars.
This B&B will again be our place to stay on a next trip to Dublin!

The owner of this hotel, blocks his guests into their rooms refusing to let them leave, not even to go to the lobby. Mixing up his words and his "policies" changing him when he needs to, to fit his needs. He also blames his guests for bed bugs when they clearly did not have them prior to staying at this hotel.

This hotel likes to hold its guest hostage in their rooms. They also have bed bugs but blame them on their guest. Would not recommend staying here.

This B&B is absolutely HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did I get bed bugs at this B&B, they left trash (including food) in our room sitting there for 2 days, didn’t change the sheets & had mold in the bathroom. We asked for a room change and a possible discount due to these unfortunate circumstances & the owner showed up, told us everything was OUR fault, blames us for everything, told us to pay full price & then proceeded to barricade us into the room. He locked us in there with him for an 1.5 hours refusing to let us go. My husband and father called the police. They finally came, had to ask him to remove himself to let us go, and ended up having to escort us to our rental car & had the owner stay in another building while we left. We have video of the entire situation & the police gave us the option to file a report, he could have been charged with false imprisonment. We finally paid for 2 nights and the police who were amazing helped us with our bags and escorted us out. The only great thing about this B&B was Alba (manager) and she was lovely. Absolutely wonderful throughout this entire situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND never staying here.

A very cosy bed and breakfast, clean, very comfortable beds, very good heating if you go in winter, 10 minutes from the airport by taxi and 15 minutes from the center by bus. Second time we stayed here, if we go back to Dublin we will repeat.

Excellent B&B, located in a great location and well organized.

Clean, cute, adorable, and affordable. This place had it all! About a 45min walk to downtown Dublin (turn L at the "Y" in the roads! ) or you can take the bus and be there in 5 minutes. There's also a bus-stop right in front of the B&B so it's easy to get back! Great place to stay for a group on a budget. Thanks ABC B&B!

Nice b&b. The rooms are smal but clean and they have all necessities for a comfortable stay. The rooms are cleaned every day and new clean towels can be required at no additional cost. Breakfasts are not included but can be purchased for 7.50€ (buffet).

We stayed at the ABC House for two nights in early August 2016. I worried because we were going to be a late arrival on a Sunday. I emailed our hosts before our vacation and they promptly sent me directions for arriving after hours. It was no problem getting a taxi from the airport and the next day public transportation to city center was just across the street. Very easy to get around. Rooms were clean and well-kept, very much as described on-line. I found everyone was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying for a budget-minded family.

B & B in a semidetached House. Very cosy and clean. Heating all el. Dia and bathroom with a plasticised platelet. He sleeps very well. Very silent. Wood and some Attic rooms. There is a sitting room with a fireplace where you can read in a really cosy atmosphere in front of a fireplace. A delight and 10 mi Utes by bus from the Centre. It is worth.

Lovely guesthouse in Drumcondra on the Northside of the city. Ideal for Dublin Airport.

Mary and Des run one of the top bed and breakfast accommodation guesthouses in Dublin city. Perfect for those using Dublin Airport, just down the road. Rates are usually the best in the area. Free car parking.

ABC Family owned bed and breakfast near Dublin Airport in Dublin city is a wonderfully warn and welcoming establishment. The owners (Mary and Des) were of great help to us as we did not know our way around Dublin. Great place to stay.

ABC Guesthouse is one of the top family run bed and breakfasts in Dublin city. Located between the city centre and Dublin airport. Des and family are great hosts, very helpful. Free car parking.

We stayed here for 3 days. Owners are very welcoming and nice! On the road to the airport. Easy to go to the city center. Perfect for enjoying a little trip to Dublin.

Myself and a friend went to Dublin recently for a Leinster rugby match. We decided to stay at ABC Guesthouse on Drunchondra road, as they offered a great special offer and we could leave the car parked there for the day fro free. The bed and breakfast accommodation was clean and well organised. The owner was very friendly and helpful, with busses, restaurants, etc. The breakfast was huge and kept us going for most of the day. We ate at a pub on Talbot Street (O’Sheas Bar). It was packed, best pub grub I have seen in a while. All in all, we had a great week-end.
